• Prabhat (3/5): Motel beds are better. - Kitchen and overall space is great First of all they take your payment first and Force you to fill up a very long form with all your personal details and you spend lots of time filling it on a buggy website which keeps on giving lots of errors., and they force you to do it yourself., it's not their problem if you don't fill up. They take security money not in cash but by bank transfer, and they give you back after a week or two in your bank account. Couch is as if horses live there, the worst couch ever. Bed is as if it's a motel bed , I have injured my legs and muscles a many times. It has very sharp edges. Toilet and badoit is broken as of it's rusty and broken. You can see the pipe through. I really did not want to post anything bad, I just was keeping it inside myself, but I felt it's a good cause to warn people of such places to not fall for. Palm Jumeirah deserves better.

We moved out of the apartment 42 days ago and still have not received a refund of the security deposit of USD 168.29 !!! The overall impression of the apartment is completely negative. It was a one-bedroom apartment. We had only 1 TV in the living room. The bedroom has no TV. We had only 1 beach (pool) towel. The sofas were not cleaned well. This seems ridiculous for an apartment that costs USD 343/night !

• Nadzeya (1/5): Scam!!! - the location is good But they ask you 50 aed for the towels Never chose this property!!!!!This is a scam!!!!They contact me by WhatsApp,they find me personal number and ask additional deposit.After me check out,they send me the pictures of broken TV and told that I made it,so they will keep the deposit.I ask them to show me the broken TV,and I was on the way to come back to the property.They told me that “the office is closed,come back tomorrow”I call security and police,we open the door and of course all TV was good,I make a pictures and video of the property and TV,I make a police record and I send the information to Booking.com.So I really hope they can’t scam new tourists again.I spend half of the day of my vacation and a lot of money for taxi,just to make all the reports,so I hope my review will helpful and you can avoid this scam in the future.
