The apartment was clean, spacious, and well equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including kitchen facilities and reliable WiFi. The location was excellent, within easy walking distance of the old town, restaurants, and main attractions.

• Guest (10/5): INMEJORABLE. VOLVERÍA SIN DUDARLO - La ubicación es inmejorable, es un apartamento en el mismo centro, pero muy tranquilo. La terraza es maravillosa, sin duda lo mejor, es una experiencia cenar y desayunar allí con unas vistas tan bonitas. El desayuno era tradicional y estaba buenísimo. El apartamento es muy acogedor y muy limpio. Los anfitriones fueron muy muy amables. -
• Maarten (10/5): - Zeer ruim en proper appartement. De locatie is gewoonweg top: vlak aan de hoofdstraat, maar door de ligging achterin geen last van lawaai! Ook het private dakterras is een meerwaarde. Eni was zeer communicatief en hielp ons aan een parkeerplaats vlakbij! Geen mogelijkheid om de douchekop op te hangen, het houdertje was kapot. Ook was er even een misverstand over de check-out tijd: op booking.com staat 11 uur, maar we werden eigenlijk verwacht om 10u uit te checken. Echter, na communicatie met Eni was deze zo vriendelijk om ons alsnog tot 11u te laten blijven. Faleminderit!

• Lucía (9/5): Muy bien - - Está muy bien ubicado. - Hay un supermercado justo al lado y muchas fruterías. - El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para cocinar, lavar la ropa etc. - Es grande. - Os recomiendo cenar en la terraza, tendréis muy buenas vistas. - Hay aire acondicionado. - Los anfitriones fueron muy simpáticos. - Lo único que cambiaría es la ducha porque no se sostiene y es un poco complicado lavarse el pelo con una sola mano.
• virginie (9/5): Berat est une chouette ville , cet appartement est idéal pour une halte - L appartement est idéalement placé proche du centre historique Le propriétaire est facilement joignable et à l écoute. Terrasse très agréable. Il manque un peu de vaisselle et les placards sont remplis donc il est impossible de ranger ses affaires personnelles

La terraza es excepcional con sus vistas de día y por la noche más, con todo iluminado. Todo muy limpio y en perfecto estado. Cocina completa. Te guardan sitio para aparcar. Nada. ¡Todo estupendo!

Huge clean apartment in a private house with independent entrance. Shared garden terrasse and roof top terrasse accessible over small metall staircase. Nice view of castle from roof. Private parking 2 minutes away. Washing machine (3 Euro). Nothing

• Andreas (9/5): Great accommodation for a visit of Berat - Located in the middle of the city the apartment offers excellent access on a walking distance to all points of interest. Outstanding are the rich breakfast and the rooftop terrace as well as the helpful and friendly owner. Parking is a little difficult but with the help of the owner even that was no problem. Thank you very much for your help and great hospitality!

• Romanmeyer (8/5): Nice apartment in the very center of Berat - The host is very nice. We were in Berat one our earlier as planned, and he met us and helped to park the car in his lot. In the apartment itself there was everything you might need during the short stay: bed, shower, toilet. I cannot say whether you can use kitchen, cause I did not, but it seems to be yes. Location is excellent: you are literally in the center, but at the same time in a rustical apartment. It seems like someone lives in this apartment, if it not booked. Because all the boards were full of clothes. There was a lot of noise from mosques and also barking dogs at night. Usage of washing machine for some reason costs extra 3 EUR.

• Agne (10/5): Exceptional - Breakfast was amazing, home cooked delicious food with different variations. The location of the place was good, right next to the old town and the park. The apartment is big, there is a fully functioning kitchen and washing machine. Wifi was working well for everyday activities or streaming, video call quality was not perfect, but manageable. There is not much light in the apartment, and the main window from the bedroom leads into the neighbours yard, it is not a big problem, but if you want privacy you have to keep the curtains closed and lights on in the flat. Another thing, has nothing to do with the apartment itself, but we are travelling with a dog and there are a lot of aggressive stray dogs in Berat, so people travelling with pets should be aware it will be a challenge.
• Tomasz (10/5): Apartment "with soul" - First of all great hosts! Eni contacted us early on WhatsApp to prepare everything incl. parking space, guide us to apartment,etc. He was super friendly and helpful. Next day his mother prepared very good breakfast and was also super nice. Apartment is in great location, there is all you need incl. washing machine and air condition. We could even eat grapes on the roof ;) And we loved the city, especially views from castle, and in the night.. Great experience, we miss it. The value for money was awesome. All was great. Maybe view could be a bit better, but we stayed in the very city center and still could see nice mountains.
