J’ai beaucoup apprécié le côté simple et cosy de l’appartement qui, malgré sa petite taille, offre tout le nécessaire, et cela à un prix très abordable. De plus, sa proximité avec le centre de Tirana, facilement accessible à pied ou en bus, est un vrai plus. 👏🏽💯 Tout était conforme à mes attentes. 😊👍🏽

Para comunicarse con el señor fue muy difícil porque no tiene habilitado para mensajes y la única forma de comunicarse fue por whatsapp. No entiendo porque no envía el código antes como la mayoría de alojamientos de este tipo.

• Arbies (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was impeccably clean, with every detail thoughtfully arranged. The space was fully functional and incredibly comfortable, leaving absolutely nothing to be desired. The breathtaking view from the windows was truly unforgettable, complemented by the beautifully designed interior that added a cozy and stylish touch. A perfect experience!
• Maximilian (7/5): Decent and comfortable stay - The room was recently refurbished and totally clean. The price wasn't bad for Tirana these days. Location was reasonably central and the bed was large and comfortable. Check in was quite frustrating - a booking.com arrival time request and a follow up message were ignored, and the instructions simply said 'someone will meet you at the property'. It was only when I messaged the owner on WhatsApp that I received instructions on how to find the flat and get the keys, which it turned out were in a lock box. These instructions were clear and detailed, but I have no idea why they weren't provided until I used WhatsApp. There are also a few small inconsistencies and inconveniences. On booking.com, check out time is listed as 10:30; at the flat, it says 10. There is a sign saying that you cannot eat or drink in the room, but there is a kitchen and dining table. If you don't wash up or take out the bins, they request an extra €2 for either service, which isn't mentioned when booking, and there is also no information on how to take the bins out. Also, the toilet seat was cracked which made it difficult to use. Overall though, a perfectly acceptable stay.

• Jakub (9/5): Simply a great choice, and at a great price. - Accessibility to the center is the biggest benefit of the entire accommodation. Also the cleanliness and equipment of the room. Handing over the keys was a bit more difficult at first, but we managed it. Definitely recommend to everyone! The shower only has a rain head. The only drawback of the entire accommodation.

• Dzemsad (7/5): Good value but needs improvements - Good location for a low price The owner wasn't picking up the phone for a while so it took some time before we knew if we had a place to stay. The shower was dirty. Otherwise the place was clean, except that there was a funky smell in the room which seemed to come from the mattress.
• Kobac (10/5): Exceptional - Aparment has everything you need. Only parking is little bit difficult for non local. Nearby there is closed and guarded parking palazzo vicario...5 minutes walk. 12 euros for 24 hours.

• Tanya (7/5): Apartment near Attractions - It was in a good location in the city- about 25 minutes walk from the main square and 10 ministers from the lake park. The neighbors were super kind. I appreciated the affordability of the place! I felt like it needed a deep scrub of the kitchen and bathroom. Maybe the guests before weren’t so clean (?) but some pots were sticky and the corners of the bathroom just needed a deep clean. Overall the bedding was fresh and clean and the bathroom floor was mopped but could probably use a spring cleaning (scrub out the hard water deposits and have someone with fresh eyes give a look) to get it ready for the summer. To be fair my own apartment could use that! :) maybe also update some kitchen utensils (have oil and salt, replace chipped mugs etc) also perhaps a book/page of instructions would be nice as there’s a hot water switch which looks like a light and the window shudder is remote. I’d also appreciate if the extra cleaning/rubbish collection and bedding fee would just be built in- and the initial price raised. I found it a little stressful to know if I left it clean enough. You would need WhatsApp or an albania number for entry instructions as it’s challenging to find. Maybe add signs on the door and door bell(?)

No parking space - the hardest thing to find in Tirana was parking, we've been in a lot of countries but this was mission impossible (Monday at noon) Unresponsive host - we contacted the host about our arrival time early in the morning and he responded 8 hours later, after a lot of calls via all channels of communication while we were waiting in Tirana for him to answer Cleanliness - sheets had other people's hair on it and smelled like a child pissed on it, towels were dirty and smelly, toilet paper was completely wet, the toilet seat was totally loose, and AC unit was extremely dirty Extra charge - 2€ if you don't throw thrash, 2€ for not washing your dishes. Not a problem for us but some might find it inconvenient.
