Easy access - with lifts. Comfortable beds, shower over big bath - good hot water and pressure Wifi kept dropping out. Also - big red light in the roof at the front door that could not be turned off was annoying to sleep.

Douche prima. De ligging is echt perfect, vlakbij de metro in een gezellige buurt met genoeg eetgelegenheden.

Still the floors were mopped daily, staff responded quickly to messages. Ask for room A13 my brother got that room it was much bigger with windows and bidet. The room is not cleaned properly but we are able to manage. We move the beds together and figure out that dusts and garbage below. However they emmediately cleaned it when we asked them to clean it properly.

• Conne Krystel (9/5): Our entire stay was good enough. - We like that it is in Ximending area and very near to Ximen station. There are also family mart across and 7/11 nearby. The staff were very responsive to requests. Not really soundproof as advertised. We heard sexual moaning from the room beside us and chattering on the other. The wooden wardrobe on our room is quite dusty and has termites. We also experienced being bitten by bed bugs but didn't happen again after we got our sheets changed.
• Veronica (8/5): A convenient, eco-conscious stay with great staff. - Lin Inn Wan Nian is in a great location right in the busy Ximending area, and the walk to the train station felt very easy because there was so much happening around the inn. In fact, the inn is actually very near and convenient. I also really appreciated their eco-friendly concept of encouraging guests to bring their own toiletries like toothpaste, toothbrush, shaver, and shower cap to reduce wastage. The staff were another big plus point, very helpful, responsive, and easy to reach. Whenever I sent a text, I usually got a reply within minutes, often even in less than a minute. One downside was that noise from other rooms could be heard. Fortunately, my family are deep sleepers, and after a full day of walking around the city, we were still able to rest well. While I appreciate the inn’s effort to reduce waste, it would be even better if they could provide metal utensils for guests when needed.
• Santelices (8/5): Overall, we had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. - We had a great stay for 4 days and 3 nights. The place is spacious and comfortable, and the hotel contact was very responsive and accommodating to all our requests. The price is very affordable considering the location, which is very convenient, especially since it’s close to everything around the Ximending area. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would definitely recommend this place. One downside is that the rooms don’t have enough windows, which made the space feel a bit enclosed. It would be great if they could offer rooms with a balcony, as Taipei is such a beautiful city to take in especially at night.

• Laurice (8/5): - GREAT LOCATION BUT SOME SLIGHT DISCOMFORT. The location is the biggest highlight—right in Ximending, which makes it very convenient for food, shopping, and transportation. The check-in process is smooth and hassle-free, as they send the door code upon arrival. The room size is decent, and the air conditioning works well and keeps the room cool. The overall quality doesn’t quite match the price—you are mostly paying for the location. Noise can be an issue, especially at night, as footsteps from the upper floor are quite noticeable. The bed sheets didn’t seem very clean, as we experienced slight allergies afterward. Wi-Fi is slow and tends to disconnect at times.
