• Bourbeau (1/5): BEWARE: A hostile environment, aggressive tactics, and a total scam - The location. Headline: BEWARE: A hostile environment and a total scam. This property should be removed from Booking.com for safety. 1. Red Flags: The host pressured us to pay "off-platform." When cash was delayed, she sent a storm of aggressive messages, then deleted them to hide her behavior. When we asked for a second heater, she refused, saying it was "not economical," and illegally demanded we pay for electricity ourselves to reach an "agreement." We refused. 2. Intimidation: When we reported a broken washing machine, she entered for the washing machine repaired and shouted "Dirty! Dirty!" at us. This was a tactic to intimidate us and "scout" for fake cleaning fees. She returned the same broken machine, claiming it only worked by pressing "one button." 3. Fear: We were too scared to report that the toilet required a bucket to flush. We used an open oven for heat rather than face her hostility. 4. Escape: We left 2 days early to avoid a "shakedown," as we knew that she would have scammed us while requesting us more money, so we let her keep the 2 night money as a "peace tax." Note: Look at her reply. She will claim I didn't read the house rules, call me a liar, and insist she is a "fantastic host." This is the same script she uses for every negative review to deflect blame. Do not be fooled—her replies are part of the scam. Avoid this place at all cost- SCAM!

• Jan (10/5): Next time I need to bring more toilet paper - Close to beach. Close to restaurants. The owner helped us with a bus and when we got sick. Good kitchen. Lot of space. Fell in the bathroom without shower curtain.

• Brunilda (8/5): - The host was lovely, made it very easy for us to find the place by staying with me on the phone and giving explicit instructions, even saved us u parking spot which I appreciated the most. The bathroom would be better with a shower curtain and the apartment needs a big mirror somewhere, if you want to check yourself before going out, because there were none except for the one in the bathroom.

• Maja D.T (3/5): Vlažan apartman bez parkirališta- prekinut boravak ranije - Dobra lokacija, par koraka od promenade Apartman ima jako problem sa vlagom. Trebali smo biti 3 noći, ali smo prekinuli boravak nakon 1.noći. Posteljina je bila vlažna. Ostavili smo odjeću preko stolice i do jutra je bila vlažna. Prozračivali smo i uključili klimu na odvlaživanje, ali nije pomoglo. Moja je greška jer nisam čitala sve recenzije, jer su se i drugi gosti žalili na vlagu. Također, apartman nema parkiralište, to je lažno oglašavanje. Postoji javni parking koji se može naći prijepodne, ali poslijepodne gotovo nikako.
• Vinod (7/5): - Die Lage ist sehr schön und das Appartement ist ca. 150m von Strand entfernt. Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, sie hat uns bis zum Apartment begleitet. Für den Preis ist das akzeptabel. Leider es war sehr laut darin, man könnte alles von Nachbarn hören und jedesmal wenn einer geduscht hat, hatte man das Gefühl das man selber unter der Dusche steht.
• Simone (8/5): Buono per 1 o 2 notti - Posizione ottima. Vicina al mare con negozi, bar ristoranti e zone di svago La camera si trova dietro un hotel ma non semplice trovarla soprattutto di sera. Parcheggio impossibile da trovare la sera (parcheggiatori abusivi che chiedono soldi per lasciare lì la macchina). Bisogna mettere la macchina in vie più lontane e tornare a piedi. Non starei più di 1-2 notti ma dato il prezzo pagato, va bene

Internet is good Matress is good I was 1 day,could take my bicycle inside It is inside dark,because the windows are only in the first room . It is not really quiet,because people start early in the morning washing and everything.Same at 10 o clock evening

• Ervis (9/5): Superb - The location was in a really great location at "Lungomare". The host was great. Lack of parking can be challenging, this is due to the area. This is challenging for the whole area of lungomare especially in the busy seasons. The single bed was a little bit uncomfortable.

• Funda (8/5): Very good - We were warmly welcomed by our host to give us the keys. The place was clean and well located, close to supermarkers and bars and the beach. It was quiet and fresh at night, which was great. The bed is comfortable and we slept well! We did not realise that the place on the ground-floor has so much people pasing by to reach the adcesend apartment complex, we had to keep the curtains closed for privacy which made the place was very dark (small windows), we had to have lights on at all times. We wanted an apartment to be able to cook but the oven is pretty much non-usable. It takes 30 mins to get water near boiling, we took 45-60 mins to "boil" pasta, it was quite annoying for us to prepare anything, even a cup of coffee.
• Jakub (9/5): Perfect location, great value for money relation - This place has all the facilities you need for a longer stay and is located in great place just couple steps from Lungomare. It's really cheap and totally worth its price. The owner was extremely helpful and answered all the questions about Vlora we had. The windows are not really big. Also take into account it's on the ground floor which could be advantage or disadvantage :)
