• Igor (10/5): - Прекрасные апартаменты, где есть всё нужное для проживания и даже больше. В квартире продумано всё до мелочей, которые и формируют комфорт проживания. Хозяин был очень внимателен и объяснил все детали. В квартире есть замечательный балкончик, где можно поужинать с вином или выпить кофе с утра (кофемашина и сам кофе были в квартире). Нам очень понравилось. Жалко, что оставались только на одну ночь. Хотелось бы больше. Также квартира очень удобно расположена недалеко от озера, при этом район не оживлённый, поэтому ночью тихо и спокойно.
• melissa (9/5): - L'hôte était réactif, gentil et très serviable. Il nous a même fait la carte d'assurance pour la voiture pour aller en Macédoine du nord. L'appartement était très spacieux, très propre, très agréable. Concernant les équipement rien à redire. Nous étions très bien situé. On a pu tout faire à pied depuis l'appartement. Places gratuites en bas de l'immeuble. Wifi de qualité. Petit bemole sur le lit bébé que nous n'avons pas eu la première nuit car il était utilisé par d'autres personnes mais l'hôte nous a donné ce qu'il fallait pour qu'on puisse dormir avec bébé.

• Dov (10/5): Wonderful place to stay in a wonderful town! - We loved everything about our experience at Roland\s Guest's Apartment! The room was clean and very comfortable, including the bed. We enjoyed having a kitchen, which even had oil, salt, sugar, etc. in it, to make it user friendly, and a washing machine with a clothes line and clothes pins. Roland is a great communicator and very helpful, he even picked us up and dropped us off at the bus station since we did not have a car. We were sorry to leave! If you have accessibility issues, this would be a rough place for you to stay, because there is an elevator, but it only starts one floor up from the ground level, and ends on the 6th floor (the apartment is on the 7th.)
• candice (10/5): Highly recommend - We stayed three nights in the family suite and it was absolutely stunning . Spotlessly clean, comfortable bed and two balconies ! An easy walk to the Lake which is the perfect place for swimming and enjoying the relaxed atmosphere.

Asansörden inince tekrar bir kat yürüyerek çıkmanız gerekiyor. Daireler son kat olan 6. katta bulunuyor

• Frankie (10/5): - This one Deluxe Room was in a very central location and had great views from the cute and practical balcony on the 6th (last )floor. Lift available and just few steps to climb before and after lift. This turned out to be a fully equipped studio room with a good sized bathroom, effective shower, and a washing machine. The  kitchen area was very well stocked. The bed very comfortable. The WiFi excellent. Everything was extremely clean. The owners were very friendly and beyond helpful and responsive. The 10 minutes walk to the beach is pleasant and Pogradec offers a great vibe especially in the evenings. It is also a good base to visit Korce and Lin village! The apartment is by a road but has great air-conditioning, shutters, curtains and was quiet. 7 minutes walk to bus station. We absolutely recommend this accommodation. Pogradec is a delightful beach town, where people actually live too, with a long beautifully landscaped Promenade by Lake Ohrid.
• Elizabeth (9/5): Beautiful well equipped apartment in a convenient location. - Modern, stylish, spotlessly clean, bright studio apartment, with a wide view of town, and mountains in the background; Lake Ohrid just visible to the left. Very well equipped kitchen area with fridge freezer, hob, oven, coffee maker, kettle - if we'd been able to stay longer there was everything we needed to cook a meal! Small dining area. Air conditioned. Balcony with table and tall stools. Washing machine. TV. Lovely bright bathroom with shower cubicle with curtain- not the 'wet room' style we encountered in some places where the whole room is soaked when you shower! Ouiet, and at eye level with swifts/swallows(6th floor)! Good location with short walks to town and beach. Felt secure with good strong door. We booked at very short notice and with the help of our taxi driver, we were able to meet the host at the apartment within minutes. He was friendly and informative and spoke English. There were clear instructions in the apartment of how to contact him. We would return! Faleminderit! We could not work the TV! There were 3 remote controls but we couldn't find anything other than a current music channel.

• Horst (10/5): Absolut top, top, top!!!!!! - Ich war bisher 3 Wochen unterwegs und jeden Tag in einer anderen Unterkunft - diese Unterkunft schlägt alles was ich bisher erleben durfte um Längen. Die Unterkunft war nicht nur sauber sondern „klinisch“ rein, als würde die Unterkunft erst gestern fertiggestellt worden. Roland, der Besitzer ist ein sehr, sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber - er kümmert sich selbst um die Unterkunft und das macht den Unterschied. Kleinigkeiten wie eine Espressomaschine und Kaffeepads dazu oder Waschpulver zur Waschmaschine lassen einen wie zu Hause fühlen. Ich schreibe selten Rezessionen - nur dann, wenn eine Unterkunft besonders schlecht, oder, wie in diesem Fall außergewöhnlich gut ist. Ich kann sie nur jedem empfehlen, der in Pogradec Urlaub macht oder auch geschäftlich unterwegs ist!!!!

He went out of his way t - 10 minutes walk & you have your feet in Lake Ohrid, passing every Bread shop, tyre fitter, shops, markets, money exchange, you name it, on the way. Update the TV (but I’m selfish!)

• ELPINIKI (10/5): Τέλεια επιλογή - Πέρα απ το ότι το δωμάτιο ήταν αισθητικά ωραίο, ήταν και πάρα πολύ λειτουργικό και καθαρό με όλες τις παροχές. Από αφρόλουτρα μέχρι σίδερο για τα ρούχα και μανταλάκια. Η κουζίνα πλήρως εξοπλισμένη και γενικά ήταν απ τις καλύτερες εμπειρίες μας σε κατάλυμα και σε ασυναγώνιστο κόστος. Το μπάνιο είναι πολύ μεγάλο και ψηλοτάβανο ( πάνω από 2,5 μέτρα ). Σίγουρα αν μας ξαναφέρει ο δρόμος μας από εδώ, θα σας ξαναπροτιμήσουμε.

He was patient and was right at the door for easy checking he stayed available throughout our stay We could have eaten on the floor as it was so clean! We like to cook while on holiday and this place was perfect. Nothing!!

• Leszek (10/5): Polecam. - Bardzo ładne mieszkanie. Wszelkie możliwe wygody. Blisko do bulwaru nad jeziorem. Przesympatyczny i pomocny właściciel. Udało się zorganizować miejsce parkingowe przy budynku. Cena znacząco niższa niż po stronie macedońskiej. Szczerze polecam. Z natury jestem marudny. Ale w tym przypadku nie można się do niczego przyczepić.

• Joana (10/5): Zgjedhja e duhur - Apartament komod dhe i kuruar ne cdo detaj, ku mbizoteronin lulet natyrale ne cdo ambient te brendshem dhe te jashtem. I pershtatshem per familje me femije ku kishte krevat per beba, lodra dhe deri tek pershtatesi per tualetin. Apartamenti ka cdo gje te nevojshme, guzhina super e pajisur, lavatrice, hekur, etj. Stafi shume i sjellshem dhe i disponueshem.

• Ann Hua (10/5): Sehr gute Unterkunft für eine Top Preis - Die Unterkunft liegt im 6 stockwerk und man hat zwei Balkone und eine super Aussicht. Zum See sind es so 10 min Fußweg. Die Unterkunft ist sehr groß und hat ne gute Küche und alles was man braucht.

• GIOVANNI (7/5): visto il lago fugacemente al mattino della partenza - casa ampia moderna dotata di un condizionatore in soggiorno. Utensili presenti anche se non utilizzati. Proprietario disponibile, ci ha aspettato in strada all'arrivo per darci indicazioni del caso. P.S. per tutti quelli che vogliono visitare Albania: i numeri civici delle case non ci sono !!!! Parcheggio auto sul retro della casa in vicolo privato ma aperto al passaggio. Sensazione di sicurezza non al top. Dal parcheggio si fanno ca 40 mt in salitina per arrivare al portone di casa. A questo punto il dramma: ascensore non è presente al P.T. ma si prende al 1° piano dopo rampa di scale. Non finisce qui poichè arrivati al 5° P bisogna fare un'altra rampa di scale per raggiungere appartamento al 6° P. Per farla breve anche qui "bagagli in auto" Per non farci mancare niente anche qui mancanza di tapparelle e/o tende oscuranti..... quindi alle 6,00 ci si sveglia freschi e riposati inondati dal sole. Per ultimissimo devo segnalare assenza di condizionatore in camera, estremamente necessario durante il giorno, ma obbiettivamente meno alla sera.

• Lea (10/5): Wir haben uns sehr zuhause gefühlt! - Der Check in war sehr unkompliziert. Die Unterkunft war sehr schön eingerichtet und Sauber. Wir fanden den Sandwichmaker sehr toll. Der See, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, etc. sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

• Marioskino (10/5): - Appartamento completamente arredato, in posizione vicino al Lago. Con tanto di vista! Il gestore della struttura molto gentile e ricco di informazioni utili per il turista. Parcheggio alla base del palazzo. Tutti i servizi a due passi. Pogradec in bassa stagione non ha molto da offrire se non tanta tranquillitá. Dietro suggerimento del gestore abbiamo fatto un escursione al monastero Saint Naum in Macedonia, raggiungibile a piedi appena passato il confine. Grazie Roland per la dritta! Niente da segnalare

• Tom (10/5): Amazing view and hospitality - Amazing view over the mountains from the bed, sparkling clean apartment with all amenities even a great coffee machine, the bed was very comfortable and we slept very well after a great night out at the annual wine festival. Most of all though we have experienced amazing hospitality from the owner Roland whit whom we have spent a great night out together having wine, food and raki over a most pleasant conversation and time together. Thank you so much for this great experience. We hope to see you again!
