They are both very large, clean and the beds are super comfortable 😴 Lastly you will be very close to the centre in a peaceful street. They gave us many recommendations on what to see and do in Shkoder as well as good restaurants and provided us free use of their bikes. We got a lot of information in advance, they welcomed us when we arrived, they had lots of advice for places to eat and visit. The apartment was spacious, nice traditional atmosphere and very clean. And we got to park our rental car in the garden of the house which was great. Wouldn’t hesitate to book this place again and highly recommend!

Apartmán byl perfektně čistý, pohodlný a měl vše co je třeba. Jako doma :) klimatizace v každém pokoji byla skvělá.

Incluso nos dejaron aparcar en su parking para tener bien cuidado el coche. Baño todo equipado. Totalmente recomendable y muy cerca del centro. Destaco sobretodo la atención de los dueños en cuanto a cualquier consulta, duda o necesidad, haciéndonos sentir como uno más de la familia. Nada, todo fue genial.

• Albertus (10/5): Very nice apartment in the center of cozy Skhoder - We had an very nice stay in Skhoder - Max helped us with parking and welcoming us. The apartment is a 5-10 minutes walk to the very cozy city center of Skhoder. The apartment is spacious and clean and has a well functioning air-conditioning to survive the hot Albanian summer days :) Parking is a bit challenging in the area, but that's more an Albanian issue. Max will help you with parking :)

Un coup de coeur ❤️ - La propreté irréprochable, le très bon équipement, l’accueil de ce couple adorable dont le monsieur parle très bien anglais, les grandes chambres, la climatisation, les volets (pas toujours présents dans les locations et bon à savoir si comme moi la lumière du jour vous réveille), la cafetière équipée de capsules… tout nous a plus ! Un vrai coup de coeur !! Le fait qu’il n’y ait pas de numéro de rue : ça rend plus difficile à trouver (mais non imputable au propriétaire, Celui-ci fournissant par ailleurs des indications précises) : une aberration vraie dans toute la ville, mais ça devrait changer prochainement, tant mieux pour les touristes comme nous 😉)

• Mieke (10/5): Geweldig verblijf! - All Seasons Apartments was echt een geweldige plaats om te verblijven: de gastheer was enorm vriendelijk, attent en gastvrij. De communicatie verliep zeer vlot en we kregen ook erg goede tips om te eten en voor bezoeken. Het appartement heeft alles wat je nodig hebt voor een aangenaam verblijf. We kunnen het alleen maar aanraden. Als het kon gaven we een 11!
• Guest (9/5): - Friendly host who arrived immediately after we called to check in. The apartment was very spacious and charming. Very close to the city center, we walked there in no time. It is very hard to see that you are in the right place, when you arrive, as there are no signs. We received multiple calls (we did not pick up as it was a number we did not recgonize) and messages via Booking.com from the host, that our booking would be cancelled if we did not confirm it again before 3pm - something we have never tried before when traveling, as the booking is usually enough in itself. We were lucky that we had internet access to look into this, otherwise our stay might have been cancelled out of the blue. The A/C smelled moldy when turned on so we did not use it.
• Séline (10/5): Incroyable séjour près du centre de Shkodër! - L’appartement était incroyable avec tous les équipements nécessaires allant de la machine à laver à la machine à café. Le bien était très confortable, propre et très proche du centre, vous y êtes en 7 minutes à pied. Il y avait également un emplacement de parking devant l’appartement. L’hôte était très accueillant, professionnel et extrêmement gentil. Il nous a recommandé plein de choses à faire à Shkodër et il a été d’une aide précieuse que ce soit pour l’organisation des activités ou pour garder notre véhicule le temps de notre aventure de 4 jours dans les montagnes. C’est un endroit que je vous recommande sincèrement à 100%! L’hôte est au petit soin et disponible à tout moment pour la moindre question ou préoccupation que vous avez. N’hésitez pas une seule seconde à réserver cet appartement! Sincèrement rien à dire.

We loved the place and were sad to stay only 2 nights. It was a shame to leave so soon. Everything within walking distance, a grocery store close by, a park, perfect stay for a family. We felt really safe and it was a calm street despite being so centrally located. And parking was great - not easy to find in Shkodra! The mattress on one of the beds was a bit softer than my preference, but I still slept very well.

• Conor (10/5): Exceptional - We stayed here for 3 nights and highly recommend. The property is in a perfect location, central but up a quiet street with cafes and supermarket close by. All facilities are present for cooking, coffee, laundry etc. The bed is comfortable, and the apartment is exceptionally clean, bright, and airy. Schkoder is a very cool town with plenty to do and attractions such as Komani Lake and Theth close by. Most importantly, we would like to commend the owner Max for his warmth, professionalism, and hospitality. He was very helpful in booking day trips, checking everything was good and bringing extra coffee pods! Just a really nice guy and family. This is how to run a property well. • Anneloes (10/5): Just perfect. - We really loved the apartment and the host Max. He was very kind and gave us a lot of tips! The apartment is located at a 8 minute walk from the restaurants and bars, a supermarket is close by and we could also leave the car here. We could do laundry, there was a kitchen and a fridge, the airconditioning works well and it was just perfectly complete. We liked it so much we booked an extra night after the Theth-Shkoder hike (which he arranged for us.) Thanks a lot Max and family and we would love to come again! Nothing

• Ibrahim (10/5): إقامة رائعة ومريحة بكل المقاييس. الشقة متكاملة من جميع النواحي، نظيفة، مجهزة، وموقعها مثالي. الخدمة ممتازة، والموظف المس - الموقع ممتاز، قريب من الخدمات والمطار والمطاعم. الشقة نظيفة جدًا ومجهزة بكل ما يمكن أن تحتاجه، خصوصًا أدوات الطبخ التي كانت متوفرة بالكامل. الغرفة مريحة والفراش نظيف للغاية، والصالة واسعة ومرتبة وبها طاولة طعام داخلية، ويوجد موقف سيارات خاص المكان هادئ جدًا ولا يوجد أي إزعاج، مثالي للاسترخاء. الموظف الذي استقبلنا كان رائعًا ومتعاونًا لأقصى درجة، تواصل معنا قبل الوصول وأثناء الإقامة وكان مستعدًا دائمًا لتقديم المساعدة. كما أن الأسعار كانت ممتازة مقارنة بالخدمة المقدمة لا توجد ملاحظات سلبية تُذكر، كل شيء كان ممتازًا ومريحًا
• Fabienne (10/5): - Mooi en groot appartement. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Max is ook erg aardig en hielp ons goed op weg in Shkoder. We konden heel makkelijk een ticket via hem regelen om Koman lake en de Shala rivier te bezoeken. De opstap voor de bus was gewoon de straat uit. Het centrum is ook op loopafstand. Wij vonden Shkoder zelf niet heel bijzonder, maar het is wel een goede uitvalsbasis voor verschillende trips. En je hebt in Skhoder heel veel goede en goedkope eetgelegenheden. Om bij het appartement te komen met de auto, moet je best wat smalle straten door. Er fietsen veel mensen dwars door het verkeer. Dit is misschien een beetje wennen. We konden de auto gelukkig wel op een veilige plek achter het appartement kwijt.

• pablogriffin8 (9/5): Perfecto para Shkoder e ir a hacer el trekking - El anfitrión, muy amable y atento a todo. Nos mando recomendaciones para visitar, restaurantes y nos gestionó el viaje a valbone para hacer el trekking a Theth por 26€. Ubicación a 7 minutos andando de la zona centro. La cocina tiene todo lo necesario para cocinar. Tiene parking para dejar el coche e ir a hacer el trekking pero no es cerrado, dejas el coche en la puerta de la casa y el lo vigila. Quizá hay algún colchón que debería cambiarse para mejor descanso
• D-explorer (9/5): - The place was in an excellent place, it was spotlessly clean and easy to find.. Max is a very helpful and communicative host. He recommended us a few restaurants and places to visit. I would definitely stay at his place if we return back again Recommend it 100 % Maybe the bathroom door can have a privacy sticker on the glass as we were 2 different families and shower time was mot very private.
