Апартманот беше чист и удобен, доволно простор и кујна. И тераса на која може да се ужива во вечерните часови. Си поминавме одлично. Домаќините беа гостопримливи и знаеше малку Македонски јазик. Топло го препорачувам и се надевам дека повторно ќе имам можност да престојувам таму.

Smještaj u ovome apartmanu bio je čist i udoban, lokacija blizu plaže, a more predivno i toplo. Domaćini su bili vrlo ljubazni i uvijek spremni pomoći. Domacin Alex nam je u vise navrata donosio frisko ubrane smokve 😋Idealno mjesto za opuštanje i uživanje. Sigurno se vraćamo i preporučujemo svima! 🌊☀️ Veliki pozdrav za domaćine !! Preporuka od srca!
Beatriz (8/5): Buena ubicación - El apartamento es muy amplio, tiene una bonita terraza con vistas al mar. La ubicación es perfecta cerca de tiendas, restaurantes y la playa. Y tiene parking propio gratuito que en verano se agradece. El aire del dormitorio no funcionaba y las camas no eran muy cómodas, los colchones son de muelles.

Alexis is a truly wonderful guy, as everyone has said. Nice to have access to Alexis' washing machine too (it's free but we still tipped him for the extra water electricity). Thanks for a wonderful time!
Caetano (10/5): Great cost-benefit - The room is great, it's close to everything in Ksamil. The man who received us was extremely welcoming, always trying to help, was very flexible with check-in and received us late at night. The city is beautiful and we were able to relax, the room facilities are great for the price. The view from the balcony is beautiful I haven't had any problems

Adam (7/5): Lovely location in Ksamil - We were a group of 10 people. 4 adults and 6 children aged from 6-15. We had four studios each with a kitchen and shower/toilet. None of the showers had any curtains and water spread all over the tiny bathrooms. We were told to mop after showering. A very nice and friendly owner. He lives in the property. He provided toilet paper when we asked for it. We also had to ask for hot water. He was never problematic though. Extremely good location just one minute from Ksamil beach . Very close to all bars, restaurants and other facilities. Worth the money for the out of season period (April). Weather okeyish for April. Having to ask for toilet paper and hot water.

Nejat (8/5): good - Placement is very near to the beach. Also, there are lots of restaurants around. The rooms are very big and good. There is a bar near the (actually not near but just like next door) apartment, they are playing music till 24.00 and this is really unbearable. Also the beds are not good for someone have back bone problem.

It is located super close to the beach and in a super quiet place, so had a good night sleep! We stayed in the Mountain View studio which had comfy beds and air con worked well! FYI- Ground floor apartments have great views of the sea! Alexis let us use the washing machine which dried overnight- thank you! Had a place to park our car inside the property!
Jeffrey (9/5): Alexis - Alexis is very friendly even though I could not speak his language The room is spotless, with a good balcony and very close to the beach and shops. Thank you I loved my stay. There is no hot water in the kitchen, no sink plug or bowl to do dish washing. I used a pot with hot water from the bathroom. If this could be improved , then the apartment would be perfect.
