We received the key to the apartment, but not the key to the property entrance. It is necessary to contact reception to gain access to the property.

People complained about not having hot water, i didn't see it much of a problem because they tell you times where you get hot water and besides you still find hot water during the day it takes time to be cold.

The room had a broken, cupboard, no shower door, a missing handle on the window. The WiFi didn't work. There was no microwave, one was later offered when I requested an iron. That was just unprofessional. That definitely wasn't worth the money I paid.

When we got to the property we called for them to open the gate for us and the phone was unreachable. We pressed the intercom but to no avail. We then hooted but still no one showed up. So we tried calling again and the host’s daughter (I assume) then answered. When we explained to her how many attempts we made at trying to reach them she was so rude to us. Telling us the phone is on and that she didn’t see any missed calls, meaning that we are lying. When I asked of ways to pay she told me she doesn’t know. I mean how does someone speak with customers like that. I’ve never seen such insolence.

Its unfortunate that I did not take picture - I did not eat breakfast, but I like the environment atmosphere at the room and outside. The furniture, bedding and the shower was perfect and clean. Lol. I was late to wake up and I had to put my stuff at the reception since the cleaners was at the door want to clean the room. However, I understand the checking out time has arrived.
