The rooms were spacious and comfortable, making it perfect for relaxing after a day out. The owner was extremely friendly and welcoming, which made our holiday even more enjoyable. The room had modern amenities and was exceptionally clean, 10/10 for cleanliness! The host was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. • Vedrana (10/5): Divno divno divno! - Prvo nas je docekala domacica koja je iznimno ljubazna i kad sam ju kasnije trebala bila je uvijek dostupna. Apartman je izuzetno cist i veoma moderno ureden. Prekrasan balkon. Lokacija je u samom centru Ksamila ali opet je mirno i tiho. Plaza je udaljena svega 10 minuta laganog hoda. Na 3 minute hoda se nalazi mnostvo restorana i slasticarna za ukusan dorucak. Parkiraliste je prostrano i ogradeno i nalazi se u dvoristu objekta. Toplo preporucujem!

Iz kuhinje neki smrad, utičnice prljave, kupatilo pordjalo i crno oko sanitarija, tuš kabina bez zavjese ma znači užasno nikad više ne bih tamo otišla i definitivno ne preporučujem. Takodje klime nema u dnevnom boravku samo u sobama pa smo morali paliti iz sobe da se malo ohladi dnevni boravak, pa se poslije smrznem u sobi. Zaključak: objekat nije čist!

Small fridge for cold drinks and most importantly the location is only a 5min walks to the beaches. Also, if you go to the terrace you will have a very beautiful sunset.

• Adina (10/5): Exceptional - Dorina is such a warm and friendly host, being greeted by her after our taxi ride from Saranda was delightful! Then we entered through the gates of her property and we instantly knew we were going to love our stay. Everything was incredibly clean, fresh and well maintained. Our family room was sparkling clean and had a balcony overlooking the tree tops. Very close to the beach, with a bakery, local souvlaki (Beshiku) and local grocery store right around the corner, yet very quiet. Very prompt when asking for additional items such as spoons and a knife. Suggestion for improvement - a kitchen towel and some dishwashing liquid would be welcome additions.

• Хелена (10/5): Truly magnificent! 💕 11/10 - Long story short - everything! Staff & Hospitality: the people who take care of the facilities are absolutely wonderful, thoughtful and attentive! We were pleasantly surprised by how well everyone spoke English (just based on our previous experience in Albania). They have their own garden, and offer their own peppers, tomatoes and much more! Really great company. Our room: looks exactly like the pictures, even better in real life. You have everything you need and more: the AC and fridge work great, the bathroom was great, our balcony was magnificent; so big! And you have a place for your clothes to dry. The view was great, with mountains in the distance. And most importantly: everything was squeaky-clean! Bonus: they have a sliding mosquito net on the balcony, and you can lock the balcony doors. A great addition, first time I've seen one! Although, you do not share a terrace, which is also really great! Location: besides staying at one of the hotels with a private beach (highly overpriced), this is the best location you can score. The beach is just downhill (2 minute walk, maybe not even that), a supermarket, bakery, caffe, car rental and an exchange office just around the corner, and the city center just minutes away (by walking). We were shocked at how good the location is, much better than 90% hotels we saw. A 10/10 experience! WiFi: In all our travelling, this was the best WiFi experience we've encountered, but it's pretty standard that the WiFi abroad won't be perfect, and can't compare to what you're used to at home. They really tried their best, they have 3 available networks for different locations within the facilities. WiFi was stable 90% of the time, it was just weak on the balcony, and it had some trouble with the connection running out, which was fixed by resetting the router. Nothing special, nothing bad, easily fixable! It was a great connection for the most part!
