Manager didn’t acknowledge - Location, early check in In house lizard, with lizard poop everyday, was cleaned once after alerting the manager but ultimately not resolved. Brown water from all taps and toilet - apparently unused apartment for a week Bathtub drainage - very slow, clogged ? Cockroaches present Dryer doesn’t work No dishwashing liquid or sponge Air con in bedroom not functioning well - needs maintenance Mattress spring busted Living area aircon remote doesn’t work (battery?) - Thomas (5/5): - The weather. At arrival time the electricity was cut off because the electricity bill was not paid by the owner. The table in the kitchen needs to be replaced. The table base is broken. The cutlery in the kitchen is poor; there are no normal knives. The bottoms of all the drawers (table in the room, chest of drawers on which the TV stands) are falling out. The sofa in the room is dirty. The handle of the mop is broken, so the mop is unusable. There are cockroaches in the kitchen.

- SOYEUNG (7/5): - 로케이션이 정말 좋아요!!! 고층이라 마음에 들었습니다...호스트도 친절합니다. 집기구들이 재사용 하기 힘들었고, 화장실 발매트에서 냄새가 심했다. 침대도 체크인 전 사람들이 사용을 했는지 심하누냄새가 났다. 청소서비스가 가능하다는 점을 사전에 말해주지 않은 점도 미흡했다. 그중 제일 불편한 점은 에어컨이 제대로 작동을 안함. 처음 몇일은 잘 사용되었으나 이후는 계속적으로 냉방에 문제가 심각했음. 거실과 방 둘다.

The unit was well located but the apartment was dirty when I arrived . The towels were already color gray instead of white . The utensils were bits and pieces of left overs by previous tenants . No shower curtain so the water keeps splashing all over the floor . I don’t think the unit is being managed properly because the place was dusty especially the terrace .

- YOSHIE (9/5): - 滞在に必要な物は揃っていて、洗濯や簡単な調理もできました。同じコンド内にカフェや食事ができるお店、スーパーもありとても便利です。部屋からはツインタワーも見えロケーションも最高でした。 少し気になった点は、洗濯機が時々大きな音がして動いてしまい、階下の人からクレームがこないか心配しました。それも4回目の洗濯からはなくなったのでほっとしました。

It was very bare - kitchen has a mishmash of leftover cutlery and plates/mugs. Bedsheets were not clean. Towels were not clean as well.

- Rahim (8/5): I had a very good stay for one night at the property. - Easy check in process, check in staff was very attentive. Location near to variety of restaurants, particularly connected to 163 Mall. The bedroom is quite spacious for two person and kitchenette has all the basic electrical appliances and tableware for simple meals cooking. At the time of my check in, on the way to building parking area, there were many supplies lorries and they caused congestion. The fabric for the sofa and chairs are not properly clean, there are stains mark. Shower in the bathtub that needs curtains so that water didn’t splash out to bathroom floor.
- Aleksandra (10/5): Beautiful, comfortable and convenient - In the end i stayed for a month, as i kept on prolonging my stay, I really loved the place, apartment was beautifully decorated and comfortable, location is more than perfect having direct access from lobby to Mall 163, i enjoyed jacuzzi and the pool very much. The main concierge was very kind, approachable and always helpful. I'm very sure i will stay here next time around.

- Tiam (3/5): Unlike previous reviews, the cleaniness was disappointing. - Location is great which is connected to 163. The bath towels are old and not replaceable for three days. Only with a bit of complaint, fresh towels were replenished after two nights of stay. No cleaning for three days too, and the floors were already a bit dirty on first day.
- Yeo (9/5): i had a wonderful and enjoy time with my family. it was excellent view of the city and cosy room - it was on the 39th floor and was given the best view on the City from our balcony and our master bedroom whether it was in the morning or night. B39.03. it has all the equipment and facilities that is needed such as kitchen, washing machine, ironing board. the suite was accessible to the mall - grocery, massage, varieties choices of foods and etc. Furthermore, we are given a parking lot for our rented car too.. lastly, the 1 studio apartment is spacious - for the Bathroom, masterroom and living room. it has nice lighting to brighten the living room. Excellent! nothing at the moment

Not the best value for money. - the location is good the place is clean the building is new and clean - Wifi Signal was weak in the bed room. - Towels were in a bad shape having lots of holes. - Bedroom TV was not connected to Wifi till it was fixed the day after. - The two twin beds are next to each other but kept separating in the middle. - The operators were very strict and not very friendly. I arrived 2 hours before the check in time and even though the room was empty and clean and ready for check in, the operator refused without paying extra 100 RM. This is his right of course, but most operators and hotels will do this out of courtesy. - The Room wasn’t cleaned in my 2 days stay. the operator said that cleaning only happens after 7 days of stay.

- Hs333 (3/5): Disappointed stay - Location was good The most disappointed thing is the bed linen was so smelly. I asked to change for few times, but it didnt be better so much for 4weeks. Also when I book, I chose the room with balcony, but actual room didnt have a balcony.. and floor was dirty too, even after cleaning service it wasnt so clean. Also under kitchen area smelled like mold... and closet door was broken.. It was quiet expensive to rent, so i expected good experience, however it was not as good as i was expected including staff attitude.

- Jia (9/5): Everything is great! - Located just next to 163 retail park (even connected to the mall so that you don't have to go outdoor) as well as other buildings. The studio is nicely decorated with modern and chic design and it comes with a sofa bed in the living room. The big screen TV comes with Netflix as well. The room is very spacious despite it's just a studio. And here is bathtub too. Cooking is also allowed and I guess it would be very convenient as there are basic amenities. In short, a very good staying experience in this place :) I wish the AC in the room is colder and there is better illustration for check in process and guidance to the parking lot (It could be very useful for people who drive alone to the apartment)
