• Bruyere (6/5): - L'emplacement étais vraiment idéale pour la découverte de la ville et près du centre Niveau équipement c'était très limité on avait pas d'evier on a du laver la vaisselle dans l'évier de salle de bains et on avais pas de produit vaisselle ou d'éponger propre pour le faire La salle de bain avait bcp de mal avec l'humidité comme pas de fenêtre du coup nos essuie on rapidement sentis le renfermer ..... Pour la télé pas de câble du coup elle ne fonctionnait même pas...

• Adnane (1/5): Disappointing - About two hours before check-in, I was at the airport and didn’t see the messages the owner sent me on Booking.com. She had asked me to go to her office, far from the apartment, to pick up the keys, and was also quite rude. I refused, as it’s the host’s responsibility to arrange key delivery in a reasonable way. Shortly after, I received an anonymous call from a man threatening me and telling me to find another apartment. I reported the situation to Booking.com and I am still waiting for a refund. As a result, I lost the entire afternoon looking for another place to stay in Amsterdam. Very disappointing experience. The owner

• ZAJD (5/5): bon emplacement mais qualité médiocre - Emplacement très bien manque de propreté, à commencer par les très fortes odeurs de cigarette à froid dès le couloir de l'escalier, le palier et un peu en entrant dans le studio, très très peu d'équipement (on doit faire la vaisselle dans le lavabo de la salle de bain, pas une éponge, seulement 2 rouleaux de papier toilette pour 3 personnes pour 3 jours et demi, tout juste 3 fourchettes 3 couteaux, 3 cuillères, serviettes de bain usagées, tapis de la pièce principale très sale on l'a roulé et mis de côté pour ne pas marcher dessus
• Verónica (2/5): Olos a porroo y cero ayuda y respuestas - La ubicación es excelente, en pleno centro y a poca distancia caminando de las principales zonas de ocio, cultura y restaurantes. Ideal para moverse sin necesidad de transporte. El apartamento está justo encima de un coffee shop y el olor a marihuana era constante y muy fuerte durante todo el día, lo que hacía incómoda la estancia. Además, el sofá cama estaba roto y no se podía abrir. Intentamos contactar con el anfitrión en numerosas ocasiones (unas 20 veces) y nunca obtuvimos respuesta durante todo el fin de semana. Éramos 3 personas y una de nosotras no pudo dormir bien por este motivo. La falta de atención fue inaceptable.

• Nuria (1/5): Apartamento sucio, poca atención - La ubicación El primer día nos obligó a quedar a una hora determinada a pesar de que le explicamos que acabábamos de llegar y no habíamos podido comer. La limpieza brilla por su ausencia. La cama se hunde. El último día no pudimos ducharnos ya que no había agua y tampoco nos dejó por cortesía dejar las mochilas hasta que saliera nuestro vuelo en algún sitio.
• Sabri (10/5): Für Uns war es Perfekt. - Wir wurden freundlich Empfangen. Da man zu Fuß innerhalb 10-15 min die Stadt erreicht hat. Lidl 20 min zu Fuß. Amsterdam ist schön. Ich würde noch ein Mal dort Urlaub machen. Nix.
• Ali Ahmet (3/5): The flat is poorly maintained, and the service is careless. Would not recommend at all. - The only good thing about this place was the location and the size of the flat. Everything else was a letdown. The apartment was filthy when we arrived — water wasn’t even working, so we couldn’t wash our hands. The walls were dirty, the bedsheets were old and ragged, and it was clear that no proper cleaning had been done. To make things worse, on our last day, we asked to leave our luggage for just two hours after checkout because our flight was in the evening. They completely refused to help, and we had to walk around with all our bags.

• Oleksandr (6/5): Pleasant - Located in a walking distance to the centre, museumplein and other sights. Infrastructure is good. The apartment is clean. The road outside is under construction, so expect loud noise from 7am. Soundproofing is generally poor. The bed is decent, but the couch is small and uncomfortable for sleeping—and right next to a noisy old fridge. There’s no wardrobe or proper storage space. For the high price, not even basic amenities like shampoo are provided.
• Sanjay (1/5): Absolutely avoidable - The bed and pillow If you want a place to camp in Amsterdam where the host keeps you guessing about her arrival even after a informing the exact time of arrival, reschedules the time, and then disappears, makes you wait another 45 minutes for check in, where you can inhale secondary smoke from a 'coffee shop' below, view major roadworks and barricades from the window, a filthy stairway with cigarette butts, a coffee machine with no pods, a tea box with soya sauce packets left over from a previous guests take away, a slippery bathroom floor with no mat, left over handsoap with no shampoo or bath shower, a fitted sheet which barely covers 50 percent of the sofa bed, non working ac etc, then go ahead and book this place ironically named ' Happy Days'. Of course, the location is good, and the bed was comfortable with clean sheets. That's about it, really! We abandoned it after just one night and booked another place, as it was not worth ruining our precious holiday with a bad choice.
• Ella (9/5): Great accomodation! Very safe, conveniently located and a nice area to walk around! - The apartment was very spacious and located in a nice, quiet area in Amsterdam! Would recommend to all that are travelling especially families avoiding the red light district! There was a strong smell of smoke in the room however I understand there was a cafe underneath which may have caused it!

• Veronika (9/5): Great location, nice hosts, easy communication - The location was great, it's close to the city center by walking but there is also a tram stop right in front of the building which goes useful directions. We liked the view from the apartment, as it was facing the street with a canal and not the backyard or a parking lot. There are also a few grocery stores around, and we enjoyed the restaurant which is right at the corner, 10 steps away from the apartment. The hosts are also very nice and checks-in everyday if you need anything and if everything is going well. :) The apartment was clean, the bed sheets were just fine, and there's also an AC in the apartment which was helpful during the heat-wave in Amsterdam. We would enjoy to have a coffee caps and teas at the apartment as there's a kettle and a coffee machine, and we would also appreciate some shower gel, soap and shampoo, but it was stated clearly that this is a self-equipped apartment so it didn't come as a surprise and we bought everything in a near-by store.

Also nice it’s a little bit out of the centre so you can chill. Welcome pack of the/coffee milk would be good. And not the stairs not suitable for mobility issues.

• Diana (9/5): It’s a great place to visit Amsterdam with friends or family for up to 4 nights . - The location of the apartment was great. It takes 15-20 min to the most famous museums and sightseeing places. The WI-FI was fast and good enough for 4 gadgets. There were two minimarkets with groceries near. And the last , the tram to the Bus station of FlixBus has a stop just under our windows. The bed was really uncomfortable, the bed lining was old and at some areas dirty.

• Sania (6/5): not bad but expensive for what it is - the location was nice, close to everything. convenient to get around places very noisy due to people walking on street. very poorly maintained. almost no lighting in the living room. towels and Bedsheets felt very old and worn out. curtain was torn. no basic body shower gel provided. not value for money. could be much cheaper. property needs a fresh coat of paint, new towels new bed sheet etc etc. basic amenities for such a expensive place should be included
