Ina (10/5): Exceptional - Parking underground was a great relief, as anytime we visit Saranda, finding a space is a headache. Check-in was very smooth. Someone waited for us and showed us the apartment while handling the keys. The view from the balcony was the best of our stay. The apartment overall had all what we needed for our stay. The proximity with the beach was also a plus.
Alban (10/5): Exceptional - The parking is grat feature to this property- It is underground, and it was great to have it in Saranda. The people/hosts are very friendly and helpful, and they are ready to assist with even small things that others would not bother to hear about. It's proximity to a very good beachfront - only 100 meters walk and you get to the beach. There are bars and restaurants next door and also on the beach. My apartment had a minimum seaview, but they have others for little more money which provide a seaview. Still, being so close to the beach and with parking I would not really care if it has the view or not- I would always go to the beach to have my coffee and enjoy it down there. Best wishes to the management team and their staff. We will be back in Eri Apartments for sure 👍

Albam (10/5): Excellent Property + Excellent Service 👌 - Residence with very good location. It provides PARKING which is so important in summer in Saranda city. The staff is welcoming and very helpful. They came on time and helped with everything A to Z. The residence is very close to the beach in Mango area. Nothing - everything was perfect.

William (4/5): Not worth the price you pay - Property is spacious and very comfortable in terms of where it’s located and it has a parking space but that’s all! - WiFi it’s simply not existing! Download 3mbps upload up to 0.5mbps. With this you can’t even have a call on whatsapp - it lacks of basic amenities (microwave, washing up soap which I had to buy) - the oven doesn’t work. So if you want to use it, forget about it! - washing machine is there, it switches on but doesn’t work at all. So consider not having it! - cleaning was not done properly, still lots of long hair on the floor and corners that looked the were never cleaned. Found some food in the freezer left there by some other occupants - property was not set up with towels. There were a couple of towels outside that I could finally use - lots of rust everywhere

Adrian (8/5): Penthouse Experience - The view was amazing. 5 minutes walk to the beach. Private parking. Very well equipped with air conditioning. Easy access by elevator 🛗. The beds were comfortable and the living room and balcony were very spacious. Close to supermarkets, restaurants and the bus station. The bathrooms were poorly equipped with toiletries and the place was not as clean as expected. One of the bedroom doors didn't close fully.

Borana (10/5): I suggest to everyone to stay here, especially those who have infants and toddlers. - The entire place, apartment, location. Nothing
Moru (10/5): Great value for the price - You get a great value for the price. The owner is helpful. The property was clean. The hot water runs out after two or three people shower right after each other. The matresses are not very comfy and the beds make a lot of noise. You can indeed hear the outside noise, but it didn't bother us at all.
Alban (5/5): Good for a night not more. - it was cheap and good location Not too clean, near the road so a bit noisy, appliances, beds, sofas all outdated and no soap or shampoo in the room.
Flores (10/5): Exceptional - The room is really big and clean. The views are amazing facing the sea. Supermarket really close The check in was a bit complicated. The are supposed to be open until 11 pm. We arrived 5 min before 11 pm and we didn't find Noone. The wasn't any sign with the name of the apartment. Not even reception. We were lucky to find a good man at bar next a he called the Albanian number on the reservation. The guy told me he is coming in 20 min. He arrived and gave us the keys. He was very kind. But still don't understand why the don't put a sign to help people to find the place.

Maksym (9/5): Superb - Everything you need for housing is there. Normal beach across the road. But we drove from Saranda for about 20 minutes by car, there are gorgeous beaches. The apartments are located in a very noisy area. And there is not enough air conditioning in the bedroom. Very stuffy. The air conditioner from the other room does not reach the bedroom at all.
