• Robert (6/5): Pleasant - You can actually hear the underground noise. The room with bathroom was quite small not much extra space.
• Andreea (7/5): Good - The location was extremly good, close to metro and bus. The room was very clean. The room was in the basement and you needed a change of slippers to get into the room, as you were not allowed to go in barefoot. The cleaning lady sitting next to our room was quite noisy, she had the TV on quite loud and when she was using the kitchen she was slicing everything she could catch.
• Alessandra (8/5): Very good - The room is not super new, but still clean and has all essentials to make it comfortable. The light in the hallway stays on in the night and therefore, the room is never completely dark (if you're a light sleeper, this is good to know). It's an homestay (as the host highlights many many times when communicating with us) and therefore, you hear noise from other guests going to the shared bathroom and opening/closing doors. The location is just perfect, central and well connected with public transport. The host communicates effectively and clearly, although the communication is very sterile and unpersonal (just to the point).

• Shawn (2/5): Very disappointed- only stayed for 1 nights of 4 - The location is excellent . The room is downstairs in what feels like the basement. The bed is short so your legs hang over- I am of average height. The room is like sitting in a hotbox with very little air circulation and and this was without the heaters switched on. The shared bathroom and shower was not very hygienic.
• Michael (4/5): It was pleasant overall but I would not repeat the experience. - Amazing location. Clean bathroom. Efficient WiFi. Well-appointed clean kitchen. No anti-slip mat in shower over bath (very slippy). Wrought iron chairs (more garden furniture I think). Heavy and uncomfortable. Two flights of stairs difficult with heavy luggage. I would be concerned about security - flimsy lock on French doors leading to a small yard overlooked by neighbouring buildings. Also lock on bedroom door not very secure in my opinion.

• Chrysanthi (9/5): Value for money - The position is fantastic, in Oxford and near Hyde Park Very clean and very cosy made feel like home The only thing we should have as a complain (but not really) is that we couldn’t storage our luggage the last day, But this is something we knew already I would -definitely- choose it again They could provide storage for our luggage This would be very convenient

• Zoya (10/5): Wonderful homestay - Wonderful location and very nice neighborhood. Welcoming and helpful host, everything provided for a comfortable stay. Nice, clean stylish room, with very big bathroom, even washing machine available in it. Very well equipped, comfortable kitchen, with all necessary kitchenware and equipment. We only used the fridge and the coffee machine, but I saw that there is everything provided if you want to cook your own meal. Very good coffee selection provided. A lot of nice restaurants and breakfast shops in the neighboring area, also Oxford street and Marble arch are in 2 min walk from the place. We do enjoyed our stay, had all the facilities we needed for being comfortable. Nothing
• Hbit (7/5): Very bad sleeping - Good location not far from oxford in a quiet area. Starbucks and many nice rests around Metro just few minutes walk We got the room on the -1 floor so there are pros and cons for that. The advantage was that we could get iut to a balcony (which was just a flat unmaintained area) The bed was comfy Self checkin was easy Our sleep was terrible because of the family in the room above us. We could hear their child in the very early morning running and jumping (we went to sleep rather late and thisnoise was a vacation killer for us) Everyting was self including checkin. we didnt see the owner or any staff during our stay and the communication with them by messages wasn't efficient. The room was a lot smaller then expected There was no privacy from the bathroom window No coffee in the room

• Azza (7/5): Great location near to all Arab restaurants - First time in my life to try shared homestay and was not bad ,felt secured and have my own privacy, the owner kept lighted candle,water bottle and cookies -Bathroom sink was too high and small -Owner asked for shoes removal on outside stairs while carrying too many bags was not easy to remember or practical but I did remember 😀

• Christina (10/5): Enjoying Concerts in HydePark and greatsightseeing - It was a very nice suite, small and cozy room we stayed in. There was a very moderen kitchen (shared) and nice bathroom facilities for those sharing. We had our own bathroom in the suite. The location was a dream. Close to HydePark, train stations and bus terminals, shopping, cafe and restaurants, Primark, FootLocker, and other great stores. The bed was smaller than we are used to from home but very comfortable. We also took the train to Richmond and saw the area where Ted Lasso is filmed. We came late and it was dark so we had a bit difficuty opening the Key Lock box. Trying to align the numbers in the code while holding the cell phone flashlight can be challenging.
• Charlotte (9/5): Cute and cosy. - The location is amazing, by Hyde Park and close to Marble Arch tube station. The place is very well furnished and modern, very nice bathroom and kitchen. It is not very sound proof, we can hear the people in the corridor like next to us and even in their room chatting.
• Nikolaos (1/5): there are other value for money places to stay for sure! - nothing.just the location first of all this was below stairs (basement)and it was like we were in the subway all the time. the noise was thunderous. we had to take off our shoes outside the house and to walk down to a not so clean stair because we were noticed by the owner that we will have a penalty fee if we dirty the already dirty carpet. we found hair in the bathroom and half finished shampoo forgotten from previous guests. we couldn’t safe our staff in any locker area and the safety of the windows was ridiculous. the only good thing was the location

• Tabea (8/5): Very comfortable, clean stay - The host was very responsive and the room with the connected bathroom was spotlessly clean. It was very quiet and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. The TV had all the relevant apps and for those who forget shampoo and the likes, it was provided. The carpet kept the floor warm and overall it was very cozy. It's also well connected to public transport and super close to hyde park, winter wonderland, and Oxford Street. I read comments that you can hear the subway but all I can say is that we heard a faint rumbling. It did feel like the area didn't have a lot to offer with restaurants but that might have been a false impression. There was nothing not to like in the place itself. The room might not be big but it has a storage closet and hanger. So you can put your luggage away.

• Diana (7/5): The accommodation is comfortable and and close to Hyde Park and two stations and is value for money. - The location was very close to Hyde Park and two train stations The musty smell and evaporators that take the moisture out of the air to keep the room dry. However, I did like the ensuite bathroom and little courtyard and fridge in the communal kitchen.
• Joanna (8/5): Really nice place in this price range - The room was spotlessly clean and very cosy, well equipped (there was even an electrical adapter, that's not so common). Shared bathroom super clean as well, I have no complaints at all. Location is really great - tube, buses and walkable distance to West End. The apartment was very quiet, we had a good night's sleep. The mattress was too soft for my taste, and sometimes the WiFi was unstable
• Garvey (7/5): overall great stay, clean and owner very helpful. would recommend ! - I liked the fact it was central to most things. made it very convenient when visiting different places. I also enjoyed how clean the property was along with how helpful the owner was upon arrival. I enjoyed the property and wouldn’t say that I didn’t like any part of it, however would have preferably had a room with a bathroom rather than sharing, however that was stated before arrival so not really a complaint.
• James (10/5): Mo could not have been more helpful . the property is immaculate and ideal for those not wishing to pay the sort of pric - The property was very secure and very clean. within very easy reach of Oxford street for the shopping and Marble Arch underground for visiting other areas of the city . nothing !

• Bruce (8/5): This suited our needs and was overall a pleasant experience. - The kitchen was well stocked with utensils. It was clean and functional. The shower room was clean and functional. The instructions for entry were clear but I had difficulties with the videos until I was able use the Wi-Fi once inside the building. The room was rather small, as was the bed. The bed was jammed up against on wall, which made it difficult for one of us get into it. The TV was rather difficult to use. The Wi-Fi didn't pop up on my phone until I was in the building. i.e. not by the front door.
