Nachdem aber in Tirana der Beton-Goldgräberboom in vollem Schwange ist, gibts wahrscheinlich nichts anderes, das den Ansprüchen westlicher Reisenden entspricht. Siehe oben

The owner is wonderful to talk to and the handover of the keys was perfect even remotely.We can only recommend it for a stay in Tirana. Matthieu (9/5): Superb - Great room with host very available for all questions. Super comfy bed, not too far from center (but still 20-30m walk from Skandeberg Square) and great view from the city with a lot of restaurants close to the place (good coffee shops and bakeries & supermarkets). Very clean and great shower! Only thing to keep in mind is that the inside pool is not included in the apartment and you have to pay something like 35E for using it, which is crazy expensive.

Nadon (10/5): A relaxed and perfectly clean apartament, in one of the best residences - I booked this property primarily due to it’s great location as square 21 is one the best areas to stay: a nice residence in a walking distance from center. I was surprised to see the level of professionalism of the hosts. The room and bathroom contained all needed amenities: toothbrush, body lotions etc. I also had the chance to make a quick dinner in the kitchen, and everything was perfectly clean. I will definitely be back! Nothing
