• Alla (3/5): I would not recommend this place to anyone - A coffee shop around the corner I really liked. In such an industrial area the coffee shop was my place to work and to interact with other people. very noisy place because of the old building structure, and is not suitable for people who are traveling for a short stay (1-2 weeks) to Dubai and who would like to sleep at nights. The sewage in the room was not working and each time you try to have a shower, all the water comes out and floods the place.

• Shams (1/5): Very disappointed with booking.com - Only the location is easy When I arrived there is nobody in the reception I his been waiting for 30 minutes even the didn’t give me the keys the room was open when I in the room have to much garbage inside and the bed was used by someone everything is dirty I was thing to cancel my booking but the is no refund option so I stay very difficult

• Myrla (5/5): Honest review - Reasonable price. Room is clean except for the sofa. Free parking. The room was not yet available at check-in time. Check-in time is 2PM but we were able to check in past 3 PM coz when we reached they are still cleaning the apartment. Although the building has parking facility, they dont provide a remote. Whenever you have to enter the parking, you have to call the receptionist, who most of the time is not picking up. You have to call mutiple times and send sms. Waiting time for the gate barrier to open is around 15mins. We also informed the receptionist and followed-up many times that there is no kettle at our apartment, but they never sent it. In conclusion, the price is reasonable but you get what you paid for.
• Costa (1/5): The worst in the whole world . - Ahmed is in charge of the apartment and he was not there for us to take check in and when we came later he charged us 100 UAE Durham for late check in . Am sure he do this on purpose so he can steal money from people. Plus he was threating us and we with his wife and 4 Arab friends . We had to run and check out after only day and half . .I lost my money and I advise anyone a d everyone not to book there Ahmed and his wife warda . And their scam style and everything

• Sumit (3/5): No Way - The host was completely ignorant of the guest and their needs. They would not even be found in a reception area at all. The hotel was ill-maintained and no one would come for room service and cleaning.
• Arwa (7/5): I enjoyed staying at the hotel during Feb/Mar 2024 and will highly recommend it - Spacious clean room, hospitable and friendly staff, self contained rooms with microwave, fridge and washing machine. Not far from Baniyas Metro Station. Close to Ghurair Mall which has a Cinema. Many supermarkets are around the hotel and many restaurants. The hotel is located in a busy market area, and some roads surrounding the place are not family friendly 😅. This problem is not related to the hotel but rather the location itself.

Agent asked me to move to another room in the middle of the day, I have been working but he was just saying that he had to do it. No clients orientation. Ahmed (name of the agent) was just playing around with us and was giving empty promises. I never usually express negative opinion or reviews. But this one was phenomenal. Don’t recommend. It’s better to spend a night at the airport than here

• Celal (3/5): The worst and most stressful staying in my life - Nothing To reach to staf was very difficult. Only 1 whatsapp and they do not answer on time. Hours later . It was the worst stressful booking experience of all time. I informed the host we would arrive later due to a flight delay we came around morning 4 am they replied they would charge an extra 100 aed i said ok . Because i didn't want to stay outside. When my flight landed at 1 p.m. , i started calling and writing. Nobody replied i stressed a lot after an hour they wrote me that i can collect the keys at the property." I reached out, and there was a lady and 3 men waiting for me . I paid 100 for late checkk in fees as i agreed. The guards( i felt as i 'm going to jail with 2 men, not helped at all to carry the bags) took us to room. Which we didn't expect there was double bed we asked tween bed . And they said we are sorry we do not have any other room . Asked extra bed or mattresses to the flore . They said they do not have. They said we would bring it next morning . We stayed 2 days because "booking.com said it is non refundable" they never brought an extra bed and didn't change the room as well. We slept on the double sofa, which can not be convertible to a bed. The apartment was still dirty, there was a kitchen indeed but not useful, dirty cupboards,a fridge which was not working ,dirty glasses, plates, ugly forks and spoons, and It smelled very badly. The bathroom was a nightmare, and we only got one towel. As we are 2 men. I have asked the guards and host several times during our stay to provide us with more towels - no action at all.

Close to everything, Careem delivery grocery at home in 20 min. I booked for 1 month in February, for long stay , price is even cheaper. Basic furniture but overall, for the amazing price, it’s ok.

• Mirosław (1/5): The worst place we’ve ever been to and the worst customer service ever - location It was the worst booking experience of all time. Having notified the host we will arrive later due to flight delay we came around midnight to collect the keys (it was all agreed beforehand). The host gave us all directions and told us he’s coming over soon. After that he switched off the phone and disappeared. We had to sleep in the car with three little kids! We eventually got the keys next day but the room was not ready, and dirty. The staff needed to clean it at 11:30 pm, they had to fix the beds (!) also as there was only one single prepared for our family. The poor quality beds broke the minute our kids sat on them. We needed to use out mattresses and sleep on the floor. The apartment was still dirty, there is no kitchen appliances - only cupboards, no fridge, no glasses, plates, forks, nothing and It smelled very badly. The bathroom was a nightmare and we only got one towel. The host was able to give us 2 more that first night. I have asked him maybe 5 more times during our stay to provide us more towels - no action.
• Alison (2/5): Very poor - The guy that handled our booking was nice. Very unhygienic, insects everywhere! Bedsheets were used and dirty. Cutlery and crockery were not cleaned. There was one towel between two people which was also dirty. We arrived about 11pm which I did communicate with the property and was told this wouldn't be a problem. I called the number given upon arrival and there was no response. Nobody was around and we ended up waiting about an hour.
• Levi (4/5): One of the cheapest options in Dubai, however you get what you pay for. - Location was good, outside of downtown, but only a short drive/cab. Walkable to some coffee shops/food options The room was quite dirty, no laundry or towel cleaning, mold issues in the cabinets.

The location was mis-guided (map shown near Burjuman but actually in Al-Qouz 3). To find the exact location on call, the person was disconnecting the line and didn't tell exactly, it was. There was no one on reception to attend customers for the queries or if have some problem and on asking, the person replied that I am not your servant. We were 3 persons and only one small (miniature) soap provided to us. In 4 days, no one came to clean the room.
