Khatyjah (1/5): - On the afternoon of the 8th July 2025 , I called the owner when I arrived at Regalia from the airport, but I couldn't get through, so I asked the security guard downstairs. They just said to contact the owner. Usually, if you book a hotel through booking.com, after payment, the owner will tell you the check-in information and where to pick up the key. However, we contacted the owner for more than an hour, and he didn't reply to the message we sent him. I originally booked a stay from the 8th to the 11th, but when I got there, there was no response from the owner and he didn't answer the phone, so my friend and I had to book a hotel last minute . We pay for it Totally RM619 on 29th June 2025 but when arrived the owner didn’t give response and try to chat booking customer service oso no response …

Ak (6/5): ill just stick to hotel if its just me and my wife - the place was clean and parking was close to the lift i rarely use homestay type of place but i chose this one because the price shown was very cheap, only rm70 sumthin. but at the last moment before paying, it rose more than double the price and i didnt noticed. on top of that, there's an extra rm20 for parking so in the end, i paid like 3 times the amount i thought this place cost. the fan and water heater didnt work much. their deposit is quite high as well at rm150 and when the staff was not there during check out i was a bit worried on how to get the deposit back. i guess this may be a common thing for homestay and it can make sense for a group of 3 to more ppl wanna stay together, for now ill just stick to hotels..

Reddy (1/5): Worst experience, I will not recommend regalia to anyone. - Nothing Worst experience and the owner of the rooms was arrogant and did not care if we like the stay or not No staff while we were checking in. Had to call couple of times and wait for 2 hours before checkin even though we paid for before day to make sure we can do early checkin on the day we arrived. The owner was arrogant and not helpful and was rude. After we checked in AC was not working. We expressed a good stay as we paid for 2 days even though our plan was to stay for few hours on 23rd September. We hardly stayed for 2-3 hours and in that time we had worst experience with the accomodation and the owner. Never experienced this kind of service before.

Nakib (1/5): Never book to this accomodation. - The room was smelling. Found bugs beneath the sofa. Aircondition is not in the bedroom its in the hall so you dont get the proper air Room B06-09. The bed is not at all comfortable. Bedsheets and pillow are smelly maybe used one. Air conditioner is in the hall, so yo dont get the proper air Bugs everywhere, smelly rooms and toilet. Looks like a haunted place.

One (8/5): Very Nice - View is fantastic from the room. It was very clean and the owner was helpful. Rooftop pool view is also fantastic. Easy walk from the station and close to the mall for shopping. It was a noice in the building. They told us from water which was so laud noice we could woke up middle of the night a couple of times, every day but this is nothing to do with the room. When we turn back KLCC we would like to stay same room again for sure.
