• Maria (7/5): Dobra lokalizacja, niezbyt czysto - Dobra lokalizacja i duży apartament. Są wszystkie niezbędne rzeczy nawet na dłuższy pobyt. Apartament sprzątany przed przyjazdem ale czy był czysty- niekoniecznie. Brudny prysznic i na podłodze widoczne były resztki jedzenia po poprzednich wynajmujących. Jedne drzwi na taras nawet nie mają zamka tylko zasunięta roleta.
• Vera (9/5): Spacious accommodation suitable for families - It's a good spacious apartment, two separate bedrooms and two separate bathrooms. Quite comfortable for a family. The kitchen was well equipped and basically we had everything to function properly for the duration of our stay. The neighborhood was good as well - there was a huge hypermarket near the apartment where you can buy anything. The property is also 10 minutes by foot from the main street in Vlore where all the shops are and 15 minutes away by foot from the Marina. There's everything you need around. We had a very nice time staying here. The place could use a little maintenance work after the season ends, but overall it's really good. We enjoyed our stay.

• Dalila (7/5): Helaas een ander appartement gekregen dan geboekt. Uiteindelijk goed opgelost door de host! - Wij werden liefdevol ontvangen door de host en begeleid naar het appartment. Het adres klopt niet helemaal (je kunt het beste de Benzinepomp aanhouden die op de foto's te zien in). Eenmaal aangekomen bij het appartement bleken we op de 7e verdieping te zitten in een ander appartement zonder airco in de slaapkamers. Het geboekte appartement zou lekkage hebben. Wij zijn hier 1 nacht gebleven en toen heb ik contact opgenomen met de host. Hij heeft een perfecte oplossing gevonden voor ons en wij konden verhuizen naar een andere kamer in een ander gedeelte van Vlore. Dit heeft onze vakantie gered! Dit is lastig te beoordelen aangezien ik niet in het echte appartement geweest ben. Ik vond zelf de locatie van het andere appartement bij de boulevard in ieder geval een stuk beter.

• Matthew (8/5): Good overall - Good central property. Entire apartment to self with two bedrooms, dining/living room, kitchen, and two bathrooms. Great views too. The AC even on full power was difficult to heat the entire home on a cold day. The window shutters would also shake and make noise all night if it was windy, even if they were up! Was fine on the calmer days though.

• Blerina (4/5): Gave me the wrong apartment not what I booked - Owner tried to fix the booking issue by renting us another room on the 9th floor for €10 a night because the first room he gave us wasn’t what I booked online I booked an apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Specifically because I needed my elderly father to have his own separate space. This was THE ONLY reason I booked this property. When we arrived he took us to not an apartment, BUT A STUDIO with 1 bathroom. There wasn’t even an actual bedroom, only a half divider wall from the living space and the bed. Owner kept denying we booked the 2 bed/2 bath even though I showed him the screen shot of my booking for apartment 6. HE TOOK US TO APARTMENT 5!!! This was not what we booked. He clearly saw that It wasn’t the cleanest, we never even used the shower. It was horribly noisy we never got any sleep. Bad location next to a super busy road where cars never stop. The matress was literally like a concrete block covered with a sheet. We had the sorest backs at the end. We will never come back to this property ever again Not to mention the checkout was at like 10 am which is the earliest we’ve ever seen in any city/country where it’s always 11 am /12 pm

• Jean (10/5): perfect sunny central apartment for your stay in vlore - recommended - the host met us and handed over how everything worked and came to check on us during the rain storm to check we wer ok - gave us lots of information which we really appreciated -the apartment is so lovely and cosy and comfortable and cleancut and the balcony is a sun trap -what a lovely bonus - and the apartment is central for the shopping area and the sea port area - we would love to stay here again please - we were so happy here! everything was lovely - the apartment is well equipped for cooking and dining and relaxing

• Pablo (10/5): Exceptional - Summer home is the best apartment i have ever been in vlora . It is super clean and i could not find anything dirty in the whole apartment . The location is also perfect ,all the shops are nearby and it is just a few min away from the beach . Should also mention that there is a lot of parking space which is a big difference compared to other apartments where you will need a whole hour to find a parking spot.
• Nima (9/5): Modern - We had the 'two bedroom apartment'. This is a pretty nice place in Vlore situated on the 3rd floor of a tower at a boulevard but there is no 'noise' problem. It is clean, spacious and equipped. There is access to some channels like 'Disney' :) The balcony is quite big but it faces the backyard and the non-finished facade of other buildings. Being on 3rd floor, one can also just take some stairs since the lift requires a 'token' which you might not bring a long if someone else has taken the key or when there are power cuts (happened once just when we were leaving). It is about 10 min walk to the main, touristy street of Vlore. Parking in the street is free and we always were lucky to find a place. The communication was alright through Whatsapp. There were two bathrooms but only one had warm water and shower. And that one was accessible through the room that kids were sleeping.

The apartment has two bathrooms which was great. Public parking just outside the building. Kitchenware just four sets, would have been great with some more.

• Desankaz. (10/5): A clean, spacious apartment, excellent for families - We loved our stay at Summer Home; it offers a good value for the money. The apartment is spacious, it has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, exactly what we needed. It's very clean, and the beds are very comfortable. It's located near the city centre. There's also a public beach near, Plazhi I Vjetr.

The local restaurants are walking distance from the place and we used the car to drive to the beach with was outside the town. We were easily finding parking slot near the house. The were two bathrooms in the apartment and one didn't seem to have hot water. But it wasn't an issue for us as there were two.

• Stepan (10/5): New and spacious - Very spacious, 4 places plus sofa. Nice kitchen. Newly furnished and renovated. Good towels, comfortable beds, good Wi-Fi, clean. Next to shops and less touristic restaurants. I lost my jacket there and received it back after several days even with pocket money.Big thanks to the owner! I always miss some oil in the kitchen. Not easy to find, since several buildings are very similar. Look for the building with Dua Caffe. Ask there for WiFi to contact the owner

• Yan (9/5): Spacious and Clean - 8th Floor very large 2 bedroom apartment, very new, well equipped, very clean and airy, we really liked the apartment it was the largest we have found in Albania. Location was central easy walking but busy road. Only issue was getting back into the apartment you have to pull the door towards you as you turn the key, we struggled to get in, luckily a very nice neighbour heard us and helped, she said we weren't the 1st to need assistance. Definitely not a big deal and we would stay again.

• Kornelis (8/5): A pleasant apartment which needs small improvements - Owner was very nice and forthcoming (provided on request two keys). Apartment was spacious with two bedrooms and two toilets. Beds were ok. Large terrace. The kitchen had some real shortcomings: no watercooker (we had to use the 3 ltr pan to boil water for coffee); there were no wine nor beer glasses and no cutting knive. Not everyone needs to cook a meal but making coffee/tea in the morning and drink a glass of wine or beer are pretty normal for visitors. There was no holder for towels in the bathroom. With small improvements the apartment would be great.
