Nicolas (10/5): Good place to spend time in Cancun - Very Nice place to spend some time. Clean, confortable. Good kitchen. Good wifi.
Catherine (10/5): Exceptional - What a nice little apartment! There are two bedrooms, both with a locking door and private ac unit. The kitchen is pretty standard size as is the shared bath. The bed is comfy and there is a little outdoor space in the back. It's in a quiet residential neighborhood. The bedroom is small, but there is a common area with a TV that is comfortable to hang out in. It would be perfect for two couples or two friends who want separate rooms. I'm a solo traveler and I was there all alone. Uber was readily available to take me places.

Michela (5/5): Ok stay for a night. - Easy to find and good instructions provided. The shopping mall is just a few minutes walking. The shower was really good with hot water. The place wasn't very clean. The kitchen utensils are very old and there is no microwave.
Nikitat86 (8/5): Safe location and excellent communication - - Safe location, in a "coto" or gated community, close to Soriana, Oxxos, bus stop, taco stands, restaurants etc. - Very clean - Easy "check-in" with fantastic communication from the host, who sent useful information about the area etc. - Fridge, stove, cutlery etc. - Air conditioning and fan - Good value for money - The bed isn't the most comfortable - I didn't realise when booking that it was a shared bathroom with another guest who was staying downstairs. It wasn't a problem for us, we just didn't realise beforehand

Philipp (8/5): Very good - Host answers quick and has a lot of recommendations. There is a big supermarket nearby and the cillectivo stops nearby. Fridge is big. No drinking water included. The apartment is located quite outside of cancun. So long ways to the beach/ado. (But ok with the collectivo)

Heloise (3/5): Poor - I understand this is a very cheap accommodation but the room was not super clean with some stains on the sheets, some hair, and even a spider crawling from underneath the cover. Recommend for cheapest option if you have a flight to catch and need to spend a few hours of the night somewhere. Bathroom was nice.
