• Fatoni63 (9/5): Fantastisk vistelse och mycket vänliga värdar - Vi hade en fantastisk vistelse på Arjana & Nelaj Apartments. Rummet var mycket rent, bekvämt och välskött. Personalen var otroligt vänlig, hjälpsam och fick oss att känna oss välkomna från första stund. Läget är perfekt, nära stranden och samtidigt lugnt och avkopplande. Balkongen och utsikten gjorde vistelsen ännu bättre. Allt fungerade perfekt och vi är mycket nöjda. Rekommenderas varmt till alla som besöker Ksamil! Ingenting att klaga på. Allt var över förväntan.

The room was big and spacious, equipped with all the necessary amenities. Having a parking space on-site was also a huge plus. Thank you for your great hospitality!

Les hôtes sont très agréables, que ce soit par téléphone ou sur place. Le bruit, les voisins du dessous, le soir et les travaux dès 6h30 le dimanche matin. Pas de chance pour nous ils construisent des immeubles à côté! Revoir quelques détails intérieurs.

• Sandra (10/5): - Co prawda przyjechaliśmy przed sezonem więc wszystko dopiero będzie w trakcie przygotowań, wymiany i uzupełnienia apartamentu, ale miejsce super, wszędzie blisko, dla 6 osób naprawdę bardzo duży apartament, 2 łazienki więc nic więcej nie potrzeba. A właściciel? Bardzo miły i pomocny! Rzadko spotyka sie takich ludzi!

• Neil (8/5): Perfect for our family with a lovely rooftop terrace for al fresco breakfast 🤩 - Great spacious apartment with an amazing roof terrace. The terrace was the best thing about it. The location is great. Only about 10 minutes walk from the beach and there’s a great little bakery right opposite. Brisildo was a great host, very attentive and helpful, he helped with everything we needed and responded very quickly in our conversations. We would definitely love to stay there again and would recommend it. The apartment is dated and in need of a renovation which Brisildo said it’s going to happen when the season is finished. Sadly there was building work going on on the property right next door so sometimes a bit noisy in the morning but at least it got us up earlier. Nevertheless for the price we paid we can’t grumble and had an enjoyable stay.

• Mark (10/5): Comfortable and quiet with bus stops close. - I liked the location just off the highway to be close to bus stops. (It is a 8 minute walk to the beach but if you want on the beach with a beach view, it might be your choice). Very clean, well maintained. Decent style with a good bathroom but slightly smaller than some). Comfortable, good heat/AC. Kitchen pretty basic but I eat out. Was easy bus access for the Monastery as well we Butrint Park. I liked the place. I mention here it is not beach front unit. It does have steps to get to some of the rooms. That didn’t bother me and I felt like great value

Хозяин виллы очень дружелюбный и помогал нам со всеми вопросами. Нужно доделать ремонт и в шкафу необходимо провести глубокую очистку , в шкафу неприятный запах, поэтому мы им не пользовались .

• Christian (10/5): Impressive hospitality - The rooms are spacious and close to the beach, but what truly impressed us was the amazing help from the hotel owner. He was always available whenever we had questions, gave us great recommendations for restaurants and beaches, and was extremely flexible and helpful in every way. Thank you so much!

Nos ayudó a encontrar un supermercado que no fuera sólo para turistas y un taller para arreglar el coche. También nos dejaron utilizar la lavadora en nuestra estancia, ya que viajábamos con niños y nos alojamos allí una semana. Estuvimos mus agusto. Las obras del edificio de al lado, pero eso ya lo sabíamos antes de reservar. Además, al madrugar tanto con los niños, no nos enteramos prácticamente del ruido.

Parkování v garáži (to bylo trochu zmatené, kord když jsme chtěli vyjet a byli jsme zablokování, což se naštěstí za cca půl hodinky vyřešilo). Ubytování se nachází v blízkosti hlavní silnice, takže je tam velmi rušno. Od aut hlavně (troubení), hudba.

The proprietor was so kind and helpful, he helped us a lot and made us feel like we were at home. I highly recommend this place.

Big comfortable houses (rooms a little bit tight but feasible) Amazing communication with the guy handling the bookings and also had the chance to meet the owners! Great people overall!

• hvmarta (9/5): Genial! - La comunicació amb l'amfitrió i la rebuda que ens va fer són immillorables i, a més, et dona un munt de consells per gaudir de la zona. L'apartament està a 10' caminant de la platja que s'ha fet famosa per la coneguda mà d'instagram i a 15' d'una fantàstica platja pública. L'allotjament compta amb pàrquing cobert (un luxe en un lloc així) i està envoltat de botigues i restaurants. I si ho necessites, et deixen para-sol!

• Mladen (10/5): phenomenal - The location is right in the center, so all the beaches were very close. The host is a phenomenal guy who helped us with everything we needed. He directed us to everything we needed to visit in terms of beaches and sights around Ksamil. We have been vacationing in all the countries in the area for many years, but we have never experienced such hospitality. Brisildi is a phenomenal man. For the accommodation, we also have no complaints, everything was phenomenal. Nothing!

• Anastasios (10/5): Great value for money. Highly recommended - It was great value for money, spacious with private parking and right in the centre of Ksamil. The only small downside is you need to use your own shampoo as there's none provided but that's not too serious.
