• Silvana Santana (6/5): - Bem localizado, limpo, e um ótimo atendimento. Tem microondas, frigobar e utensílios no quarto. Falta uma cozinha para lavar o que foi usado. Tivemos que lavar na pia do banheiro.
• David (10/5): A very nice experience - The room is comfortable, the apartment is in a beautiful quiet neighbourhood and is very close to the tramway station. The host was very friendly and helpful.

• Smith (9/5): Comfy and relaxing - The bedroom was very spacious and bed was comfy! Although we were staying with the host we barely saw him and pretty much had the bathroom to ourselves. Was a bit of a walk from the centre of Florence but not too bad.
• Miriam (9/5): Superb - Comfy, had everything we needed. Right near a tram station. Shower temperature went from cool to way too hot and nothing in between.

• Yasmine (10/5): Nice location - The host was very nice , The room was fully equipped with microwave and kettle , bathroom was shared but clean , it was just 20 mins walking from city center and also very close to the train station , 10 mins from the bus station and theres a supermarket in the nearby No elevator , so if you have big luggage it will be a hassle but the good thing is its only two floors up , Also theres a train station very close so train sound is very loud at night , but we were really tired at the end of the day from wondering around the city so we just closed the windows and didn’t feel anything
• Evie (8/5): Lovely host & clean, comfy room - The host was great, he was very friendly & helpful and spoke very good English which was a plus for us. The room itself was clean and comfy with a large sofa,large comfy bed, A/C, TV, microwave, kettle & cutlery. It was also located not far from a tram stop which takes you to Firenze Centrale & near Penny's supermarket which was useful. Apart from the trains it was also a very quiet apartment.
• Valentina (8/5): Very pleasant stay in Firenze - The place is comfortable and has all you need for a short stay. The bedroom has a mini fridge , a kettle and a microwave in case required. Air con is also provided which is a plus during very hot days/nights. Please note that: - The kitchen cannot be used by the guests. - The flat is near a railway so you will possibly hear trains passing by , although we haven’t heard anything between late night and early morning (or maybe we were just too tired 😝) - The building doesn’t have a lift but the flat is at the second floor so doable for young people

• David (7/5): Good - The location is about 15 minutes by bike (you can rent bikes through an application) from the centre and 30-40 minutes walking. It is also possible to take a tram (5 mins walk from the house). It's a little far from the centre walking but I knew this before I booked. The host was very welcoming, friendly and attentive throughout the stay and allowed me to leave my bags whilst exploring the city on the last day. There is a supermarket 200m from the front door which is very convenient. I was rushed out upon retrieving my bags, where he had previously said that I could leave the key once I had finished and I had to repack my case in the hallway.
• Nynke (10/5): Very nice stay with a very friendly host - We had a nice stay in this accommodation! Clean room with airconditioning (it was very hot when we stayed, so the airco was very nice!). Appartment is with a shared bathroom. This proved never to be a problem. Everything is very tidy and clean. All you need for a comfortable stay is there. Very friendly host (Francesco) who answered all our questions and gave us directions to where the best places were in the neighbourhood to get dinner. He even brought us back to the garage where our car was under repair! Very friendly and thoughtful. The apartment is on the top floor. The apartment is about 15 min from downtown Florence. The tramstation is relatively nearby (muratori station) or go by foot, like we did, then you'll see more from Florence on the way!
