• Frank la montagna (7/5): On peut faire mieux - La belle terrasse vue mer. Le propriétaire qui est venu nous chercher car difficile l'accès avec la voiture. Les toilettes vieilles et la douche avec un vieux rideau. La cuisine vieille et peu équipée...même pas du café...effectivement il y avait du café mais sans une machine pour pouvoir le faire.

The host was fantastic and caring, property is mere 5min walk to beach and/or shops and has the most amazing roof terrace overlooking the sea! Flat itself is superb and perfect for a couple. If we could have stayed longer - we would have!!

• San Giovanni 79 (10/5): Esperienza ottima, non avrei potuto desiderare di meglio! - Ho adorato ogni minuto passato a Joen Apartments. La gentilezza e la professionalità degli host sono state preziosissime. Ci hanno dato consigli su dove mangiare e ci hanno persino aiutato quando ci si è rotta l'auto. L'appartamento si trova in una posizione molto centrale, comodissima per raggiungere il lungomare. A Saranda trovare un posto dove parcheggiare l'auto è quasi impossibile, ma grazie ad Arian abbiamo avuto sempre il nostro parcheggio riservato. La vista è bellissima e l'appartamento pulito e dotato di tutti i comfort che possono servire. Se dovessi tornare a Saranda, non avrei dubbi: prenoterei di nuovo qui. Grazie di tutto! Non c'è nulla che non mi sia piaciuto. Soggiorno assolutamente perfetto!
• Giulia (9/5): Eccellente. - La struttura era in una posizione centrale della citta, con un grande balcone con vista sul mare e su Saranda; casa pulitissima e ben arredata. La ragazza e la sua famiglia sono molto accoglienti e disponibili per qualsiasi cosa; inoltre il fatto di avere il parcheggio gratuito, inoltre davanti casa, è comodissimo. Consiglio vivamente. Il bagno era un po’ piccolo, ma accettabile, ma la doccia era un po’ stretta.
• Lorena (9/5): Ottima posizione a Saranda - Ottima posizione in 5 minuti a piedi e si è sul lungo mare e ottima vista sul mare dalla terrazza dove ci si può rilassare e mangiare sul tavolo o il dondolo a disposizione. Attrezzatura in cucina basic, abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti quindi non abbiamo usato molto la cucina. L'appartamento si trova su una salita molto ripida con non poca difficoltà per salire e parcheggiare. Consigliamo a chi non se la sente di farlo presente al proprietario che magari può trovarvi un altra soluzione.
• Dolores (10/5): 100% recomendable - Apartamento ideal para disfrutar de Sarande. Para que no tengas problemas para encontrarlo, nos vinieron a buscar. Las vistas son espectaculares. El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario. Si se viene desde Ksamil con el bus te paras en la parada al lado de Ahmeti travel. La familia encantadora y siempre dispuesta a hacerte la estancia agradable. Sarande es un lugar de veraneo interesante, ideal para quien les gusta los lugares de verano animados. Caminado en unos 8’ se llega al paseo marítimo. Está ubicado en pleno centro.

• Nuria (10/5): - La atención del personal, la ubicación, el tamaño del apartamento y las vistas al mar. La ubicación es muy buena pero desde nuestro punto de vista se debería informar de que no es accesible para todo el mundo, ya que para acceder a la casa tienes que subir una cuesta muy empinada.

• Jonathan (10/5): Exceptional - This place is even better than the pictures! We were pleasantly surprised. The view is incredible, the rooftop terrace was clean and had an amazing view of the city. The beach and ferry terminal are only a short walk away, along with a few restaurants, bakeries, and marts within a minutes walk. The rooms were spotless and spacious with natural light, fast wifi, a smart TV, and cooking supplies. The owners were so helpful in helping us park (safe and secluded parking!) and super kind and responsive. Highly recommend!

• Luca (7/5): Good - The location is great and the house has a beautiful terrace where you can eat while watching the whole bay The road to the house is steep and in bad condition so you need to be a good driver to get to the top. Improvement to be made for the overall cleaningness
• Mustafa (8/5): Room with a view of Sarande - Hosts changed their apartment into hotel. Owners live 2 floors below. It has great landscape of Sarande. In front of the room there is a roof that you can spend your leisure time or have a breakfast. Sarande’s city structure is really steep, and the room is 13 min a away from the beach. In a high humidity day, It is really hard to climb really inclined way.
• Alana (10/5): Saranda Sweetness - The location of the apartment is perfect with a fantastic view and outdoor space. A little way up the hill but a nice quiet place to relax. The room is clean and simple, it has everything needed for a short stay. The best part of Joen Apartments is the hosts. The communication, kindness and willingness to help was wonderful and made our holiday such a breeze. We felt very welcome and at home, and were sad to leave. Very much recommend this place!!

We are so happy that we booked a flat here and not in Ksamil:) Especially after seeing Ksamil the next day, Sarande was for us definitely a better fit.

Difficult to find by your own, so make sure to contact the owners via booking. In our case the owner contacted us in advance and guided up to the door

• Bora (1/5): Not pleasant at all, not recomended. - Beds were clean but that is all it offered Also the view from the room was beautiful. 1 no mosqitos nets so we had to keep wi dows closed all night as there were a lotof mosquitos and insects 2 the bathroom smelled terrible and there were no shampoos at all. 3. The shower heater was problematic so you have to turn it off while showering to prevent problems

• Lenka (8/5): Very good - Beautiful view from the balcony to the sea. We could use the terrace with seating and sunbeds. Good location in the center. You can walk to the city beach in 10 minutes. This beach exceeded our expectations, it was clean, never overcrowded and a umbrella cost about 3€ per day.... Weak water flow in the shower
