• Stefan (7/5): Gut und preiswert aber sicher kein versteckter Diamant. - Die Unterkunft ist gut gelegen, wenn man sich ein bisschen in Teheran auskennt, schätzt man die Lage sehr. Für zwei Personen dürfte es außerdem sehr preiswert sein. Ich war aber alleine. Die Unterkunft ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, einige Annehmlichkeiten, wenn man beispielsweise bügeln möchte oder erst mal etwas kälter ist. Teilweise mangelt es ein bisschen anders Sauberkeit. Nicht an den Oberflächen oder im Badezimmer, aber beispielsweise in den Küchenschränke hätte man durchaus mal heraus wischen können. Das sind nämlich Fußgängerpunkte. Hier geht es mir nicht um tiefen Reinigung, sondern um offensichtliche Stellen. Insgesamt wirkt das Interieur etwas veraltet, vom Haus ganz zu schweigen, aber das ist in Teheran fast grundsätzlich so. Letztlich weiß ich, was man für sein Geld in Tirana bekommen kann, und da gibt es bessere Alternativen. Bevor man weiter außerhalb liegt und wenn man nicht ständig in der Unterkunft sein will, kann ich trotzdem meine Empfehlung aussprechen.

• Maciej (9/5): Fajnie - Lokalizacja i wyposażenie super. Bardzo dobre miejsce. Tirana to miasto bardzo hałaśliwe: ogromny ruch uliczny, remonty i budowy. Apartament jest przy ruchliwym bulwarze. W trakcie mojego pobytu w sąsiedztwie akurat odlewano fundamenty, w dodatku robiono to do późnej nocy, poważny hałas. Zamknąłem okna i drzwi wewnętrzne i jakoś usnąłem, ale z takimi rzeczami trzeba się w Tiranie liczyć.

• Tuğba (7/5): Genel olarak fiyat dengesi olarak ideal konumu da biraz yürüyerek en gözde yerlere ulaşım imkanı sunan bir yerleşkede - Konumu inanılmaz güzeldi özellikle gece hayatının çok canlı olduğu bir yerdeydi ve hemen arka sokaklarında görmeyi istediğimiz mekanların da bulunuyor olması işimizi çok kolaylaştırdı. Ama en en sevdiğim yanı tesis sahibinin bize sağladığı taksi imkanıydı sanırım havaalanından karşılanıp eve kadar bırakıldık ve tekrardan evden alınıp havaalanına kadar götürüldük Evin tam karşısında yeni başlayan bir inşaat vardı ve sabahın çok erken saatlerinde yüksek seslerle uykumuzdan uyandık. Evin içinde sıvı sabun yoktu mutfaktaki araç gereçler çok temiz değildi maalesef ve balkon panjuru kilitliydi açamadık. İletişim olarak biraz sorun yaşadık o da sadece cevap verme konusu da geç olduğu için beni telaşlandırdı sadece 🥲

O apartamento tinha produtos de higiene e estava super bem equipado! Check in foi autónomo A entrada para o prédio é nas traseiras e te um ar um pouco desleixado mas o interior do apartamento compensa! É de facto uma hidden gem

Prenotato per 4 ma abbiamo dovuto chiedere asciugamani e lenzuola per gli altri 2 che non avevano considerato. Ma soprattutto problemi con l'acqua. Mezza giornata senza acqua e senza doccia... senza poter scaricare il gabinetto...e una volta tornata non funzionava ugualmente lo scarico del wc. Abbiamo dovuto utilizzare un secchio per buttare l'acqua dentro il water. Non aggiungo altro.

• Stand_by (9/5): Superb - The host was very friendly and attentive. She even arranged a taxi service from the airport, which was good since our flight arrived late at night. The location was also good, close to the centre of Tirana and steps awsy ftom lots of restaurants, supermarkets, etc. There is a construction site next to the building, and the work goes on very late at night, which makes it difficult to sleep. This has obviously nothing to do with the host or the apartment.

• Akami (9/5): Superb - The apartment was clean and spacious with everything you need for your stay. The location is perfect, very close to town center, however we struggled to find it as Google maps was absolutely useless in Albania, and a lot of locations weren't showing correctly. This is obviously Maps issue and nothing on the hosts part. The best tip is to look for the Protein supplements shop, can't remember what it was called but started with K, on the street in the address, the entrance to the property is at the back of the shop and end of the road.

• Julia (10/5): Really cool place in good localization - I recommend this place. Really good localization, in my favorite districk - Blloku with a lot of cool restaurants and bars. Flat was really nice prepared, there were eveything we needed. Bed was comfortable and big. Really good contact with host. Self-check in in the middle of the night is possible - big plus for this :) There was to hot in the bedroom in the night. There was an air conditining but really loud and blown directly to bed, which is not comfortable.

• Eduardo (7/5): Good - The kitchen was very well equiped. And yhere was lots of toiletries. The building was very old and it does not look very welcoming from the outside. Furthermore, even with the gps coordinates it was difficult to find it. The reservation was for three people but there was only two towels available. Additionally for the, at least for the portuguese people, do not expect a sofa bed like the ones we are used to, it is simply a bigger sofa. Lastly, if bring euros to pay, otherwise the conversion to leke will make you pay more.

The apartment is spacious and comes equipped with almost anything you might need. Comfortable bed and living room, good WiFi, good water pressure and hot water, kitchen better equipped than most places with good selection of cookware and utensils, plenty of storage and hanging space for clothes. Bathroom well stocked with shampoo & shower gel plus extras like cotton swabs and toothpaste. Great communication with host and easy to find the location with her clear and detailed instructions. It’s on the 4th floor but there are only three flights of stairs to climb which are wide and well lit. Great location of course right in Blloku. I think it’s a great bargain all around. I would happily stay here again. It was the best of four places I’ve stayed in Tirana over the past two years. nothing. no complaints

• Aroundtheworlder (6/5): we still haven't found the Gem - even though we never saw the owner she was kind and helpful...she used whatsapp to comunicate. Center is quite close (10 minutes). it's a small apartment close to the center (10 minutes walk) in an old building. It is a 4th floor without elevator. It was terribly hot at night even with the aircon on (did not work very well). Beds are not very confortable. A double bed too soft and a sofa-bed too small to fit 2 normal sized person. They say you can park for free in the surroundings but if you trust that you'll have a problem! in the courtyard can only park the residents and outside most of the streets have app paying parking. Only one street is free parking but it is really impossible to get a free space.
