• Akif (5/5): Good view, terrible stay. - The view from the balcony was beautiful. Well where do I start? First of all, the building this room is located in is partially owned by a hotel. The building has the hotel logo on it and when you first arrive you get confused. Second thing is parking. There is a huge parking place in front of the building but it can only be used by the hotel customers. The guy guarding the parking area basically kicks you out if you try parking in the lot. Third thing is the shower drain. It is literally outside the shower cabin. Some genius decided to make a hole in the shower cabin so that the water can leak and find its to the drain, which is outside the cabin. Everytime you take a shower the whole place is a mess. Fourth thing, the powers and water went out in our first night. We couldn't bear the experience further and had to leave one night early.

• Audrey (8/5): Overall really nice place, could use some upgrades - Amazing view from the balcony and very kind and helpful managers. Comfortable and had everything I needed. Long uphill walk from city center, no lighting on the street so it’s very dark at night, shower is poorly designed (shower head doesn’t hook onto wall and doesn’t drain well, floods the bathroom)

• Karina (5/5): Passable - Position of apartments are really nice.. and the main thing , there is parking close / in Saranda it’s a big problem with car’s parking/ Nobody take care of apartments..lamp is broken, windows are dirty and balcony doors are not functioning well ether The front door handle keeps falling off.. tv is it working because of no payment I think so / agent didn’t answer of my question about tv twice / Guy who had to give us key / not owner, agent/ , is really strange: before arrival we confirmed the place of meeting according to map of position apartment at booking, but when we arrived didn’t answer on whapps, but answer on local phone / which gave us one local person/ and then wrote in my whapps and changed location of our meeting.. we had to go to find hotel, which he send us as place of meeting.
