• Valentina (8/5): Buena para estancia corta en Napoles - Habitación comoda, igual a las fotos, pequeña, si quieres hacer una estancia corta por Napoles te lo recomiendo, la comunicación con Rosa fue bastante fácil, me facilito poder extender un día mas mi estancia, el check in es flexible y autonomo, cerca queda la parada de bus para llegar al centro fácil o a la estación de trenes, también hay cerca tabaquerias. Todo muy bien por nuestra estancia. El baño ya que en las fotos no se ve que el inodoro y la regadera están en el mismo lugar, pero no esta mal para pocos días, faltaba un poco de limpieza en la habitación pero no mal.

Tamaño perfecto para una persona, incluso ara dos; baño propio (lo que es difícil encontrar en Italia, donde muchos alojamientos tienen baño compartido), muy aseado (la ropa de cama olía muy bien) y no está lejos del casco histórico. Finalmente, la atención de Rosa es excelente. Sus indicaciones para llegar al alojamiento fueron claras y siempre estuvo atenta a resolver las dudas.

The host was very friendly, and we received detailed video instructions on how to get to the flat before arrival. Quite comfortable double bed. There is also a terrace. The bathroom needs a thorough cleaning, the towels were clean but worn.

• Andrea (9/5): Rapporto qualità-prezzo eccellente - La stanza ampia ed il letto comodo, la possibilità di usufruire di una parte esterna comune anche per cucinare, il parcheggio facile e libero nelle vicinanze (arrivare in auto è stato molto comodo, con i mezzi non saprei), la disponibilità e gentilezza dell’host, il prezzo super conveniente. un peccato che un bagno così grande (camera 3) non abbia il bidet; a volte, inoltre, l’acqua usciva un po’ troppo fredda, ma credo non dipenda dalla struttura.

• Milena (10/5): Odličan! - Objekat se nalazi na nekih pola sata hoda do turistički značajnih mjesta ili 10ak minuta vožnje busom sa stanice koja je bila udaljena samo 3,4min pješice od apartmana. Apartman se nalazi u mirnom okruženju, izuzetno čist, opremljen, ima sve što je potrebno. Domaćin preljubazan, sa i više nego preciznim upustvima za prijavljivanje. Za sva pitanja i nedoumice odgovarala je ODMAH što nam se posebno svidjelo. Kvart je prilično miran, tih, siguran. Definitivno bi preporučila i ako se budem vratila u Napulj-zna se moj izbor! Sve je super!

L'appartement mériterait un rafraîchissement, la douche n'est absolument pas pratique car le robinet est à l'extérieur ainsi que l'évacuation. • Bürgmayr (8/5): Great stay – exactly what I was looking for - I stayed here for 8 nights and got exactly what I wanted for the price. I was very satisfied. A big highlight was the high-quality mattress – I weigh a bit more, but I slept very well every night. The modern air conditioning was also a great plus, especially in hot Naples. The hotel is located slightly outside the center, so the air was always fresh, yet the connection to the city was excellent. Right around the corner there is also the traditional ‘Pizzeria Rosa’ (over centuries years old), which I can highly recommend, and two supermarkets (one open until 10 p.m.). The host was always friendly and helpful – whenever there was a question, she solved it immediately. Overall, nothing was missing and I would absolutely recommend this place.

Every room has its own bathroom. Affordable stay. Also, easy communication wotr Rosa. I would improve it a little bit like the kitchen appliances and focus more on the cleaning department.

Clean and comfortable. There is everything you need to stay. District. Convenient for those departing from Naples airport. Walking distance to the airport. 40-50 minutes at a leisurely pace. We liked everything very much. Senora Rosa did not leave us without attention, she answered all our questions. Whoever writes bad reviews, you are cheating. The linen is clean, the conditions are excellent, recommended for booking. The object deserves 11 points on the Bucking.соm scale.🌞The Internet is fast. Very comfortable price. We recommend it! THATS ALL IS GOOD🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I would especially like to highlight the owner of the guest house, a very responsive and kind woman, explained in detail how to get to the hotel, promptly answered all our questions and requests. • Jackie (8/5): Ticked all our boxes for an overnight stay - The simplicity of our host’s instructions to locate and enter the premises. Our very helpful and accommodating hosts. We only needed the room for an overnight stop, travelling between the airport and ferry port. For this the location was perfect. Very clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Generally I don’t like a shared bathroom, which this accommodation had, but I may of overlooked that when I booked. But for one night it was not a problem. Bathroom clean and functional, but not great. I also struggled with the lock and thought I’d got locked in a couple of times.

The neighborhood was calm, to be in Naples it was great to walk a bit off old town and rest somewhere quieter. Good price. The bathroom was supposed to be private but as it was external, there were more people using it Also it was pretty old and not in great conditions. Cleanliness wasn't the best.

• Kerim (5/5): Passable - It was fine for one night. The location felt a bit unsafe is pretty far from the main area of Naples. It was very difficult to get to from the train station. We waited for the bus for an hour but it never came so we tried to get a taxi and two refused because the property is in a difficult street. The bedroom was crowded with food and drinks they were trying to sell and the blanked had stains and hair on it.

They had similar keys for both rooms so at anytime someone could enter your room of the key is not in the door. A terrace in front of the only window as all the smoke enter inside. Horrible experience and not felt safe at any moment. Located in the worst side of Napoli

The bed and the pillows were somehow comfy, we rested. The doors on the street and yard were very narrow and uncomfy, the door of the room was scratching the floor, and it was very hard to open and close, the window of the room was not possible to be closed(sounds from outside) the door of the bathroom was bad(water goes inside the room) the blankets were not so clean(some stainds) the towels were dirty, overall the flloor was not cleaned, we find toilet paper and shampoo(maybe from previous occupant). not worth the price IMO.

The room was clean and spacious. I found the YouTube shot video sent by Rosa very helpful as it explained the exact location of the room. I spent a night on my own there and felt safe. N/A
• Stanislav (4/5): Good price, but not super clean - Accomodation was easy to find and we got really good video description one day before check in by the host. You also can get coffee and small snacks for relatively cheap price in the guest house. Area is also quite fine and easy to reach with bus 202 from central station. There is a supermarket very close by. Very cheap accomodation in Naples. Well, I was not amazed by the cleanliness in the room. The room was quite moldy what made me sneeze all the time. The reason most likely is the lack of ventilation as the bathroom is literally in the room separated by a stair and a sliding door. Hot water was only there for several minutes and we never had hot water for a complete shower during the 3 nights we stayed. Our blanket had coffee stains. Window was hard to close and had a sweet spot where it would stay closed after multiple attempts. I realize that this is a more sort of an airbnb and a family, but these things were not visible on the photos. I have also been to multiple couch surfing places where hygiene was on a higher level.
• Sharland (5/5): Deluxe room review - Good size room. 1/2 hr walk from trainstation or short bus ride and 5 minute walk. Microwave and fridge were useful and the coffee machine is a nice touch. Mattress too firm, bathtub in bathroom needs to be updated and the bathmat in the bathtub is old and dirty. The window above the bathtub can't be closed and the shower water is only luke warm during the whole day. Room has thin walls and could hear noice of other guest's and of whoever is below and people moving above. Room is facing a small road and can hear cars and scooters, plus the airplanes. There is only one pizzeria in the area, which is opening at 7pm. No other restaurants.

Great location, just 30 minutes to the center on foot, 45 minutes on foot to the airport.In that neighborhood, I felt safe. Shops and cafes nearby. Black mold everywhere. Literally everywhere. For the first time, I saw something like this. The bathroom was a joke - it was literally a toilet in the shower. Sink outside. The window was broken, so it was impossible to close it. Don't let the pictures fool you. It looks really nice, but from a distance. Black mold and paint falling away from the ceiling ruins everything. The room is extremely small. However, if not black mold and even moldy A/C- I would give 8,5/10
• Shivani (6/5): Great convenient spot but don't expect too much - Super convenient location, with bus connections, restaurants , convenience stores. Short distance to city centre. Private bathroom and toilet in the room. Flexible check in and out completely through a key lock, therefore not requiring to wait for owner/staff. Very cramped room with limited space to walk around the bed. The bathroom did not have a proper door. The window would not lock, which was a bit upsetting as we did not feel safe in an unfamiliar area to sleep with an unlocked window. Paint was chipping off the ceiling onto the bed. Bear in mind walls were super thin, so expect to hear everything from the neighbouring rooms. The property was on level 1, with access through an outdoor staircase (very narrow staircase). Therefore, it may be difficult to carry a heavy suitcase up, we only had backpacks so it was not an issue for us.

I rented it for 43 euros/day, but it was impossi - Pluses: - There was air conditioner - Double bad - Microwave in a room Minuses: - no noise isolation, that was really loud there and it was impossible to rest at night and in the morning. - all kitchen related stuff was dirty and I needed to wash it all before usage. - there was a tea, but not a kettle. - one day toilet paper was finished and than we lived for two days until checkout without it. - hard to get to a room since there is no metro and busses are not working with schedule. Once I waited for a bus one hour and then decided to go on foot. - no kitchen - based on all this things room is overpriced. I rented it for 43 euros/day, but it was impossible to cook, to rest, to have a tea, to get to that place…
