• Manuela (10/5): - Sehr sauberes Apartment. Gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist super. Sehr zentral und man hat alles direkt vor der Türe. Die Aussicht auf Berat ist fantastisch. Die Eigentümer super nett und hilfsbereit. Parkhaus in der Nähe für 8€ am Tag war super. Die Wohnung liegt im obersten Stockwerk ohne Aufzug und Licht im Flur. Für Personen,die nicht so gut Sachen schleppen können eher nicht geeignet. Parken im Innenhof nicht zu empfehlen, weil man dort einfach zugeparkt wird und eventuell nicht mehr weg kommt.

• Jutta (10/5): Tolle Unterkunf mt - volle Empfehlung - Gepflegte, liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Modern, sehr sauber. Lage ist super / alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Beschreibung der Vermieter super - wir haben die auf Anhieb . Volle Empfehlung Parkplatzmöglichkeiten sehr begrenzt. Wohnung liegt im 4.Stock ohne Aufzug - bei Gehbehinderung oder Handicap eher nicht zu empfehlen . Für uns aber super!!!!
• Thom (9/5): Nice place! - Really comfortable flat, nice and big and airy (and cool in 36 degrees…) Very good beds indeed, decent sleep. Good views from the living room, and the location, right in the centre of town, means you can get out and see and do things easily. Parking is an issue if you arrive during the day- the little lane where the entrance to the apartment is doesn’t have many spaces, and these seem to be mainly full. Turning round there is challenging- you will be better off in the underground car park about 300 meters away (800 lek per day). Also, remember there are several flights of stairs up to the apartment (Booking doesn’t show this too well).

• Iris (10/5): Stunning apartment, great location - Great experience altogether. Clean, spacious, modern, great location. The only thing was the stairs you have to take to enter the apartment. It is on the 5th floor. For us it was fine, just be mindful of it in case you have reduced mobility.
• Jade (9/5): - Een prachtig appartement in het centrum van Berat. Alles wat we nodig hadden, was aanwezig. Vlotte communicatie met de verhuurders! Helaas konden we geen gratis parkeerplaats vinden vlakbij. We parkeerden ons in een ondergrondse betaalparking op een paar minuten wandelen van het appartement.
• Fam. Kekic (8/5): - Heel schoon, genoeg ruimte. Alles in het apartement vaatwasser wasmachine etc. Geen lift, 5e verdieping
• Susann (10/5): - Everything was absolutely exceptional! Great location, very good communication with the hosts, easy check-in, super clean and stunning apartment.
• Linde (9/5): Heerlijk appartement met fantastisch uitzicht! - Prachtig appartement, heerlijke bedden, fijn ingericht, midden in het centrum, je loopt zo naar de boulevard en het oude centrum. Voor een parkeerplek moet je even geluk hebben, dat hadden wij. We konden de auto voor de deur kwijt. De communicatie met de eigenaar gaat heel vlot via chat. We kregen een duidelijke instructie hoe het appartement te vinden en waar de sleutel lag. Niks viel tegen. Wel goed te weten dat je een flink aantal trappen op moet om in het appartement te komen. Maar daar krijg je wel prachtig uitzicht voor terug!
• Mona (10/5): Perfect stay… perfect location… perfect hosts - This was one of my favorite stays in Albania—and in my favorite town! My sister and I originally planned to stay just a couple of nights, but we loved it so much we ended up extending our stay twice. The apartment is beautiful and perfectly located, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. The hosts were incredibly helpful and very responsive throughout our stay. I highly recommend this place and would absolutely return!

• Siarhei (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is located perfectly! In a quiet place and at the same time in the center. Absolutely everything is within walking distance. The apartment itself is very large, beautiful, equipped with all the necessary equipment. In addition, there is all things that may be useful during your stay: spices, coffee, washing machine powder, etc. Everything is done with care. Beautiful view from the window. Many thanks to the owner, we highly recommend it. Nothing. All was perfect
• Silvia (10/5): Wonderful and comfortable apartment in the centre of Berat - We loved everything about this apartment: its beautiful decor, fully furnished, brand new and very comfortable, its amazing location, and the very easy and prompt communication with the owners. Highly recommended! Nothing, everything was excellent! Just wanted to mention that parking in Berat is very difficult if you arrive by car (although we were lucky to find parking right by the apartment), and that the apartment is at the top floor (4th or 5th) without elevator.
• Muhammad (9/5): Best stay with nice view of Berat from the Apartment - The best thing is the view. You can see the beauty of Berat from the living room. Also, it has the best location in as we can explore Berat by walking. The apartment was comfy, clean, and well decorated. Please keep in mind that the apartment is at level 5 with no lift facility. But no problem for us as we packed our stuff light. The parking space is very limited and we are lucky to get a space to park.

• Jairo (9/5): Superb - It was a very spacious appartment, it was very clean. The kitchen was well equiped. The location was great, near shops, the old centre and a lot of food/drink establishments. Instructions to find the appartment were clear. We really enjoyed our stay Finding a parking spot was a bit difficult. It might be good to mention that there is no elevator in the building.

• S (9/5): A beautifully appointed apartment in the centre of Berat - The location was fantastic, just round the corner from the main promenade of Berat. The apartment was beautifully decorated and furnished, a very high quality refurbishment in an old building - wood floors, fabulous bathroom (with an amazing view of Berat's traditional houses on the mountainside), extremely comfortable beds with quality bedlinen, fluffy towels etc. The owners have made a lot of effort to provide a comfortable stay for their guests. Although the owners were overseas and it wasn't easy to call international numbers (I bought an Albanian SIM but not allowed to make international calls; using my UK mobile phone would've been extremely expensive) the owners were very responsive via whatsapp when wifi available to me, and provided us very quickly with a couple of items when we asked (kettle, new clothes pegs). Booking.com should make it clear that the apartment is on the top (4th floor, 9 flights of stairs) and there is no lift. It would therefore best suit very strong people or people with no luggage. A microwave would've been useful but I suppose they take up a lot of space. There was building work going on on a floor below us and they started early in the morning - however this was something we experienced in every town we visited - lots of construction which started early and finished late even on a Sat/Sun.
