The apartment was spotless, modern, beautifully designed, and had everything needed for a perfect stay. The hosts were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always available to help with anything. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and professional. The bed was super comfortable, the WiFi worked perfectly, and the whole place felt cozy and safe.

Το σέρβις ανύπαρκτο εκτός από τις καθαρίστριες που μόνιμα έκαναν φασαρία ανεξάρτητου ώρας και λόγω ανύπαρκτης ηχομόνωσης μόνο το βράδυ είχε ησυχία.

The manager was always available. It's strange that there was no kettle in the room, so we boiled water in a saucepan. But everything else was great.

La cosa che più abbiamo apprezzato é stata la disponibilità dei proprietari che hanno soddisfatto tutte le nostre richieste. Sono stati attentissimi alle nostre esigenze e pronti a rispondere a qualsiasi orario, raggiungendoci in appartamento se necessario. Importante per noi é stata la presenza del posteggio e la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli in un deposito, il tutto senza costi aggiuntivi. L'appartamento, situato al primo piano con ascensore, oltre ad essere pulitissimo e accogliete, è molto curato in ogni minimo dettaglio ed é molto centrale, a 10 min a piedi dalla piazza principale, a 15 Min circa dalla stazione dei bus e a 5 Min dai locali più gettonati. Di fronte la struttura è inoltre presente un piccolo minimarket. La zona é molto tranquilla e non abbiamo avuto problemi nemmeno a tarda notte. Abbiamo effettuato il check in autonomamente seguendo le istruzioni del proprietario, tutto molto facile. Il wifi e il climatizzatore funzionano perfettamente e la TV presenta un account Netflix. Inoltre sono presenti due lavatrici fuori dall'appartamento nella zona comune. La cucina, privata, presenta tutto il necessario per cucinare. Se dovessimo tornare a Tirana ci ritorneremo sicuramente!

Sin duda la plaza de garaje gratuita en el propio alojamiento es genial. Hay algunas cosas que mejorar en el alojamiento. La comunicación y forma de pago con el propietario fueron bastante confusas y lentas.

- Dennis (10/5): - Die gesamte Wohnung war unglaublich schön eingerichtet und man hat sich direkt zuhause gefühlt. Die Lage war top und man konnte vieles fußläufig erreichen. Sehr zu empfehlen. Von außen war es nicht direkt erkennbar ob wir richtig waren. Das Gebäude selbst ist von außen sehr heruntergekommen, aber vermutlich kann der Besitzer des Appartment nichts dran ändern. Ein Schild wäre trotzdem sehr hilfreich gewesen. 😊

- Adelaide (7/5): Posto ok ma disordine e nessun contatto umano - Casa molto pulita e carina, moderna. Nell'appartamento c'era tutto l'indispensabile. Il supporto e le istruzioni in fase di check in non erano arrivate, le abbiamo sollecitate e cmq sono state poco chiare. Nello scambio prima dell'arrivo avevo specificato che avrei dovuto lasciare l'appartamento alle 6 di mattina per via del volo e mi era stato detto che non era un problema. Nessuno però si è presentato per gestire l'arrivo e il pagamento che si poteva fare solo in cash né mi è stato spiegato dove lasciarli. Anche l'assegnazione dell'appartamento pare fosse stata scorretta e mi avevano detto che avrei dovuto cambiare appartamento pure se avevo utilizzato la camera per un paio di ore: aspettiamo istruzioni per farlo ma anche in questo caso scarsa comunicazione, confusione e poca disponibilità: sono di fatto spariti i referenti che ci parlavano da whatsapp. Alla fine abbiamo gestito ex post la questione del pagamento ma avrei preferito evitare visto che il bonifico internazionale è costato 19 euro.

- Stevens (10/5): If you are looking for a clean and spaces apartment while in Tirana, then this is your place! - This property was INCREDIBLE! The location was amazing and the host was extremely helpful. He assisted with getting us parked below the building and helped to bring all our bags to the room. Additionally, I would like to note he was very responsive throughout our stay when we had questions or even when we were looking for restaurant/bar recommendations. We would most definitely stay here again when visiting the Tirana. We can’t thank the host enough for his hospitality! This is not a big dislike, but the parking situation would be difficult if you have a larger vehicle. Lucky, we had a very small car that made it much easier to park in the tight spots. Again, the host assisted with helping us park the car.
- Guest (8/5): Angenehm - Das Apartment war gut ausgestattet mit Herd, Besteck, Wasserkocher und Kühlschrank. Auch die Lage war hervorragend. Alles war sauber, und das Bett war sehr bequem. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Die Zahlungsabwicklung war etwas unübersichtlich. Insgesamt aber ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt! Wir mussten lange warten, bis jemand kam, um das Geld entgegenzunehmen, letztlich übernahm das die Reinigungskraft. Möglicherweise liegt das aber auch daran, dass ich nicht mit den lokalen Abläufen vertraut bin.

Die Hausnummer ist gut sichtbar angebracht - in Tirana eher die Ausnahme Es war nicht so einfach den Hausverwalter zu finden. Es wäre hilfreich, wenn das in der Beschreibung der Unterkunft besser vermerkt wäre. Einmal gefunden, war der Herr hilfreich und zuvorkommend.

Dostaliśmy linki do dobrych restauracji i co warto zwiedzać. Miejsce czyste schludne blisko centrum i z dobrym parkingiem. Rano możesz wypić na miejscu Espresso ☕.Dla mnie było naprawdę ok, czysto , łazienka jak trzeba. Duże wygodne łóżko zapewnia błogi sen. Polecam .

- Thomas (9/5): Hyvä hinta-laatu suhde, miellyttävää asiakaspalvelua ja hiljattain remontoitu moderni huoneisto joka on puhdas ja erittä - Hotellinomainen huoneisto, joka on erittäin siisti ja kaikinpuolin toimiva. Parkkihalli on erittäin ahdas mutta samalla se on aivan mahtavaa koska Tiranan kadulla ei ole juuri ollenkaan parkkitilaa.
- Rushelle (8/5): Conveniently located - The location was great as was the size of the unit I stayed in. I really appreciate having access to washer and dryer. The apartment also included a complimentary bottle of water. When I first got to the building I was a bit skeptical because of possible construction happen, I say possible because I didn't see anyone working while I was there, but it looked like there was some demolition that happened. Additional the view from the kitchen windows was not great, looked into someone's backyard with lots of debris.

- tcaplus (8/5): Great beds - Free parking garage. Best bed in a month-long Balkan trip. Good location with Spar supermarket and many restaurants within a few minutes walk. Lock box entry so you don't need to schedule a time with the host to arrive. Communication was good. Lack of natural light. Handheld shower was broken but overhead shower was ok. Bathroom had poor lighting and no windows. Tiny kitchen area looked onto a construction area or junkyard.

Das Apartment ist einfach und sauber, bietet aber alles, was man braucht – und das mitten im hippen Viertel von Tirana. Umgeben von vielen coolen Bars und Restaurants, ist die Lage ideal, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Ein Highlight war die unglaubliche Gastfreundlichkeit des Gastgebers: Als wir unseren Reisepass im Bus verloren hatten, hat er sofort geholfen, mit dem Busunternehmen kommuniziert und uns unterstützt – und tatsächlich haben wir den Pass wiederbekommen! Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder, wenn ich in Tirana bin. Klare Empfehlung!

La posizione è perfetta , con tutto a portata di mano: ristoranti, negozi e mezzi pubblici. L’appartamento è accogliente, pulito e ben curato, ideale sia per un breve soggiorno che per una permanenza più lunga. Un punto forte è sicuramente il personale: sempre disponibile, gentile e pronto a fornire consigli utili sulla zona. Si sono dimostrati attenti e presenti senza mai essere invadenti. Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio a chi cerca comodità, comfort e un’accoglienza calorosa in centro città.
