Please inform B&B Canaliscious in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that children under the age of 8 years old cannot be accommodated at this property. Please note that the owner of the apartment is living in the same building. Please note that a deposit of EUR 250 must be paid cash upon arrival. It will be returned in cash at check out. The property is located on the 4th floor in a building with no elevator. We only accept bookings from guests 24 years of age and older, if bookings are made that are not in compliance to this we have the right to cancel the booking. If the neighbors or members of the team find out smoking has occurred within the property a fine will be charged. STRICTLY NO SMOKING POLICY Please keep the level of noise down so you do not cause any disturbance towards the neighbors. When booking you hear by agree towards the terms stipulated. Check-in fee’s for late check-in 8PM - 11PM : 40 EUR After - 11PM : 80 EUR Early Check in 9:00am - 1PM 30 EUR We charge 50 EUR for nightly issues.
