• Tusilani (10/5): Simply one of the best - My stay got off to a bad start thanks to Bookings.com ,But after speaking to the owner she allowed me access very early ,from outside the property doesn't look much but woe you would be wrong if you changed your mind and didn't stay, What a amazing apartment/flat its like the perfect home away from home, everything well thought out and to such a high standard that if it was anywhere else would cost at least 3 times the price . Highly recommend, the place is so clean that you just have to clean up after yourself. Thanks for having me Nothing to dislike about the flat ,just 2 recommendations 1 that the lock on the bedroom door should be able to lock from inside without the key but a turn nob and a extractor fan in the bathroom

• Paul (7/5): Comfortable flat share with lockable rooms. Within short ride or 30min walk of Alexandra Palace - Spotless and well spec’d flat. . Parking at the rear very handy. Second time I’ve stayed and first time I’ve found it! Go left from the front door and first lane on your right. As I was the only one in the flat, it was great value for what I got. Don’t be put off by the entrance and stairs. If you live in or visit flats like this, it’ll be no surprise. Felt safe. Sharing a kitchen and bathroom always feels a little intrepid, at least it does when you’ve not been a student for 35 years! These were spotless.
• Lara (8/5): Very good - The bed was super comfy and everywhere was lovely and clean. We went to an event at ally pally and it was really easy to get to and from. I didn’t realise that it was a shared apartment, i don’t recall seeing that written anywhere on the booking but that may be my fault. But this wasn’t necessarily a negative, i just wasn’t expecting it.

• Ahmet (8/5): Lovely place to stay, good value for money and effortless check in. - It was spotless and fairly comfortable. On our last night of stay, 3-4 people stayed in the last remaining room. It was our last night and we needed to have a good rest but the people did not sleep in that room and there was occasional shouting . They were still up and talking in the morning and we just left as soon as we could. I know the hosts could do not much in choosing the guests but this was the experience.

Didn't sleep well..probably best if you rent all rooms with a group ,but I will not try this again..

• Claire (7/5): Very convenient for our stay - Clean, coffee pod machine, nicely renovated; able to book at last minute, very quick & responsive host It was a shared space so each room rented separately. I didn’t realised as booked in a hurry. Not really a problem but our daughter came back in her own and would have had quite a fright to find a strange man in the flat, luckily he was already in his room. However, we disturbed him as couldn’t work out why a light was on! Also, we left our rooms unlocked. My fault not reading info but just so others are aware.

• Milner (10/5): Great value for money and local for Alexander Palace - Quiet neighbourhood, clean and tidy and had iron and washing facilities if needed I think the shared bathroom thing is ok BUT it would be good to know when people are using it as it could ruin your day if someone who has no rushing plans for the day gets in and takes forever thereby making someone else run late - maybe a chalk board with room names on and ability to mention a time they would prefer to shower would be advantageous

• Curtis (7/5): Well appointed and designed but poor quality Linen and synthetic aroma did not help for a comfortable rest. - Clean and well designed . Late access available and good house rules. The bed linen was synthetic and was sprayed with artificial chemical fabric fragrance . I found this very uncomfortable to sleep in synthetic covers and artificial fragranced rooms. I hope the comments are taken constructively as it is a nicely appointed stay in a council estate.
• Quin (10/5): The best place i’ve stayed at. - A lovely minimalistic apartment with a great kitchen and facilities and the room is beautiful. And within walking distance of Alexandra Palace which is great for anyone looking for a place to stay after an event.

• Mia (10/5): Exceptional - After a little trouble with previous accommodation this property came to the rescue. It was a fantastic few nights stay with everything you needed for a nights rest. The shower was beautiful too along side the comfort of the bed. Internet and check out time was great too. Would recommend staying here. With no fault to the owners at all, more of the building itself, there was quite a lot of blood leading up from the first floor and second floor stairs which was concerning.

• Sam (7/5): Nice interior. Far from Muswell Hill shops. Freezing cold inside this property. - Clean, pleasant interior decor, washing machine available; hot beverages available (tea and coffee) 1) It is not near the main area of Muswell Hill (the Broadway). In this cold weather public transport is far from the house, so you will need your own car or uber 2) The property is under central thermostat control and maintained at 9-14 degrees C. I stayed on the coldest night of the year (-1 C) outside. I turned the room radiator to ‘max’ but barely any heat came out of it, as the central thermostat overrides. If you have a health condition that requires you to be at 25 C like I do, the coldness of this place in the winter could cause you to lose your life.

• Roxanna (7/5): Good - Very clean, and I had it mostly to myself Kristina answered quickly and the area was nice 👌 There was a cat in the hallway that looked like a skeleton and smelled like someone had doused it in a deodorant. I almost took it to the vet, but it had a collar and I didn't want to interfere too much. I know it has nothing to do with the accommodation but that broke my heart and took some points of my stay in general 💔

• Tim (7/5): Comfy & clean but no privacy with hallway camera - Clean apartment and comfy bed and sheets Owners responded to messages quickly Good shower Good kitchen facilities Washing machine and dryer Felt no privacy with a giant camera in the hallway. Unsettling and the first apartment I've seen this. I understand it's for safety but I wouldn't have picked this place if I knew I was being watched 247. The glass above the bedroom door was awful when the other guests arrived back at midnight, being noisy and leaving the hall lights and bathroom lights on. The hall light beams straight into the bedroom and there's nothing you can do about it. No mirror in the bedroom. The kitchen oven had no instructions so I had to google to find out you need to put the timer on for it to work.

• Andrew (4/5): Not quite Highgate - Bed was clean. The room was bare. Just the bed and a sideboard. Not even a mirror or a desk and chair to work at. There is only 1 toilet and bathroom between 3 rooms. The location is in the middle of a noisy council estate, with people screaming and slamming doors all hours. I had put into the app, looking for a place in Highgate, but this was miles away. At least 10 min walk to the nearest bus stop.

Didn't want to venture out much as so cosy and comfortable. - Comfort, spotlessly clean, quality, ease of check in, very quiet, amazing view from balcony Cat hanging around. Unsure if it was neighbours but looked very unwell and underweight. Distressing to see. I did purchase food and fed it but feel rspca should be notified please.
