• Judit (8/5): Sunset lovers must-go-to place. - The accommodation is in an amazing location with sunset view and the beach at our doorstep. The GPS was confused in the city, and we got lost, so if you can, use a transfer service.

Bliskość plaży przed obiektem sprawia, że można wyskoczyć na krótkie pływanie czy plażowanie wiele razy. Apartament czysty i dobrze wyposażony. Plusem jest pralka. Lokalizacja dobra dla zwiedzania południa Albanii samochodem. W pobliżu możliwość wykupienia wycieczek lub fajnych form aktywności (np. rafting rzeką) Okolica dość spokojna na uboczu a do ścisłego centrum Sarandy (promenada nadmorska) jest ok 50-60 minut spaceru. Pozdrawiamy gospodarza i dziękujemy za gościnę. winda jest - ale wyłączona

• Constanza (9/5): Nice and quiet place - A peaceful spot in a lovely neighborhood. The building doesn't have electricity, so the elevator doesn't work, and the lights in the halls, stairs, and lobby don't work. I had to use my cellphone to get some light when I came back, and it was dark.

• Neves (5/5): - small apartment, perfect for a short and cheap stay. it has a perfect a/c, works very well as it is very hot. the smell in the evening was horrible coming from the bathroom and with that appeared cockroaches in the toilet. the shower was so small that we couldn’t almost fit in. there was no oven like described in the kitchen. tv wasn’t working properly. the elevator was not working, it was the 3rd floor, and we were only informed after booking the apartment. there was a problem with the payment method, while booking kept my money here to ensure the room, when checked in was made they didn’t charge me and the host was trying to charge through a link, not ensuring that the app was not going to charge later. he had my bank card details and asked me for the CVC, which is a private detail that would give him full access to my bank account.
• Fouzia (8/5): - Perfecte lokatie. Direct aan het strand. Aangezien de parkeerproblemen in de buurt is het fijn dat je niet naar een strand hoeft te rijden. Je kunt er ligstoelen huren of je eigen handdoek gebruiken. De zee is schoon en mooi. Let op: de rivier mondt hier uit. Er is een klein deel waar je niet mag zwemmen vanwege gevaar. Prachtig uitzicht zoals te zien op de foto’s. Geen lift en drie hoog

• Liz (9/5): Clean & comfy with an awesome view. - Very clean and comfortable apartment with a fantastic view! Includes handy things like salt, pepper, oil, coffee, etc. It has a screen door to let in the breeze and keep out bugs. Fell asleep to the roaring waves. Alex was very helpful and carried my heavy suitcases up the stairs. The shower is too small and the curtain is too short. Toilet seat ain’t great. No shade option on the balcony in the afternoons. Elevator is broken.

The sunset view from the balcony overlooking the mango beach was outstanding. The location is away from the crowd but not too far from the centre. Our host Alex arranged a free car pickup service from the bus stop to the apartment and a very affordable scooter rental through his travel agency for our 5-days stay. He was always just one text away for any sort of assistance. N/A

• Ebey (8/5): Very good - The property is just 50 mtrs away from Beach. Views from Balcony was amazing. Spacious for a family of 4. We stayed for three nights and it was comfortable. Lift is not working as mentioned and flat is at third floor. Lift was not working which was mentioned by Host already.
• Ian (4/5): Disappointing - Good view of Corfu and beach from the apartment balcony. Very comfortable bed. Kitchen has a kettle and sandwich toaster. WiFi and TV worked. Staff were impolite and impersonal. Managed by a tour agency. Met by lady who spent less than 2 minutes showing me the facilities before leaving. Asked about broken lift and she said abruptly "it's in the information before you came". Man who came for payment was unknown to me and I was not told he was coming, poor communication and customer service I think. Water heater in bathroom and fridge are quite noisy. I had to unplug at night to get to sleep. Kitchen has NO plates. None. Around 20 bowls but not one single plate. Really!? Shower and toilet use is a complete joke. A bad joke! They are so close together that you have to stand in the shower to use the toilet. Unless you use from the side. See photos I've attached. Shower will spray water all over the bathroom and it's so small that curtain sticks to you when you move. Incredibly frustrating.

The location is great, it’s not in the city centre of Saranda (approx 20mins by car) but it’s just in front of the beach with a great view on the sea (and sunset!) from the balcony. Ksamil is also easily accessible by car. Alex was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay ! Nothing
• Milos (9/5): Great apartment and great neighborhood. - Grea view from the balkony, sea view and sunset views were incredible. Beaches were close and so was the river Bistrica. Town center was also close. People in the town are very nice. There were many restaurants and coffee places with great menu offers. This building has yet to put its elevator into function. Overall, in Saranda there is so much construction going on and it may be hard to navigate around with your car and find a good parking place.

• Mohammed (10/5): Exceptional - Very good view, three beds, kitchen there you can cook. You got everything. A good beach near you. A little bit from the centrum but i like that. For u can have a nice walk and enjoy the way. Takes only 30-45 min depending how i fast u walk and if u stay on the way to enjoy some shops. A little bit from the centrum but i like that.
• Jayverg (9/5): Superb - Best view ever!! Lovely flat, with pretty much everything you need. They even had some spices for us to cook with. Very confortable beds, amazing linen and towel (better than most hotels), nice decoration, almost fully equipped kitchen, all amenities needed in the bathroom. The owner was very friendly and helpful, sent me recommendations in the city. I definitely recommend trying the burek at the place he recommends, best ever! Location is great, just off the busy streets of the center, but very close to it all. In front of a beach with a wonderful sunset right by your window. The best view possible. Parking on the street is easy when it's low season. There is a nice smart tv and great air-conditioning (we didn't use it as it was still quite cool. Unfortunately the lift is not working, but it's just 3 floors to climb, and we didn't mind. The flushing kept getting stuck and the shower is tricky to adjust as it's either too hot or too cold, but also this was not a big of a deal. There could be a microwave and most specially a kettle for teas and coffees.
• Sreejith (9/5): The location and view from the apartment is good. - We came to the location and called the property number and the guy responded promptly and a lady guided us to the room. The room was clean and the sea view from the apartment was amazing. The lift was kept off to save electricity :). When asked, they said it would be active only during the peak season. Hence, I had to carry the whole luggage myself through the stairs.

I will definitely recommend it. - excellent accommodation, separate living room and bedroom. in the accommodation stove, microwave, towels, iron, hairdryer, it's simply ideal for me. look at the sea. parking in front of the building. the first beach literally in front of the building. the owners are kind. the only thing is that the promenade and the center are further away, so you have to go by car.

Not much, I think is nice place if you wish to stay a bit beside the crowd Alex was a good host. Can't complain. I rated 9 because we found for few Euros more an hotel with breakfast and pool just a side. But was special price.

• Tajana (9/5): I could stay here for months! - The location is great (near the bus stop to center/port one way and Ksamil&Butrint the other). The view from the apartment is absolutely magnificent! It was magical to wake up every morning and see the beach and the river with little waterfalls full of swans right from your room! WIFI connection is very stable so whomever needs to work while traveling - no worries. The photos you see here are exactly what you get there! One tip for the owners, darker curtains on the windows so the sun doesn't wake people up as soon as it rises in the morning would be perfect.
• Kimberly (10/5): it was a great stay, convenient, super clean, & will def come back! - the 1 bedroom apartment is super clean & had a beautiful sea view. i would 100% recommend & will definitely book again when we come back to Saranda. the door is very secure as well, but a bit tricky to understand how to open at first. the host was very responsive & helpful with recommendations and any questions we had. to add a bidet spray in the toilet to make it more convenient for guests.
• Julia (8/5): Good value for a distant yet comfortable apartment - The apartment was very clean, the view was amazing. Everything within the apartment worked properly and the A/C was very strong. there is some good restaurants and groceries near by. Alex is an amazing host, he is very communicative and helpful with navigating the town. Beware the property in not within the city, it’s about a 10 minute driver into Sarandë or a 30 minute walk. The bathroom is quite small, your feet will sit in the shower as you sit on the toilet.

• Isaac (10/5): Exceptional - Alex was a really friendly and knowledgeable host who spoke excellent English. He was happy to share recommendations for things to do and places to visit near Sarandë. The apartment was really clean and had great views from the balcony - exactly as advertised. We would highly recommend staying here when visiting Sarandë!

A market is near (and you can pay with credit card). No toiletries. Needs some finishing inside the apartment (light bulbs, furniture).
