• Giuliana (9/5): - The property is really good, very clean and confortable. Also, it had everything needed for out stay! Some stairs to get to the beach, but considering that is a hill city, not a problem!

We entered an immaculately clean apartment, exactly like in the photos. Big balcony and a very nice view. The flat is very close to shops and a short walk to the seaside. We can't thank Kosta enough for being so helpful with prompt responses and some good recommendations, he's an amazing host! This is definitely our place to stay when we're back in Sarande. Nil

• Maree (9/5): Fabulous, pristinely clean, great location. - Kosta met us at the port and drove us to the apartment, he gave us recommendations for restaurants and supermarkets. Kosta was very responsive during our stay, changed linen after four days and quickly replaced the kettle when it stopped working. The apartment was pristinely clean, lounge and dining furniture comfortable, lots of wardrobe space, easy to use washing machine, great bathroom and shower, large balcony with sea view and insect screens on windows and main door.. Close to everything, but away from the bar and party area, beach a five minute walk, supermarkets everywhere, port 20 minute walk and main bus stop to Bhutrint about 10 minutes walk. Don’t hesitate to book. .. The bed was a bit firm for us but a minor point.

• Aminah (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was so perfect and nice, the apartment is so close to many shops and the centre, Kosta is really a nice guy, I'll recommend this apartment for anyone coming to Sarande.
• James (9/5): A Great Find and Central to Everything - Kosta was kind enough to meet us when we arrived into town and give us a ride to the apartment. Everything that one needs for an apartment stay was in the unit. It was clean and tidy and everything was well organized. The bed was really comfortable and the unit was very spacious. The shower was much larger than the average Albanian shower stall and actually had a curtain -- many don't. All in all, a wonderful stay. The common areas of the building can use a little bit of cleaning. By this I mean the walkway outside, the entrance hallway, and the stairs. But at least you don't have to live in the common area spaces.

The only negative was that the address online didn't match where the property was, and we weren't told this prior to arriving. Bit of a stress when we first arrived but found it in the end!

• Seth (9/5): Great Apartment to stay in Sarande - Great apartment with a lot of space and very large balcony. Everything was clean and taken care of. Would stay again. Very easy, short walk to promenade and beaches. Bed and pillows a bit firmer than was comfortable but for a few days it was fine.

• Sean (10/5): Exceptional - Kosta went above and beyond on my arrival from Athens on a night bus that pulled in to Sarande at 3am in the morning! Kosta reached out to me beforehand to see when I was arriving, and then volunteered to pick me up, never had that in many years of travelling, greatly appreciated. The apartment is exactly as per photos, light and bright, immaculately cleaned, and 5 minutes walk to the beach, perfect holiday spot.
• Judit (10/5): Exceptional - Kosta is a nice and helpful host. Communication from him was excellent, he was waiting for me upon arrival and showed me around in the apartment. Also, he messaged me during my stay to check if everything was OK and if I needed anything. The location is perfect, 5 minutes away form the main beach, however, far enough from the noisy promenade in a nice quiet neighbourhood.
