• Hanna (9/5): - Було дійсно дуже дуже чисто, просто і з комфортом. Ванна кімната була індивідуально для моєї кімнати. Були запропоновані кава, чай та пластівці на сніданок безкоштовно. Трохи далеко від міста, до найближчої станції метро подорож пішки+автобусом триває близько 30 хвилин. Але це має і свої вигоди- гарна і спокійна місцевість, тиша, перспективний вигляд на місто.

• Vladimir (8/5): Nice room in a great villa, but with shared bathroom - This is a big villa in the suberb of Prague. Green and beautiful neighbourhood. Silent. Clean. I was surprised that I got the room with shared facilities (bathroom and toilet). I am usually careful when booking and this time I didn't notice this important info: shared bathroom. My room was a big work-room in this villa. There was a confortable bed inside. Still, this wasn't supposed to be the sleeping room. In the room I had a bathrobe and towels. So, in the evening, I put the robe on, take the towel and go for a shower. In the beginning it was very inconvenient for me, but I got used after two days. Especially because the room and shard bathroom were very good. Another drawback is that the villa is difficult to find and pretty far from the public transportation.

• Vivien (4/5): Legközelebb nem ide foglalnék - Tömegközlekedés szempontjából jó A fogadtatás,kommunikáció egyáltalán nem volt barátságos. Reggelente nagyon hideg volt a villában és a szobánkban.. kádas fürdővel foglaltunk drágább szobát,ahonnan a tulajdonos kivette a dugót,hogy ne tudjunk egy hideg városnézős nap után se venni egy meleg vizes fürdőt. Több alkalommal is jelen volt a kiadott élettérben,ami abszolút nem volt jó benyomású!

We also had the possibility to check-in early for an additional fee, which was very important to us, as we arrived at 6am and we were exhausted after a long trip. -

• Sucubbi (7/5): Krásná vilka - Krásná tichá lokalita, vše velmi čisté, moc příjemná paní majitelka. Krásná prostorná koupelna se sprchovým koutem. Společná kuchyňka a obývací prostory moc pěkné, uklidňující a prostorné. Topilo se, takže se i zimomřivý člověk jako jsem já zahřál. Nevidím důvod, proč si někteří komentující stěžují, že se museli při vstupu do budovy sundat boty. Doma si v botech snad také nechodíte, takže za mne sundat obuv v naprostém pořádku. Bohužel mi deka a polštář vůbec nevyhovovaly. Řekla bych, že potřebují dávno vyměnit. Kvůli polštáři jsem se skoro nevyspala :-( Paní majitelku jsem nezastihla, ráno jsme pospíchaly, jinak bych jí to pověděla osobně. Přesto vřele doporučuji, ubytování bylo jinak příjemné ⚘️

The villa provides ample space, including parking for up to four cars. You can easily get to the city center in just 40 minutes by public transport, making it an ideal base for exploring the city. • Vasja (10/5): Exceptional - The room was exceptionally clean, as was the rest of the house. The property is impressive. It is spacious, filled with greenery and with a view of the surrounding hills of Prague. Valentina was polite, unobtrusive, yet always available when needed. An excellent host overall. My visit took place during a heat wave (32°C), but the house remained reasonably cool. It is conveniently located about 10 minutes on foot from the university. Reaching the city center by bus and subway takes 30–45 minutes, making it suitable for visitors of the city who prefer a calm and relaxing area in the evenings. Highly recommended!

• Greete (9/5): Nice - The room was clean, although we could not spend the whole night because of the plane. Keys were working well. Whole house was large. TV was working well (Netflix and Youtube included). We booked this place quite late, but staff answered us very quickly. Check-in was simple, just had to call the staff. Staff did not speak english, mostly russian.
• Eva (10/5): Villa Homestay - Villa Homestay is conveniently located within an easy walk to the bus route to Dejvice or towards the University of Life Sciences. You are met in person, and everything you need for your stay is explained. You then have easy access to the property and can come and go as you please. The facilities are comfortable and clean, and the unit is well heated in winter. There is a coffee station in the room and you have access to a kitchenette area to heat food or make a basic meal. Everything was as expected, nothing to note here. 🙂

The room we stayed in downstairs was stuffy and had very old furniture. We had a reservation for 4 people but 1 person had to sleep on a portable bed. It was notcomfortable. There is no kitchen.
