• Karen (6/5): Nel complesso la struttura avrebbe bisogno di maggiore attenzione alla manutenzione, consigliata per una notte non per s - Posizione molto strategica e prezzo conveniente, sicuramente i punti forti della struttura. Il ragazzo che ci ha accolto è stato cordiale e disponibile. nostro arrivo, alle 15, la camera non era ancora pronta e la pulizia poteva essere più curata. Inoltre c’erano spifferi sotto la porta, molta umidità nella stanza e l’isolamento dava la sensazione di essere quasi in strada.
• Laura-Cristina (4/5): Decent for one night if you need to be close to the center. - It’s very close to the center and all the attractions. You also are close to busses and the shuttle to the airport (that’s why we choose it). The room is big and the bed was ok. They were pretty nice in getting the room and asterisk the phone. So many things: - There is mold in the bathroom and the shower has almost no pressure; - There was no blanket on the bed. The ones in the closet were stinky and weren’t washed in a long time. - The entrance is very sketchy and didn’t feel safe at all; - The neighbors were very noisy and because the walls were thin and fake we could hear everything.
• Luigi (8/5): - Ci hanno salvati dal dormire per strada, abbiamo avuto una bruttissima esperienza con un b&b in zona centro e siamo passati al Central studio. Non ci aspettavamo nulla di che in quanto ci serviva semplicemente un posto per dormire, ma è stata una bellissima scoperta. Quando torneremo a Tirana, andremo al Central Studio. Proprietario gentilissimo e cordialissimo, ci ha anche permesso di lasciare i bagagli all reception sia all’andata che al ritorno.

• Barbara (6/5): Fine - Location is great, steps away from the city centre, shops and bakery just outside. Great contact with the host, easy key pickup. Flat size is comfortable, good air conditioning. While the main room is great, the bathroom and kitchen are very run down, not maintained. Door to bathroom doesn’t close (plus no door handle), leaking shower head; kitchen is very provisional, not suited to cook/ reheat/ make coffee (only one cup), fridge is working fine.

• Attia (6/5): good - the place's location is very good it is perfect for 2 staying to explore Tirana and want to be near to the downtown, easily pleased people. I spent only one night so I didn't really focus on everything the cleaning lady is not clever, dirt was a lot on the floor construction near the studio even at 11 pm, it was so noisy the smell of the bathroom, that came from the drainage spot

• Charlotte (8/5): Very good - Very convenient location. Room was clean, spacious, and beds were very comfortable. Host Neritan was very accommodating and communicative. We couldn't figure out the TV, or the shower. Windowsills and around skirting boards could do with a paint touch-up.

• Anne (8/5): Great Location, Good Value for Money, Clean - It was clean, had everything we needed, very authentic, great location! Would definitely book again :) The fridge couldn't close properly, so water was running out onto the floor. It would have been lovely with a small table and 2 chairs outside, to enjoy the hot summer nights.
• Ilyass (6/5): Great apartment but needs a bit of work to be perfect - The location is great, it is very close to the bazar and less than 30 minutes by foot from all major monuments. AC was a blessing. The apartment wasn’t very clean and the bed sheets weren’t the right size, they were a little too small so we had to keep a bit of the mattress uncovered. The bed was broken, because of it my girlfriend hurt her foot. The staff came and repaired it, but the same night it broke again.

• Henar (9/5): Good price/quality - Location is really good, the flat was clean and they have slippers which is a nice touch. Also there is a tiny kitchen to warm up food. The pillow cases where old, they had balls (see picture) and for me too thick (that was a little uncomfortable to sleep)

He arrived just in time, explained the key system and took the payment. Inside the apartment was just like on the pictures, except for the kitchen and restroom, they are a bit old. The kithcen was tiny and old as well,but had most of the essentials such as small refrigerator,kettle,cups and plates. Same goes to the restroom.

We woke up to the sound of the kettle in the bathroom in the morning. We thought someone was banging on the door. the pillows smelled strange. The host is not very involved.

• Soroková (3/5): Be aware of cockroaches - Tv, air conditioning and the bed were really good , location was perfect and fast communication with the owner. The building is typical ugly ruined old Albanian house in the middle of the town. The problem was that from the outside since the apartment was warm we got lot of cockroaches. Bathroom was fine but wouldn't step there without the flipflops. If you sleep here, DONT OPEN THE WINDOWS.
