• Wanita (9/5): - The appartement was in the center and surrounded by multiple restaurants and shops. It was very nice and super clean. We would recommend it! The bathroom is nice but everything gets wet if you shower.

• Beatrice (8/5): Ok stay - Location and spacious apartment No parking available and the second bedroom it didn’t had bedsheets on. When I paid I wanted the entire place that s why I got it.
• Dalila (8/5): Superplek van superhost! - Superhost. Wij kregen van de voren een filmpje waardoor er direct duidelijk was welk huis het precies was. Code van het kluisje kregen we ook dus alles ging vlot en prima. Heel aardig en hij gaf ons ook voldoende tips voor in de omgeving. Leuk gesprek gehad en heerlijk huisje. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar. De balkondeur was kapot gemaakt door de vorige huurder dus deze werkte niet naar behoren. Er mag een extra reling op het balkon voor de veiligheid, het is nu erg laag zeker als er kleinere kinderen mee zijn.
• Jorge (5/5): Útil para simplemente dormir y estar de paso - Está céntrico, buena ubicación. En el baño no dispone de la mampara, es muy incómodo al ducharse, mojas todo el baño. El acceso al alojamiento es complicado y da miedo meterse por un callejón con el suelo roto.
• Claus (8/5): Perfect location and a good value for the money. - Clean and very sentral location, two big bedrooms and effective air-conditioning. Wifi was stable, nice balcony with a nice view over the walking street. Kitchen is well equipped. All in all a good value for the money. People who is in bad shape will struggle with all the stairs up to the apartment.

• Anne-marie (10/5): From Transit to Treasure - I initially planned to stay here just as a transit accommodation, but due to an unexpected incident, I ended up staying for four days — and I’m so glad I did. Tim was incredibly accommodating and helpful throughout my stay. The location is perfect — right in the heart of everything and easily accessible. I absolutely loved it and will definitely be returning!

• Katarina (10/5): Exceptional - This was a perfect accomodation. The communication with the host was smooth and quick. He proactively contacted us in advance where and how to reach the keys. The appartment is in a very good area Blokku. One room and the kitchen have a lovely view on the vibrant street. There is air-conditionning in both rooms and the kitchen, the appartment is modern, fully equipped. If I come back to Tirana, I will check first if this appartment is available! We were told that if we use an extra blanket or towel, we would be charged 15€ which was the price we payed per night per person which we found quite a lot. Thankfully we did not need to use anything extra. However I imagine, this would be an unpleasant surprise if we had to.

• Annabel (9/5): Great location for short or long stay in Tirana - Clear easy check-in. provided by a video of how to get to the property from the main road. Central location, easy walking distance to nice park with lake, the pyramid lookout, Skanderbeg Square, and shopping centers. I slept in the back room which was very quiet with comfortable bed. Loads of cafes and places to eat in the street, plus a supermarket across the road. The host was easily contactable, very helpful and gave good tips on how to get to the bus terminal using local transport, with videos. Thanks for the stay! Could do with few more cooking utensils, like an egg flipper and a wooden spoon

• Deniz (8/5): Good location, clean apartment, helpful host. - The location is very central and within walking distance to everywhere in Tirana, the apartment was clean, the host was fairly responsive and thoroughly informed us about the check in process. It was a decent stay, thank you! The comforter did not have a cover -I didn't mind it but my partner did, as some people understandably could-, the shower could have a curtain as the bathroom gets very wet.

• Nitagd (10/5): Exceptional - Communication with the owner was very easy ( in WhatsApp) and through it he provided clear instructions on accessing the apartment—keys were securely stored in a box outside, which eliminated the need for an in-person meeting which I found highly efficient and time-saving. The apartment was very clean and nice like in the photos. Beds were comfortable, the internet worked very well. Surprisingly there were three air conditions and we always had hot water. I did not use the kitchen but it seemed to have everything you need. Overall the apartment was very equipped. Furthermore the location is very good, in the Center Area. The building didn't have an Elevator but for us it was not a problem.
• Joanna (1/5): The worst experience I’ve had on booking ever and I’ve been using this app for many years now! - The worst experience I’ve had on booking ever and I’ve been using this app for many years now! The keys we found in the locker outside the apartment, so we’ve never met the host. In the morning when we were leaving the space at check-out time I asked if he would charge me using booking but he just send me message „The payment it’s cash please” without saying how can I pay in cash if he had never showed up. I didn’t have internet so after few hours in Tirana when I got the wifi I wrote him that if payment is in cash I will be in the Tirana Airport in an hour, but I can also send him money by Revolut. In return he said that he only use PayPal (I don’t so it was not an option back then). Then he added that I can go to the Western Union to send money. I was already on holidays in the interior when I got this message and looking for Western Union was the last thing I could and I would do because someone forgot to collect money. I wrote to booking asking for help and the opportunity to pay by booking but the customer service just wrote me that this is not the quality of service that they want to offer me at Booking.com and they apologize for the inconvenience but they cannot do anything because this reservation is payment by accommodation. I send one more message to the host that I will be again in Tirana airport but never got the answer until tomorrow when I got bank account details. Finally I asked my friend to send money by his PayPal. It took me two weeks of writing and trying to find the solution and pay 35 Euro for one night in the apartment and I’ve never heard any apologize. A bit stressful and very annoying situation specially when You are on holidays and try to relax. I do not recommend this host at all!

The owner may not answer directly when you call and I almost ended up renting another place bht he wrote to me on whatsapp which is fine I guess just a bit more readiness to answer calls would be appreciated.

• Dion (9/5): Liked Biloku ! - It was easy to collect the keys from a lockbox. Apartment seemed to be recently renovated and was modern. Wife liked the full length mirror. There was a washing machine (we didn’t use). Taxi rank and a market nearby. Small balcony and large windows allowed for nice cross breeze. Also two air cons. Quiet in the apartment at night. We enjoyed the fridge, but didn’t use the stove. No lift and 50 stairs to the apartment. Curtains would be preferable to shades so there is privacy with windows open. TIP to find the apartment - Enter Mystic 2 in navigation. The apartment is just in back.
