• Jitka (8/5): - Pán byl velmi ochotný a milý, byt vybavený, velké prostory, wifi v pohodě a postele hrozně příjemné. Ale jinak vybavení obyčejné, nemám srovnání s jinými, ale dle hodnocení 9,6 u jiných destinací se to srovnat nedá. Kousek do centra i na pláž. Zápach v bytě, asi nebylo úplně větrané. Po našem větrání se výrazně zlepšovalo. Chodby vypadaly nevlídně a byl slyšet občas hluk z chodby či z venku. Nepočítejte úplně s klidným prostředím.

• Rich (10/5): Great Value, great location, great facilities - Such a lovely flat, spacious, comfortable, well equipped and a home from home. Peaceful yet part of the bustle of the city. It’s a perfect place to relax and enjoy Dürres. I can’t wait to return. Our host Fabian was a gem too. Nothing, it was great!

• GarryEst (10/5): - Cozy and spotless apartment right in the heart of the Old Town. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host was always available and happy to help with anything we needed. The apartment is on the second floor, so carrying our luggage was easy. The sandy beach is about a 40-minute walk, or just 15 minutes by city bus. A lovely place to stay if you want to enjoy the charm of the Old Town! Everything was OK

• Clausier (8/5): Un appartement propre et très bien situé - Appartement très bien situé et propre. Bonne communication avec Fabian qui est très réactif. Son père habite en face de l appartement, ce qui est pratique. Climatisation appréciable. Petit commerce au pied de l immeuble ouvert jusque tard le soir. Gel douche fourni. Fabian n est pas responsable mais la rue est très bruyante jour et nuit. L immeuble est bruyant également. Il manque quelques casseroles et des rangements dans la salle de bain.

The owner was very kind and helpful. The Wi-Fi worked well. The apartment had a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine. A major plus was the early and flexible check-in. The air conditioner was very cold. We only knew how to turn it on and off manually, as the remote control wasn’t working (maybe the batteries were dead).

• Paulina (10/5): Great apartment in the right centre of Durres! - Stayed with my son for couple nights while exploring Durres and the area. Host messaged me the day before our check in with all the instructions, we have arrive prior to check in time but he messaged us when apartment was ready. Check in process was very easy and efficient, as there was only two of us we have used only one bedroom which was big enough. Very clean apartment, everything you might need was there. little balcony, perfect for a morning coffee and drying off the clothes after beach day. 2min walk to the main city centre where you can find anything you need and very short walk to the Beach. very quiet and safe area, we wondered out about 10pm to get some water and we have been absolutely safe. N/A

Cleanliness, comfort, and hospitality. - Everything was great, the accommodation is located almost in the city center, equidistant from the sea, the city center, and the college. The host is a very friendly man. He agreed to change our check-in time and met us, even though our arrival time had shifted. The accommodation is exceptionally clean and comfortable, with everything you need and even more. I highly, highly recommend this place, and now I understand why it has such a high rating—I fully support it.
• Duszka (10/5): Exceptional - Exceptionally clean, you can see it's really taken care of. The flat is very welll equipped. Very friendly and helpful host. Very good location in the heart of the Old Town. An extra adventage for Catholics-a church is just round the corner.
• Julia (10/5): Well-located, super spacious apartment downtown with a super host - More spacious than the pictures. Super clean. Host was proactive with very thorough check in instructions. Easy one floor up location (no elevator). Shower had lots of hot water and doors to close (many in Albania do not). Beds and pillows were comfortable. Mini split heated one room well if the doors were closed to the other rooms. Kitchen was well stocked. Small balcony to hang your laundry, clothespins provided. Two minute walk to main street in downtown. I would definitely stay again! It was a little tricky to find; make sure you put the full name of the church the host gives you in Google maps. No insulation, so you could hear everything in the other apartments, people talking, someone sneezing, moving a chair, taking a shower, etc.

Fabian (the host) and his family live in an apartment opposite our apartment which was assuring comforting. We would also recommend using Fabian to collect you from the airport as a first timer may find the apartment a little difficult to locate. We will definitely stay here again. It was difficult to find fault with the apartment but we would have liked a toaster in the apartment. We were able to toast under the grill in the oven

• Martin (8/5): Very good - Excellent location, excellent and full range of facilities, fairly good parking (once you can find the way there), friendly and helpful owner. The given address on booking.com is misleading, as it is not on Bulevardi Dyrrah. Could not get the cooker to work, not a big problem as didn't eat-in. However, had to use the microwave to heat (the rather small) cups of tea.
