• Sandra (3/5): Very misleading property advert - Location This property is not what it is advertised as it’s actually like a Bed sit in someone else’s home no facilities such as kettle tv etc it is just a very small bedroom with a bathroom the balcony is cluttered with no seating and there is no space to walk around the bed safely also you are told not to speak to security if you have to just say you are visiting the property for me this is a risk if there was a fire no one would know you are staying there

• NANAMI (10/5): great - This is a homestay in an apartment. The entrance is a little hard to find, but the owner is kind and will guide you carefully. The location is great. It has good access to the KLCC area (Twin Towers, Suria KLCC, Pavilion, etc.). You can see the Twin Towers from the window. 🌟 For next visitors: Create a WhatsApp account before arriving to make communication easier. 🌟 Request to the hotel: It would be nice if there were tissues and hand soap in the bathroom.

• Janet (3/5): Not again. - The location was good and the aircon in my bedroom worked well. There was junk everywhere and the kitchen was very dirty. If I wanted to use the washing machine, I also had to pay. The siting room furniture needed cleaning and the balcony was very cluttered. The house was not locked at anytime of the day or night and there was no aircon in the main room. When I arrived I was asked to take off my shoes and offered a used pair of scuffs. I also didn’t know it was a home with shared accommodation. I would not have booked it had I realised it was a hosted stay. I would have booked a hosted stay on a different platform if that was what I was looking for. I was also asked to turn off the hot water when I had finished my shower. There was one thin towel, no bath mat and no hand towel to use. The only toiletries were shampoo and body wash, there was no hand soap, tooth brush or moisturiser.

There are 3 rooms in total. Suggest to mention in booking properties prior our booking, not after confirmed the place. Thank you!
• John (10/5): Amazing and Accessible! ✨ - The owner was really nice and helpful. He even accommodated us when we checked in around midnight. The location is great - it’s right across from the Petronas Towers, and there’s literally a mall on the ground floor. Based on our itinerary, everything was easily accessible from this spot. The room is spacious and very quiet, which made it super comfortable. I’d definitely stay here again if I come back to Malaysia. (Also, the Wi-Fi is really fast!) Do take note of the sockets in Malaysia - I forgot to bring my travel adaptor, but luckily, the owner had plenty of extras!

Room is tiny, apartment is not very clean, could not use living room as the owner was always laying on the couch watching badminton when we wanted to watch tv, charges $ to use washer, noisy guests, kitchen amd washer only available from 9am - 10pm, no room cleaning. The Maintence person (actually a friend of the owner.. long story) locked the main door from outside, which resulted in locking us in the apartment for several hours, making us miss our dinner reservations....craziest thing that has ever happened to us at any accommodation.
