• Mohamed Abdulsalam (9/5): Toppenläge och smidig vistelse, men störande ljud och bristande städning drog ner helheten. - Läget är verkligen toppen – ett lugnt och fint område med restauranger, caféer och små butiker precis runt hörnet, många öppna sent vilket var väldigt praktiskt. Det var nära till allt; cirka 5–6 minuter till moskén genom genväg och runt 10–15 minuter till Skanderbegtorget och Toptani shoppingcenter. Lägenheten var fint inredd och hade en trevlig atmosfär. In- och utcheckning var mycket smidig med self check-in/out, och kommunikationen med ägaren fungerade snabbt och enkelt. Tyvärr var ljudnivån ett stort problem, både dag och natt – man hörde grannar och andra störande ljud väldigt tydligt, och även värmepumpen i badrummet var högljudd. Badrummets placering i sovrummet, med genomskinliga dörrar, gjorde det obekvämt och opraktiskt. Städningen var också bristfällig; soffan och bäddsoffan var smutsiga med rester kvar av mat osv, och det var väldigt dammigt. Dessutom fanns det myror i lägenheten, särskilt i köket och vid sängen, vilket kändes ofräscht och obehagligt.

• Denise (1/5): Schifo. - Il quartiere, a pochi minuti dallo stadio e dal centro L'appartamento più sporco in cui io abbia mai alloggiato, muffa polvere e capelli ovunque, piatti, posate, pentole e padelle usate, non lavate ma rimesse nei sportelli. Rete del letto? Inesistente, avevamo un materasso buttato per terra in mezzo alla sporcizia, e con le lenzuola che puzzavano di fumo e profumo maschile, quindi nemmeno lavate. C'era pure una povera mosca morta incastrata tra le griglie del phon. E la le tende che per poco non cadevano, permettendo ai passanti di vedere dentro. Durante la notte ho avuto una grave reazione allergica alla polvere che m'ha costretta a scappare, ma l'unica cosa 'positiva' é che mi ha dato un altro appartamento 2 giorni dopo, mostrandomi pure ci fosse la donna delle pulizie (anche se si é lamentato)

• ALEKSANDR (2/5): - Хорошее и удобное расположение. Недалеко от центра. Мы посетили эту квартиру в сентябре 2025 года. Хозяин использует систему быстрого заселения, оставляя ключи в ящике возле входа, поэтому, мы заселились, не встречаясь с хозяином. Первое, что попалось на глаза, это грязный пол. На нем были волосы разного цвета и грязь. Скорее всего его очень давно не мыли. Мы заселялись втроём, а в квартире оказалось постельное белье только на двоих и об этом было написано хозяину, который обещал принести дополнительное белье, но так и не сделал этого. Наши удивления на этом не закончились: дверь холодильника была испачкана соусом песто, вся посуда была грязная, кофейные ложечки с засохшим на них кофе, а кастрюли с остатками равиоли. Последний штрихом было отсутствие света на кухне. Нам пришлось готовить в темноте с фонариком. Отдельно хочется сказать про унитаз: он был грязный и на нем виднелись следы бывших жильцов, что внушало жуткое отношение к этому предмету при использовании . Если вы уважаете себя, то эта квартира вам не подойдёт! Отношение хозяина к таким моментам показывает, его неуважение к ним!

• Ivana (1/5): Bad - Very disappointing stay – not as described Unfortunately, our experience was very unpleasant. The apartment had a strong sewage smell that made it hard to sleep. The cleanliness was unacceptable – the floor was full of hair, dust, and crumbs. The toilet was extremely dirty, even with visible feces, and the siphon was clogged with hair, which we had to clean ourselves. There were ants in the kitchen and other insects in the apartment. We were really uncomfortable during our stay and couldn’t wait to leave. This was far below what we expected and what was shown in the listing.
