Anastasiia (10/5): Восторг - Привет! Апартаменты превзошли все мои ожидания. Невероятная красота открывается с апартаментов пентхаусе, идеальная терраса, есть навес, что позволяет наслаждаться видами, даже в самый солнечный день. Мне кажется, это идеальный вариант для романтического путешествия. С апартаментов вообще не хотелось выходить, настолько завораживающие пейзажи за окном и на столько комфортно внутри квартиры. Спасибо Вам огромное! От порта (центр Саранды) до апартаментов, пешком 15-20мин. до моря 3минуты, пляж шикарный. Рядом много заведений, где можно вкусно поесть. Большой супермаркет в 7мин пешком. Мне понравилось абсолютно все, но я бы хотела уточнить, что перила на террасе не очень высокие, для отдыха с маленькими детьми думаю этот вариант не подойдет. но я имею ввиду исключительно апартаменты в пентхаусе, возможно в других апартаментах по другому.
Waldemar (10/5): Polecam wszystkim woda czyściutka ciepła pogoda pewna , bardzo piękne widoki i atrakcje - Wszystko w porządku plaża sklepy restauracje w pobliżu , można przepłynąć statkami na sąsiednie wyspy ( np. Korfu w Grecji , 1 godzina statkiem za 25 euro od osoby ) .

Nii et kui järgmised külalised autoga maja juurde sõidavad, peavad nad kogu aeg selja taha vaatama et aru saada kas piltidel olevad majad ja objektid on õiged Aga saab ka nende piltidega hakkama 😉 Natuke tundsin puudust mikrouunist, aga nagu võis aru saada, on köögimööbel nii projekteeritud et sellele ei leidu seal kohta ja sisuliselt sai ka ilma selleta hakkama Ja veel üks soovitus, sinise tooniga lambipirnid võiks asendada sooja kollakate vastu, need loovad pimedal ajal hubasema tunde 😊
Lynn (10/5): Nice apartment with good sea view! - Nice apartment with a great sea view and a spacious terrace with table and chairs. Perfect for breakfast or afternoon relaxing. Apartment is also spacious and has a lot more storage space than most. Could be nice for a longer stay. Kitchen was good for simple meals. Comfy bed. Good shower. Short walk down to beach. We were happy here!

Kay (10/5): Einfach klasse, sofort wieder!!! - Die Unterkunft war super ausgestattet und alles war so wie auf den Bildern abgebildet. Das Appartement hatte einen tollen Blick auf das Meer. Die Vermieterin war äußerst zuvorkommend, fragte von sich aus, ob wir wärmere Bettdecken benötigen, als es kälter wurde und gab uns einen Regenschirm, als wir rausgingen, als es anfing zu regnen.

Everything was great, if I have to mention anything it could be just that it would have been better if some body wash / shampoo is also provided but other than that nothing else, its amazing .

Die Chefin war auch nicht verständnisvoll, als wir wegen eines Todesfalls kurzfristig abge - Es war sehr nah am Strand und das Zentrum war ebenfalls in der Nähe. Das Zimmer war schmutzig und hatte einige Überraschungen. Schau dir am besten die Videos an. Die Toilettentür ging nicht mit dem Schlüssel auf.

Il manquait juste un volet ou Tenture dans la chambre, qui était assez exposée à la lumière. Un miroir de plus dans l'appartement serait bien pratique quand on se partage une salle de bain à 4 😊
Dmytro (10/5): A great option for a seaside holiday - Well equipped apartment very close to the beach and the city center. Inside there is everything you need and in good condition. In the bedroom there is a comfortable bed and a large wardrobe. In the bathroom there is a small shower cabin and a washing machine (they were not visible in the photos of this particular apartment). The kitchen is equipped for cooking. There is a well-functioning air conditioner, which quickly cools the apartment. A 3-minute walk away is a great beach - sunbeds are available for an extra charge, as on all beaches, but the prices are lower in comparison with the more popular places we visited. Also nearby there are several supermarkets, including large ones, cafes and restaurants. But at the same time the place is much quieter than the city center, especially in the evenings. In the building there is a reception where you can pick up the keys, as well as contact the owner. They were very friendly and ready to help at any time. Everything was great, we had no complaints. There are some small things missing in the kitchen and bathroom that would be useful for long stays and if you plan to cook at home, but it didn't bother us too much.

Dana (9/5): Ubytování s krásným výhledem - Apartmán byl v klidné části Sarandy, ale v docházkové vzdálenosti do centra. Před rezidencí je soukromá pláž, kde si můžete pronajmout lehátka se slunečníkem. Z balkonu je pěkný výhled na moře. Vybavení apartmánu bylo dostačující, paní majitelka nám na naši žádost donesla prostěradla na přikrytí navíc. Rychlovarná konvice se špatně otevírala, ale to byla jen drobnost.

Secure free parking behind the property. The laundry facilities are not in the apartment, but at the bottom of the building. The location is further out from the main beach/resort but still very walkable.

Katarzyna (10/5): Everything was perfect aparat from constructions around - the noise was a bit disturbing. - The flat was clean and neat. Amazing view from the balcony and panoramic windows. The host was really friendly and responding quickly to our messages. Location was nice - the beach in front (which we did not use), close to restaurants and to the main promenade by the seashore. Construction noise outside from 8am till 8pm.

Csaba (1/5): Bad - Nothing at all.. everithing was just a great money pull down BALCAN / GIPSY -STYLE.! We made reservation (for our parents as a present for 4adults!) in 2024 February and we did not get that appartement, what we liked/paid/waited/expected for… So in case for that money what we paid, we get only a “studio appartement” with double bed and two seperat bed with stairs which able only for children! So that was really a literatully surprise!.. This kind of surprise from the host, cost another 480EUR We were called the property, to asking to find a solution ,during the phone call instead of the solution we had get angry receprionist/owner . That was our story with this property

Unit was very clean and bathroom and kitchen very modern. Had secure parking in the garage below apartment building and owner very responsive and easy to deal with.

Eluned (10/5): The best view in Serande! - Great location, peaceful but a short walk to the centre of Serande. Supermarket and restaurants nearby. The view from the penthouse is absolutely incredible, we didn't want to leave! Only 1 toilet roll for 5 days. We were given one more when we asked but still needed to buy more from the supermarket, 3 of which weren't needed.

Antonietta (6/5): Nice apartment but in a ugly area - Very clean and new apartment with all the services: kitchen with all appliances and also the washing machine. Wi-fi perfectly working. Very nice staff. I did not like the position. The neighborhood is Far from the city center and the sidewalks definitely not suitable for strollers. it doesn’t have much to offer (even the see is not the best of Saranda). So you have to take the cars and it is a mess in all that area of Albania.
