• Nikhil (9/5): Perfect for a short stay in Ho Chi Minh. Cheap, clean and comfortable. - Location was great, very clean and well sized. Host was very helpful. Only thing was there was one lift which was usually quite busy.

• Shayne (10/5): Lovely apartment. Very good hosts. Great location - Very central, the property itself was clean, amazing shower! Very helpful and present hosts. Can be very noisy, the walking street outside had huge performances every night we were there, then cap off at around 11, but not ideal if you’ve had a long flight and want to rest. Building was pretty dirty.

• Maren (9/5): Top Aussicht gerade über Silvester:-) - Die Lage des Apartments war unschlagbar! Wir waren über Silvester hier und konnten die Party von oben anschauen.. Wahnsinn! 😊 Die Betten sind bequem, die Dusche ist riesig. Der Checkin hat problemlos geklappt und die Kommunikation zum Vermieter war super. Etwas nervig war es auf den Fahrstuhl zu warten, aber man kann ja auch zu Fuß in den 6. Stock und sich zwischendurch die süßen Cafés anschauen:-) Wenn man barfuß auf den Balkon geht, waren die Füße danach schwarz.. aber auch die kann man ja waschen ;-)

• HIDEYUKI (8/5): 短期間ならあり - なんと言っても場所がよい。どこでも歩いていける。建物内にカフェやレストランがある。隣にはコンビニがある。部屋からの景色がよい。バスタオルは十分にはないが、リクエストすれば替えてくれる。前回蓋がなかったトイレのゴミ箱に蓋が付いて良かった。洗濯機は無料で使えてよい。 仕方ないけどうるさい。Nguyen Hueストリート広場でコンサートがあればそのまま部屋まで音が入ってくる。上の寿司屋の椅子を引き摺る音が大きく、閉店まではうるさくて眠れない。7日に1回しかシーツを替えてくれない。リクエストしてポリシーだからと交換してくれない。テレビがない。無料でエレベーターに乗れるが、いつも混んでいて、長い時間待たないといけないので、外出したら簡単には部屋に帰れない。

The elevator was often full or bit of a wait, but that is not Circadians fault, just part of being in a busy building, definately wont stop me from staying again

• Levi (8/5): amazing location and staff. Most of it was great with just minor negatives..overall I'd stay again. - location - amazing, heart of the city in district 1. You're mainly paying this place for locational access. staff - very helpful, communication was amazing. Besides the place..this is probably what makes or breaks a pleasant stay or not, great job by the team to be attentive with their guests. room - great, looked clean. The better parts about the room was the bed, sink, decent tables and place to hang clothes and store clothes. Shower equipment was also good, seemed modern. bed - amazing; looked new, clean and comfortable; im very picky about my beds, good job on that. the room itself i didnt notice had any bugs so thats really good. Room had ac unit for cooling, always nice in the heat of vietnam. has wifi Laundry(shared) - has washer and dryer for clothes. Worked fine and did its job. Nice lighting they had number codes for front door and for each rooms. There were also cameras watching the front entrance for security as well. big sign in shared common space of helpful information and emergency numbers. has fire safety and medical stuff near kitchen area. you get a pass to quickly show the elavator fee collector; that way you can go up and down freely. Walls and bathroom could be a bit more improved. Some parts were a bit unsightly but its a minor thing, my personal tastes. The shared kitchen/laundry area frequently had ants on the dining table, near trash, near laundry area, near sink area. I didn't use the dining table to eat or drink at for this reason; and if I did.. I tried to eat/drink very fast before the ants alerted others. To me it wasn't too much of an issue as I was able to deal with it and did not use or was around this area much to cause me much issue. The ants were also not in great numbers; it was annoying but manageable. To some this might be important to note. I believe they did try their best to deal with it, there were cleaners that visited at times who would deal with the trash and other cleaning duties in the apartment. elavators are a bit slow. Minor negative. I often took the stairs up and down. not a fan of that couch. I get a unclean feel/look when I see it. I personally didn't use it at all for that reason. the view from my specific room wasn't great but not big deal to me. I got it more for the locational access in heart of city(hcmc) District 1. water levels seemed low for the toilet, maybe its normal to conserve water? not sure. Flushing was fine though. More so the stationary water for you to do your business in seemed low to me. since this location is so good at being in the main city area of D1.. it can also be a double edged sword; if there are events happening..you're going to hear it when trying to sleep. It was okay for me but important to note.
• KSL2406 (9/5): - Absolutely prime location. The apartment is located in the hip, old Cafe Apartments Building with lots of fancy restaurants and great atmosphere (and tourists!). The apartment offers an incredible view of one of Saigon's main streets from the balcony, which is especially enjoyable when the streets are closed for traffic every night from 7 to 10 pm. We had the Continental Room which has a separated bathroom, meaning you have to cross the corridor each time to go there. It works kind of okay, but it's not ideal. You have to pay a small (and somewhat pointless) deposit, which you beforehand have to transfer to a bank account. You receive the amount afterwards, however it would have been more convenient having the amount paid along with the rental.
• Simon (8/5): Clean place, we had everything we needed amd couldn’t ask for more, will definitely stay again - Good location right on walking street.. shared kitchen and all the amenities we needed. Was great Noisy location but you have to expect it because it’s right in the heart of the city
• Kris (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was amazing! Loved staying here with the view onto Nguyen Hue walking street. Staying in the Cafe Apartments was a nice touch. The only thing is when you are on the balcony it seems like everyone below is looking at you because the Cafe Apartments are sort've a landmark in HCMC so people always looking up at the building and taking pictures. Sure didn't bother me though, really loved it here. The bathroom not being attached wasn't an issue either. AC worked great and tons of light. Loved that the bathroom had an automatic Japanese style bidet and not one of those spray hoses like the rest of the country lol. Free Netflix too but I didn't watch it. It's nice to have the different cafes/restaurants just steps away within the building.
• Bradshaw (7/5): We only needed 1 night accommodation so enjoyed the experience here. - The location is amazing on Nguyen Hue walking street. We walked from the Saigon Watergo ferry terminal to this accommodation. It is rather loud because its located on walking street, but it didn't keep us awake. The lift is very busy because of all the businesses in the building so it was easier to use the stairs at times.
• Abhinay (10/5): Prime location. Thoughtfully designed room. Well worth the price. - Absolutely amazing property to stay at, the shared kitchen space is very well equipped with a fridge(although we didn’t use it because there was another fridge in the room), a washing machine, dryer, glassware, single induction cooktop, and filtered drinking water. The room itself is wonderful, very well designed with a double bed in the room and an amply sized(width) bed on top of the bunk bed. I am relatively normal sized, but a person more than six feet tall may have a bit of difficulty sleeping on the bunk bed. The room has a sitting area, with a TV with Netflix and YouTube. The rooms are serviced upon request, and there is a team whom we could reach out to in case of any issues. The separate bathroom is spacious and although is separate, the concept works well. The location of the property is in the centre of the main district of the city, and there are many good sightseeing and dining locations very close to the property, with an average walktime of 5mins and 30mins to the farther locations. Didn’t turn out to be an issue for us since we always got back to the room early, but post 12AM you can only enter the building once and you can’t move around - such was the instruction given to us by the host, but the gatekeeper seemed pretty easygoing

• Barry (10/5): Everything you could possibly need in one of the most famous buildings in town. - The property has everything you could possibly need and is situated in the heart of the city and within the famous Cafe Apartments building. I feel lucky to have stayed there. Thank you Martin in particular for the hospitality and local wisdom. Cannot fault the property or the owners.
• Sue (8/5): Great lodgings in a quirky interesting building. - Location was great in a building that's filled with instagrammable cafes. But that also means that you are living in a commercial building. We were fine with this because the accommodations was situated in a corner, and it was so easy to "roll" from cafe to cafe and back to our rooms. It is also situated on one of the main roads of the city. It is not your usual hotel but for us, that makes the place quirky and interesting. The entrance to the building is filled with motorcycles. This is normal for this kind of building in Vietnam but does not make for an attractive entrance. There is only one lift and because it is such a popular building, unless you are willing to take the stairs, you will have to queue sometimes.
• Mark (9/5): Great experience - Location is awesome with watching walking st from the balcony. Room is good quality and clean. Communication from host was awesome with the payment and refund of the bond easy and fast. Overall very good. Elevator takes a really long time and takes some planning. Makes access to room difficult. The cafe noise above is very loud, but this stops around 9 or 10pm then it is little noise after that.

• Jay (8/5): Very good - The room is really great for fans of industrial design with solid materials and aesthetic touches. Comfortable apartment with household amenities. Located in iconic building on iconic avenue. Friendly team with English communication Definitely not for early/light sleepers. Nguyen Hue is lively until 11pm and some nights there was dance club music after midnight.
• Sandra (9/5): Superb - Excellent location with many cafes and restaurants in the building - very convenient! Walking distance to lots of food and shopping. Spacious apartment with a large window. It had a fridge, couch and tv, plus more good facilities like a washing machine and kitchen in the shared area. Helpful, friendly staff. Some noisy nights with so many restaurants etc so close, and some noisy late kitchen users - but that's common enough in any shared accommodation I suppose.

• Long (10/5): Great property! Bang for your buck. - The location cannot get any better than this. Guests literally live at the heart of the city and every single attraction is within a walking distance. The property is on the 7th floor (or 6th based on the local numbering system) of a rather touristy building with a small elevator. Wait time to get up and down could be long. That said, it is not the property's fault. It's just the way it is and I was happy to work around it.

• Philip (9/5): We had a ball our Hostess was so kind so helpful - The location was great .. walk to the markets Rex Hotel sun downer .. accommodation good we stayed in the family suite . Bathroom separate it works well .everything we needed very clean good quality linen towels . Separate area large Fridge washing machine dryer .. everything provided. The noise from the music goes very late to early in the mornings , Friday night was really full on then the location is fab ..

• Taylor (8/5): Great spot. - Location is excellent and the balcony overlooking Nguyen Hue is awesome. Facilities really good. Availability of youtube on the TV a bonus as you can research restaurants nearby and keep up with football results at home. Karaoke 🎤 singers on Nguyen Hue are loud and sound like a cat being strangled. This noise thankfully stops at about 11pm. But trying to get some sleep earlier may be problematic. Could use a toaster in the kitchen.

Getting Grab (Vietnam equivalent of Uber) is very convenient as well There is only one lift to go up to the property. Going up during the day could prove to be difficult due to the popularity of many cafes in the same building

• Minh (9/5): Nice room, perfect view, great location, tons of choices for travelers. - We stayed in family room - Continental room. The view from balcony is superb. Washing machine, dryer, microwave oven... all are comfortable for family travelers. The bathroom is larger than we expected, clean & nice, although its access is not perfect, but understandable. Tons of choices when go outside. The elevator is often too crowded but I can understand this building attracting many tourists. The bathroom is not inside the family room but it's acceptable.
• Daniel (10/5): Great location and a comfortable stay - great location and well kept apartment it is a little noisy outside but that’s what you get being in the central location - fine for me but if you are expecting silence you should look for outside the city center. Don’t be concerned about the need to provide a deposit - it was returned on checkout with no issues
• Oliver (10/5): One night in Saigon - Great location, comfortable bed (silent, continental room), large balcony with chairs and stunning view (continental and bason rooms), mediocre, but sufficient furniture, friendly and helpful support via WhatsApp, baby cot provided, washing machine and dryer, Saigon Monopoly game <3, many nice locations to discover in the building. Overall we had a great stay for a reasonable price. And most important our baby slept like a baby :) The entrance of the building could have been cleaner. Currently it is a moped parking lot.
• Anonymous (7/5): Superb location within walking distance to many places of interest. Stay was comfortable too. - Super good location. Was thinking of a 2 bedroom apartment for privacy and then we saw this. Has 2 big beds and 1 is inside a small room. Perfect. Wouldn’t say it’s dirty but could be cleaner. Maybe a light above the mirror. Toilet seat area a bit too dim.
