• Gëzim (4/5): Disappointing - The apartment was recently renovated and everything appeared new. There is an obvious lack of maintenance and attention to detail. In addition, the landlord chose to ignore a request as simple as one additional set of sheets for a double bed. Also, mosquitoes are an obvious issue for this location, and a solution utilising a net of some sort would pay a great dividend one feels!

• Silvi (10/5): Excellent, modern, small apartment suitable for everyone - The apartments are built in a modern and contemporary style, equipped with basic necessities for a family. Everything is new and very clean. We are very satisfied with the apartment. we located it easily because it is right at the beginning of the town of Orikum. Nettuno Beach is only a 5-minute drive away by car. The beaches are spacious and therefore great for families with small children.The property do not serve breakfast. It would be great if we had a view of the sea,But for this price it's great. Close to the town of Valona, only half an hour drive away, which you must visit if you're in Orikum. There's not much to visit in the town of Orikum itself.
• Adriano (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is well located, to the beach about 400 meters, parking place in the estate, owner very helpful and communicative. The apartment was very clean, the kitchen was well equipped. After a day on the beach, guests can relax on the larger balcony. I recommend staying with family with children, beaches in the area clean and the sea long shallow. In the area has markets, restaurants and bars with really good food.
