• Bledi1978 (9/5): Preisleistung stimmt - Die Lage ist SUPER.. es gibt ein Fahrstuhl und Balkon... Leider fehlt in der Küche ein Wasserkocher und ein Mikrowelle.. und ein paar Löffeln und Gabel mehr wäre auch nicht verkehrt.. weil 5 stück Geschirr ist zu wenig... aber sonst war alles so was mann braucht... im allgemeinen war es ja in Ordnung mit ein paar kleine Minuspunkten...

• Celaj (6/5): Nice for people that just need to sleep on a quite zone of the city - The. Location was good, the building was new. While I'm very focused on smells the apartment didn't have a smell. The host was very good . The apartment wasn't ready when we came at the property but her communication made it very easy. The tv didn't work. Kitchen didn't have nothing to cook on it. And while i visited the property with a baby i needed smth to worm the water for the formula and it was not possible. We were 4 adults and didn't have enough towels. ( for the baby i always take everything needed with me when i travel so i didn't mention ) the property had noises when we arrived and lasted for nearly 3 hours . The next apartment near was having some renovation or i don't know for sure. The flooring didn't have laminate. I forgot to check when i booked and i was cold while the conditioner didnt warm very well all the space.

• almaniya (8/5): Großes Apartment in guter Lage - Schönes großes Apartment. Moderner schlichter Stil. Sehr gute zentrale Lage. Sehr netter Vermieter, der immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit war. Es wäre schön, wenn die große Küche etwas besser ausgestattet wäre. Die beiden vorhandenen Töpfe laden z. B. nicht wirklich zum Kochen ein. Außerdem war die Dusche etwas schwach, müsste vielleicht erneuert werden.

• Gabriele (8/5): Gute und sichere Übernachtung - Großes Apartment mit guten Betten. Abends war es draußen sehr laut, Musik aus den Nachbarhäusern, bei geschlossener Terrassentür aber nicht zu hören. WLAN sehr gut, Empfang sehr freundlich, Haus ruhig und sicher. Innenstadt direkt um die Ecke. Küchenausstattung ist sehr dürftig außerdem ist in der Küche ist eine gründlichere Reinigung erforderlich.
• Simon (9/5): - great location, a short walk into town, very clean and quiet. parking on street could be challenging at times but ok for a one night stay. Aleks is a very friendly and helpful host would benefit from a kettle and toaster/sandwich maker
• Michaela (10/5): Úžasné - Nový, čistý, dobre vybavený byt, vybavená kuckynka, klimatizácia, pripravené postele aj uteráky. Balkón so sušiakom. Nová bytovka. Majiteľ komunikatívny, písali sme si cez WhatsApp, vyšiel v ústrety s príchodom - mali sme doraziť okolo 23:00, ale meškalo nám lietadlo a reálne sme dorazili o 4:00 ráno, aj napriek tomu majiteľ vymyslel spôsob, ako nám odovdať kľúč. Úžasné ubutovanie aj prístup. -

• ALyarubi (8/5): الراحة و الهدوء - كانت الشقة مريحه و المرافق كانت نظيفه يوجد في البناية مصعد و المكان كان هادئ ابن صاحبة الشقة كان تعامله راقي وفر لنا موقف لسيارة أرشدنا إلى بعض المواقع السياحية و المطاعم الجيده الشقة قريبة من وسط المدينة و المسجد الكبير لا شيء

• Valentina Avramovska (10/5): - It was clean, the host is very correct person. And we war happy to stay there, if I come again next year, I definitely will book again the same place. The apartment is very close to our favorite pizza restaurant. And it's safe for the car.
• arjo (9/5): - Het is een erg net en ruim appartement. En er is ruim balkon aanwezig. De host is erg vriendelijk en heeft ons geholpen met een parkeerplek zoeken. In de badkamer kon het af en toe naar riool en sigarettenrook ruiken. Het appartement is wat moeilijk te vinden doordat heel veel wegen één richtingsverkeer zijn. Op het balkon staan geen meubels om buiten te zitten. Dat vonden we een gemis. Verder prima!

• Erik (6/5): Ok, but fix the bathroom please - Good location, good communication with the staff, enough room, clean, fast internet (500mbps) Once you take a shower the water is all over the floor in the whole bathroom and you spend more time cleaning the mess, than it takes to take a shower.. that’s a pity, otherwise this could be a place we would choose more frequent in Shkoder..
• Agnieszka (8/5): Polecam - Duże i dobrze wyposażone mieszkanie z dwoma osobnymi sypialniami i salonem. Wygodne łóżka i balkon. Super nocleg dla więcej niż 2 osób. Ciężko mi ocenić lokalizację, bo zatrzymaliśmy się tylko na nocleg, ale jest blisko centrum. W pobliżu jest kilka miejsc, gdzie można zjeść śniadanie i sklepy spożywcze. Miły i pomocny właściciel. Dojazd samochodem nie był łatwy, wszystkie ulice miały zakaz wjazdu, więc dojazd wymagał złamania zakazu w odpowiednim miejscu "bo mieszkańcy mogą". Lepiej się upewnić wcześniej, która to ulica.
• isabelle (9/5): Séjour très agréable dans un bel appart.avec un hôte accueillant dans une ville qui l'est également. - Superbe qualité d'accueil. Nous nous étions égarés dans la ville et notre hôte est venu à notre rencontre en vélo pour nous éviter de chercher. Parfaite localisation de l'appartement, grand moderne et fonctionnel. Très pratique également la boite à clef au départ. Deux détails seulement. Le lit aurait pu être plis confortable avec un meilleur matelas. Et les ustensiles de cuisine étaient vraiment a minima. J'aurais aimé au moins une casserole avec bec verseur pour faire chauffer l'eau du thé; et quelques petites assiettes à dessert. attention aussi à l'ascenseur, très sensible. Ne pas y bouger car il peut se bloquer.
• Monika (8/5): - Gute Lage, nicht weit vom Busbahnhof, netter unkomplizierter Gastgeber, hat uns vom Bus abgeholt, da dieser verspätet ankam. Tadelloses Internet, sehr geräumiges Apartment. Stets prompte Kommunikation. Schlüsselrückgabe via Safe. Nur wenig Kochgeschirr vorhanden.
• Carole (6/5): - Het is een ruim appartement dicht bij het bruisende centrum van Shkoder. De check-in verliep vlot en de communicatie met de host ook. Het appartement was niet echt proper. Er was eveneens een wat onaangename geur.

• Guest (10/5): Great Place to crush with an affordable price - The apartment is located nearby the city center so nearby everything, it is a new building with all facilities in place so you feel totally safe. The apartment itself was super clean and spacious with a beautiful set up. Although we did not have a face to face interaction with the host she was very helpful in answering the phone and also on giving us some recommendations on dinner places around. I found it cool that she has a safe installed in her front door where you can leave the key and payment on your way out It had AC only in the living room, maybe the host can add a fan in the bedroom

• Daniel (9/5): Modern and spacious apartment - Stylish apartment in a new building. Nice and clean, very good for families. Only one aircon unit in the living room - bedrooms need to stay open to get some cold fresh air. Parking a bit complicated but a paid parking available in proximity.

• Mohammed (8/5): كانت الاقامه جميله للغايه والسكن نظيف جدا والتعامل مع الموظف راقي - المكان نظيف وواسع ومريح ولا يوجد ازعاج ومتوفل كل ادوات المطبخ والغسيل والتنظيف والموظف متعاون للغايه ومحترم جدا وكررت حجزي مرتين لحسن التعامل ونظافت المكان المكيف في الصاله فقط والغرفتين يصلهم المكيف من مكيف الصاله فقط وفي الليل الغرف تبرد اذا فتحت ابواب الغرف فقط
• Rottier (8/5): Toller spontaner Aufenthalt - schlichtes zeitgemäßes Design, super neue Wohnung, genug Platz, richtig tolle Lage, super nette und spontane Gastgeberin, moderne Waschmaschine, großer Balkon, bequemes Sofa leider viele Haare noch in der Dusche, wenn man ein Baby krabbeln lässt, verrät es wie sauber der Boden wirklich ist. Ein bisschen mehr Küchenausstattung und Ablagemöglichkeit in dem Schlafzimmer wäre gut, es ist aber alles so neu, dass das sicherlich noch kommt.

• Betim (10/5): - One of the best apartments i have ever been too and this is the second time i came here with my family. Near the center everything new and clean. One thing that i didn’t like is that in the bedroom there are some small parts where the paint of the wall is crumbling due to water stain, which can be repaired very quickly.

Eve girince keyfimiz yerine geldi. 2 gece daha kaldik. Ev sahibi cok ilgiliydi her sorumuza aninda donus yapti ve yemek icin harika yerler onerdi. Ev bircok yere yurume mesafesinde ve esyalar yepyeni. Yataklar ve battaniyeler cok rahat. Genel olarak evin yeni olmasindan kaynakli bazi eksiklikler var. Ayak havlusu, terlik, hali, su isiticisi ve tencere tava gibi...

• Guest (1/5): horrible - no nos gustó nada pues que nos tuvieron esperando mucho rato para las indicaciones, más de 1 hora y media las camas estaban sucias, con una pequeña sabana que cubría pero poco más, las almohadas no tenían ninguna funda y solo habían 4 camas y no 5 y el sofá que había no tenía ropa pars protegerlo y dormir.La zona esta apartada de todo y en una calle con poca iluminación. Las indicaciones poco claras para entrar al alojamiento. en fin, tuvimos que coger otro sitio en el último momento.

Обогреватель был только один, поэтому мы вчетвером спали в одной спальне. После 8 утра вокруг стало очень шумно из-за ремонта в подъезде

• Andjela (10/5): - Lokacija je izvrsna. Mozda bi vlasnica stana trebala napomenuti za radove koji su u toku na zgradi. Jer posle 8 sati nije moguce spavati. Stan je prostran i udoban, sve je novo, sto se mene tice ponovo bih se vratila tu, ali posle zavrsetka radova na zgradi.
