Wände sehr sehr dünn, von den Nachbarn konnte man jedes Wort verstehen. Außerdem Fenster dünn, haben viel vom Nachbarshund und vorbeifahrenden Fahrzeugen gehört.

Por decir algo constructivo, el sistema de acceso al hotel, habitaciones y garaje son con llaves manuales que hay que estar continuamente abriendo y cerrando puertas. Hoy dia ya hay sistemas electrónicos mucho mas cómodos.

The owner is an incredibly welcoming, attentive, and wonderful person, with whom it is easy and pleasant to communicate. Even in the smallest details, the care is evident: we have never seen such a clean kettle in any hotel, and this is just a small example of how much the host cares about cleanliness and comfort. We sincerely recommend these apartments to everyone who values quality, coziness, and truly warm hospitality. All the nearby infrastructure:cafés, markets, restaurants, made everything super convenient and comfortable. You have everything you need right at your fingertips. The host was absolutely wonderful, super welcoming and kind. It was my first time in Albania, and that first impression really set the tone for the entire trip. He provided so many helpful tips on where to go, how to find the best and calmest parts of the beach, and just made me feel completely at home. It’s also clear that he takes great care of the apartment. The design is super cute and unique, decorated with musical instruments like drums, violins, and guitars, which create such a memorable and pleasant vibe. I’m really grateful for the fantastic experience and I’m already looking forward to coming back next year. I highly recommend this apartment to any traveler—you’ll definitely have an amazing experience staying here!

However, there was absolutely nothing wrong with the place. I'd say is one of the best places in town. I would definitely come back.

• Géza (10/5): SZUPER - A tulajdonos egy tünemény. Mindenben segít, és tud is segíteni, legen az valutaváltás, kirándulási tippek, vagy hogy hol érdemes enni. És minden tanácsa bevált. Nem tolakodó, rendkívül diplomatikus, intelligens. Angolul és olaszul is tud. Minden 2 napban friss törölközőt ad, és van egy mosodája a vendégei számára, ami nagyon jól jött nekünk, lévén 1 hetet töltöttünk ott, és csak kézipoggyászaink voltak a repülőn. A legjobb házigazda, akit valaha is láttunk. Megszólaltattam a Yamaha akusztikus gitárt ami az előtérben ki van rakva, következő vendég részére behangolva :)

Рекомендую - Чистота в номере, уважительный хозяин, хорошее месторасположение не далеко от пляжа, регулярное смена белья, номер был готов к заселению, стильный интерьер. Отель новый с хорошей шумоизоляцией. В номере был кондиционер, мини кухня с плитой, телевизор, комплект полотенец, шампунь, гель для душа, туалетная бумага. Возникающие вопросы легко решались с хозяином.

• Tobias (10/5): Unkompliziert, erfüllte absolut die Erwartungen. - Das Zimmer hielt, was es versprach. Sehr sauber, solide ausgestattet. Wir konnten einen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage nutzen, das war sehr komfortabel, denn die Parkplatzsituation in der Gegend ist durchaus kompliziert. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend, ohne dabei aufdringlich zu sein. Es war ein sehr entspannter Aufenthalt.

Widać, że miejsce niedawno przeszło remont lub jest stosunkowo nowe :) jeśli chodzi o apartament to jedyne do czego można się przyczepić to lodówka, którą słychać jak próbuje się zasnąć 😊 lokalizacja również przy ruchliwej drodze, ale jeśli zamknie się okna to nic nie słychać . Також до пляжів і набережної. Ресторанів і розваг. Прекрасно розташований букінг. Навпроти багато кафе, пекарня, збоку продають фрукти, прямо на першому поверсі в цій будівлі є мінімаркет. Все було просто чудово і я нічого не можу згадати, що було б різко негативним.

The beach is on the other side of the road, there are a lot of restaurants and bars around, same with the shops. Everything you would want is near. Also the owner is amazing. Very friendly and helpful. He gave us a lot of tips and helpful directions. We traveled with a dog and felt very welcome.

K dispozici je vše (společná místnost s pračkou, žehlícím prknem a žehličkou, náhradní odpadkové koše, vše na co si vzpomenete). Pokoje jsou prostorné. Apartmán je nově zařízený. Dvě velké prostorné postele... není co vytknout.

Do dyspozycji oprócz tego co w opisie oferty było jeszcze: urządzenia do gotowania jajek, kawiarka, sokownik, pralka w pralni czy apteczka z wszystkimi potrzebnymi rzeczami. Obiekt był bardzo blisko plaży ( wystarczyło przejść na drugą stronę ulicy), plaże czyste i piaszczyste. W pobliżu duży wybór sklepików, małych marketów, piekarni i restauracji. Gospodarz rewelacyjny. Bardzo pomocny i uprzejmy. Naszym dzieciom sprawił pewną niespodziankę dzięki której kilka dni mieli dodatkową atrakcję. Obiekt jest przy ruchliwej ulicy i w sąsiedztwie bloku. Także jeśli chce się spać przy otwartym oknie, to może być problem ze spokojnym spaniem, gdyż bywa głośno.

Aparatamemt jest świetnie wyposażony : pralka, zelasko,suszarka itp. Ładny wystrój z osobnym wejściem tylko do apartamentów. Miejsce położone jest praktycznie przy samej plaży oraz blisko miasteczka Durres. Pod budynkiem jest piekarnia, kilka kawiarni oraz sklepy i markety. Właściciel bardzo uprzejmy i pomocny, mówiący w języku angielskim oraz włoskim. Gorąco polecamy , szczególnie osobom z dziećmi. Do dyspozycji jest również winda.
