• Cvz (1/5): 🔴POLICE, DROGUE & INCOMPÉTENCE VOLONTAIRE DU GESTIONNAIRE🔴 (À LIRE ATTENTIVEMENT) - Localisation Nous avions choisi cet établissement uniquement pour sa localisation. Ce fut une erreur catastrophique. La nuit que nous y avons passée a été un véritable cauchemar : murs d’une finesse scandaleuse, impression d’être dans la même chambre que les voisins. Dès 1h du matin, dans la chambre voisine, hurlements, insultes, crises de rage avec destruction d’objets, vacarme incessant pendant des heures. Malgré plusieurs demandes, totalement ignorées car les personnes étaient clairement droguées, le bruit a continué jusqu’à l’intervention de la police vers 3h du matin (soit 2 heures de hurlements), puis reprise jusqu’à 5h entre commentaires de match de foot et ébats bruyants. Nous n’avons pas dormi une seule minute. Le plus révoltant reste l’absence totale de réaction du gestionnaire malgré nos signalements répétés à 5h, 10h puis 15h et notre demande légitime de remboursement intégral. Silence absolu encore à ce jour, une semaine plus tard. Service client du logement : inexistant, uniquement joignable sur WhatsApp, basé à l’étranger avec son décalage horaire (Paraguay) et incapable d’assurer la moindre assistance sérieuse. Service client booking contacté, qui a enjoint le prestataire du logement à nous rembourser : toujours sans réponse 1 semaine plus tard. À cela s’ajoutent des équipements honteusement défaillants : canapé-lit usé et extrêmement inconfortable, frigo qui chauffe au lieu de refroidir, isolation inexistante, douche qui fuit, fenêtre cassée qui ne ferme pas. Nous avons dû quitter les lieux et payer un second hôtel à nos frais tellement les conditions étaient invivables. Cet établissement est indigne d’accueillir des voyageurs dans des conditions minimales de respect, de sécurité et de décence. Une expérience épuisante, stressante et profondément irrespectueuse. Nous attendons à ce jour un retour du gestionnaire et irons en justice s’il le faut.

De code van het locker stond in de mail en eenmaal open zaten er geen sleutels in van de kamer alleen een magneet . Ik heb de magneet meteen terug gedaan en heb het gebouw verlaten . Eigenlijk in 1 woord een lugubere plek . Daar wil ik niet slapen . Toen kon de man ineens wel reageren en zei dat hij dat niet wist ( lijkt mij vreemd) Ik heb verzoek ingediend voor terug betaling . En beter lees ik voortaan de revieuws. Heb verder nooit geen klachten bij booking maar ik begrijp niet dat iemand zoiets op booking mag plaatsen Helemaal niets beviel mij

Just what ever you are doing, don't book... Didn't recieve the keys properly for my room, there is no Hot water , and the place is just barely working ... • Emeriaud (3/5): robadora. sin corazon - nada de no haber tenido ni llamada ni communication con el lgar donde page y no podie ir ni passar el tiempo de descanso que page. me hizo robar el celefono esa noche con violencvia estuvi al hopital. lo he dicho el ultimo dia al la duena perdon. pero no podia llamarla. y el ultimo dia que page ni me ha hecho una proposicion de descuento o de apoyo de cualquier typo .tome los dineros. y jamas me contestado mas. entonces pagues unos dias y jamas estruve en este lugar mal ubicado. me perdi con la direction dado. y el codigo 1510 lo probe en cada cadena encontrado en esa calle hubicada. estuvi para un horor jamas ire de nuevo aqui quiero que me reveuelven. mis dineros. o que sea bien dicho porque he tenido su vecina que le ha llamado para decir quel muchacho de booking estaba abarro et no hay llave dentre . con el codigo 1510. y a contestado que estaba alquillado. entonces es una robadora bien organizado que voy a denunvcier. hasta luego gracis y no deseo ni saber de conocer la. la policia se hiva a encargar de este typo de peroson

• Kavari (5/5): It was cold. Very bad communication - The place was central and easy to find Communication was terrible. I booked for two nights. Air conditioning wasn’t working. When I send a message it was ignored all day. Only to reply at night that they would investigate the next day. I asked for an extra blanket that they ignored. I send messages via Bookings.Com and the watsapp number.

When we entered the apartment strong bad smell was felling the house it stayed like that the whole time I was there . I don’t blame the cleaning staff cuz I met one of them and she was really sweet and actually was doing her job , the smell was coming from the pipes in the small bathroom so I think it is more of the owners problem to fix that which I think he is not going to , cuz there was no hot water in the shower ( I was there in January very cold weather) so it was impossible to take a shower, the bathrooms were a disaster overall( broken sink , broken walls , old stuff , smelly , and cold ) , the sofá in the room I was staying was all stained with red stuff ! So overall I don’t recommend it , and worth mentioning ( I had to ask a guy to open the door of the building for me cuz getting the owner to open the door was a long long process that didn’t make any sense cuz you needed to send a direct message to a number that didn’t even read the message and had us waiting in the street for 15 mints )

La puerta de la habitación estaba rota, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba cuando llovia, pasemos frio y la nevera de la habitacion no funciona, sofa manchando y cortinas. Son cosas básicas que una habitacion debería tener en buen estado. El mando de la tele sin pilas. El responsable contesta cuando quiere.No estuvimos cómodos durante la estancia y no cumplió con lo que esperábamos. No lo recomiendo. No es todo lo bonito que se be en las fotos.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per 3 notti e purtroppo devo dire che è stata una delle esperienze peggiori che abbia mai avuto. Pulizia - la camera era sporca al mio arrivo: polvere ovunque, bagno visibilmente trascurato, tende sporche e specchio macchiato. Il terzo letto non era neanche stato preparato. Cortesia del personale - nessuna accoglienza all'arrivo, solo messaggi che ti danno indicazioni. Personale poco disponibile, ogni richiesta veniva accolta con fastidio. Check in alle 16.00, invece che alle 14 come in tutti gli altri hotel, comunicato solo all'arrivo. Servizi: i servizi promessi sul sito non corrispondono alla realtà. Il phon in camera non era utilizzabile e mi hanno liquidato dicendo che mancava una prolunga (che in 4 giorni non è mai arrivata). una finestra senza maniglia (che abbiano chiuso accostando la sedia per tutti e 4 i giorni). Per un giorno intero è mancata l'acqua calda e ho dovuto sollecitare il malfunzionamento, e per assurdo anche la mancanza di carta igienica. Nel complesso, sconsiglio vivamente questo hotel.

• GINALYN (5/5): It's ok if you are not fussy. - The room is ok The bathroom shower curtain keeps falling, the bin in the bathroom/ toilet has never been emptied. There is hot water but it won't last for 5 minutes then it will be cold while you shower then you have to wait for a while to be hot again. It's located at the city centre so expect to be noisy cars and bin lorries so early in the morning. It's cheap so I should not complain but at least I expected the facilities to be a bit better it's very poor.

Estuvimos todo el día intentando llamar y enviar mensajes — nos ignoraron por completo. El código de la habitación nos lo enviaron recién a las 18:00, cuando la entrada estaba prevista a las 16:00. Después de eso, todavía tuvimos que esperar dos horas más bajo el sol, con niños y maletas pesadas, hasta que finalmente nos abrieron la puerta. En segundo lugar, las condiciones dentro eran pésimas: estaba sucio, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, la nevera no enfriaba, al contrario, ¡por dentro hacía más calor que fuera! el secador era imposible de usar — el cable tenía apenas 5 cm, ni siquiera llegaba al enchufe. ¡Por ese precio es un desastre total! Nunca volveremos a este sitio. Mejor dormir en la playa que en un alojamiento así.

Pues su limpieza ( con arañas en el techo e insectos por la paredes), no está muy actualizado ( algo viejo), baldosas rotas por el pasillo haciendo ruidos, los servicios viejos, los lavabos con goteras y debían tener cubos para recoger el agua por lo que el baño tenía charcos de agua, la persiana del balcón no se bajaba , por lo tanto, desde las 07:00 horas entraba toda la luz y no podías dormir, la puerta del balcón estaba rota no cerraba y lo hacía con un pestiño que no ajustaba bien y no cerraba bien , por lo tanto, entraba mucho ruido. Los baños necesitan una reforma y arreglar las roturas.

• Olena (1/5): I can not recommend this hotel nobody! - The only positive is the location, but the overall condition makes it impossible for me to recommend it under any circumstances Cleanliness and maintenance were terrible: broken furniture, damaged outlets, and disgusting shared areas. No response from the host. After paying for two nights, I left after just a few hours. Only the location is good, but it’s not worth it.

Not clean, hot water is not working, refrigerator is in a very bad condition, the staff is not responsive, whats up number is a sort of AI based and not helpful. Even I had informed them through whats up ans booking.com message box that I was leaving the property, they did not reply at all. They sent me an automatic check out procedure. What a joke :((
• Lawrence (3/5): Unless it’s for a single night, you’re better off staying elsewhere - The location is good and the rooms are bright The bed is essentially a pull out sofa bed, not a real bed with a mattress. There are two very thing sheets but no real duvet. The shower was only running cold the first day I arrived, after this is was temperamental. You’re only given two small hand towels to dry yourself with so you will need to bring your own towels. The bathroom isn’t stocked with toilet paper so you will have to buy your own, also the hand wash sink doesn’t work. The kitchen is basically non existent, there is a microwave and a bad smelling fridge but there is no oven or hob, only an electrical single hob that did not work so cooking is not possible. There’s a hairdryer mounted on the wall in the bedroom but the cord doesn’t even reach to the nearest socket so you cannot use it. The mini fridge in the bedroom doesn’t work. The balcony isn’t large enough to spend any time on. Check-in is only possible after 16:00 and you will never interact with the owner or any staff.
• Skye (4/5): It was a nice place to say - The location was perfect, everything was only a short walk away. However, the showers only ran cold water and by the second day the toilet roll had not been replenished.

Good for the price but be expected to not shower or have it cold - The room itself was very cute, lived having a balcony and the bed was really comfy. Two major problems: The first was that the door in our room to the balcony didn't lock so unless a chair was infront it blew open so we were freezing the first night when we didn't know. Secondly, we didn't get any hot water so couldn't have a shower- very bad. And didn't use the kitchen but one of the other guests told me it didn't work.

• Shakeem (2/5): HELL NO - Location I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Paid £100 more for a double but they gave it to someone else, I couldn't get any clean towels, no toilet rolls, hot water 95 % a miss and 5% a hit. My door handle wouldn't stop falling on the ground, the fridge was hanging off and they made me wait 30mins in the rain before anyone contacted me to so I could gain access to the building, afterwards there was no contact from staff what so ever.

• Faye (7/5): Great value short stay in Málaga centre - Location was amazing, great value for money and larger than what you’d bet in a hostel equivalent. Perfect for a couple of friends for a few days. Balconies were cute too. Kitchen well equipped. Air con works well. No extractor in the bathrooms so they got a bit steamy and one smelt a bit drainy. Also depending on the people staying there, some left it a bit soggy. Room smelled a bit of smoke but not noticeable after a bit.

Where do I start :( Bathroom rarely had toilet paper. There were no slippers and floor was dirty. Sink was leaking and the table in the room was falling apart. Unfortunately, it is very clear that the owner does not care. With an investment of ~500 eur they could make so many fixes and make the place much more comfortable.

• David (1/5): Totally disgusting place filled with cockroaches - the location is the only thing to like about this place it was a very filthy place. there was a toaster in the room full of crumbs, the floor of the room was also very dirty but the worst part, and I mean the totally disgusting part was that there were countless cockroaches on one of the bathrooms. we thought it was only one on the first day and after we texted the host, they sent someone over. the next hour after he was there, there were 5 dead cockroaches just laying on the floor of the bathroom which made it unusable. After this we thought the cockroach nightmare was over but what a surprise we had when one night we entered the “usable” bathroom and there was a gigantic cockroach on top of the toilet. after this we were so disgusted that we used that bathroom super quickly because we couldn’t stand the idea of spending much time there. The bed was also bad and the tv stand was broke . all these issues were shared with the host and he simply didn’t care. we contacted booking.com help and they said that the host wasn’t answering them also. this was, by far, the worst place we’ve ever stayed in our lives so please, don’t do this to yourselves and pay a bit more but stay in a place that has hygiene values and respects it’s tenants.

• Claudia (1/5): bad experience - the location was great broken bed, balcony not like on the picture, checkin didnt work. host didn’t even answer. when we sent information about broken bed, no response either = inexistent support/host. photos are not reality. broken bathroom tools, barely enough toilet paper or none. wifi was okay close by. one of the worst experience ever and we love travelling around the world :-) super easy-going traveller … but this was not acceptable.
