Très bonne communication avec les hôtes via le réseau WhatsApp. Jolie vue sur les montagnes. Parking pratique avec un accès direct au logement. La propreté laisse à désirer. Petit bémol côté vaisselle : seulement 1 élément de chaque pour 4 donc besoin de faire la vaisselle à chaque repas.

Si llegas antes aunque esté el apartamento listo , te obligan a pagar si quieres entrar un par de horas antes , cazquiano , y claro después pasa lo que pasa ,

We were overlooking the ski fields, could ski from the apartments to the lifts, yet it was far enough away from the bars and clubs to be quiet. The room could do with some TLC. Fold out couch was broken, one chair broke when I sat on it (it had been repaired before) but all small things compared to the location, price and accessability.

Corentin (2/5): Nous sommes très déçus de cet appartement. Nous l’avions choisi en toute confiance, connaissant déjà les lieux et n’ayan - Bonjour, le top c’est l’emplacement, nous connaissions cet emplacement car nous étions déjà venu 2 fois déjà. 1. Accueil Nous devions récupérer l’appartement à 17h, mais celui-ci n’était pas prêt. Nous avons finalement pu y accéder à 17h30. Par ailleurs, lorsque nous avons constaté l’état du logement, nous avons dû attendre plus d’une heure à l’accueil pour signaler le problème. Une seule personne était présente pour gérer de nombreux clients, ce qui a considérablement allongé le délai d’attente. Nous avons récupéré le deuxième appartement pas avant 19h30!!! 2. Propreté L’appartement était dans un état de propreté inacceptable : poubelle non vidée, excréments sous le lit, taches au sol, bouteille vide et paquet de cigarettes laissés sur la terrasse. Prise dans la salle de bain non protégée ( dangereux pour les enfants. Cette situation est inadmissible pour une location. 3. Emplacement / Logement de remplacement Suite à notre réclamation, nous avons demandé à changer d’appartement. Notre demande a été acceptée et il nous a été proposé un logement situé un étage au-dessus, avec une vue sur la montagne, puisqu’il n’y avait plus d’appartement avec terrasse comme celui que nous avions réservé. Ils nous ont offert la WIFI pour le désagrément car nous avons demandé mais cela ne serait pas venu de leur fait. Cependant, contrairement à ce qui nous avait été annoncé, ce nouvel appartement ne disposait pas d’une vue sur la montagne, mais uniquement d’une petite fenêtre donnant sur l’immeuble voisin. Clairement un irrespect total à notre égard!!! Nous n’avons pas souhaité retourner à l’accueil pour signaler ce nouveau problème, car nous étions épuisés par le voyage et nos enfants de 5 ans et 2 ans n’en pouvaient plus. Nous ne voulions pas attendre à nouveau plus d’une heure. 4. Confort Le canapé convertible était très inconfortable et particulièrement bruyant au moindre mouvement. De plus, la literie du lit était extrêmement dure, ce qui n’a pas permis de passer des nuits reposantes.

Vanessa (3/5): - El apartamento en general está bien, y la ubicación también. La cama es muy dura y el sofá cama horrible. Es muy incómodo y los cojines como papel. Hablé con recepción sobre el parking y cuando llegamos para aparcar había otro coche en nuestra plaza. Intenté contactar con 4 teléfonos diferentes y nadie solucionaba el problema. Al final tuve que aparcar en otra plaza y un vecino vino quejarse.

Fabiana (10/5): Com certeza voltaremos! - Estava tudo muito organizado. Achamos bem confortável pelo custo-beneficio. Confesso que fiquei um pouco receosa, devido alguns feedbacks negativos que li sobre a acomodação, mas tivemos uma experiência bem satisfatória e fizemos o chekin online e não tivemos nenhum problema na hora de pegar a chave. Foi rápido e tranquilo. Deixamos o apartamento organizado como pegamos e o caução de 150€ foi nos devolvido na totalidade. Apenas não tinha forno, como vi que nas fotografias tinha forno na cozinha, levei comida para preparar no forno para a ceia de natal, e infelizmente tive que optar por outras alternativas, foi a única situação que considero que na minha necessidade do momento ficou a desejar. De resto tudo impecável.

La limpieza brillaba por su ausencia plásticos de una cuchilla que no era nuestra el váter con papel. El sofá cama daba miedo abrirlo por que sis e rompe algo te quedas sin fianza. Estuvimos hablando con los de recepción y le comentemos todo esto vino un hombre de mantenimiento como si mirara a Jesucristo nos dice a pues si la puerta esta rota voy a ver si mañana la puedo arreglar nunca volvió y estuvimos los 3 dias con la.puerta con una silla haciendo de tope. Con esto digo que es mejor un hotel y listo. Habían 3 radiadores que no funcionaban. En fina pone que esta ubicado cerca de andorra y esta a 45 min de ella El de arriba que no tenía terraza no paraba de fumar a todo esto nos tiraba las colilla a la terraza ni viendo un muñeco de nieve que eso quiere decir que hay niños, no le importo tiro muchísimos cigarros incluso creemos que se meo por que había muchísima nieve amarilla Pues la pena es que el apartamento estaba muy bien el problema que la puerta de la terraza no cerraba tuvimos que poner una silla para hacer tope. Veronica (5/5): Mucha informacion omitida - ruidoso toda la noche, al ducharse el agua salia por las mamparas e inundaba el baño, no se avisa que debes limpiar tu sino hasta haber pagado la reserva, y comprando tus propios articulos de limpieza , tampoco esta aclarado de antemano la seña de 150€ que en teoria la devuelven 1 semana despues del check out, 10 días después aún no me lo han devuelto. Los colchones eran incomodos.
