- milad (10/5): - The home was very good and clean in very good location, The best part of my stay was that we arrived late at night, and the host had left the keys for us, allowing us to check in without asking for any payment upfront. That trust meant a lot to me, and it made this place my first choice in Yerevan. I should also mention that it offers all the facilities of a hotel — and even more.

- Nonette (8/5): The stay was ok, the host is responsive and kind. The place overall is nice since it’s near city center. The price is ju - Near the city and places to visit within the city. Sometimes water and electricity suddenly turned off. The apartment is in 3rd floor and there is no elevator, making it tiring to go when you have lots of luggages. You have to always use stairs. The property has only few utensils but manageable. No rice cooker to use.

We asked him to left the apartment late in the afternoon if possible as our flight was scheduled on midnight. He was happy to help. Thank you Arthur. Renovation required! This property is in need of essential updates and repairs including new furniture to restore its full potential.
- Reyjane (10/5): Very good - Mr. Arthur was very accommodating to our needs. The apartment was surely very spacious and clean. All the things you needed was there. From cooking utensils, to clothes iron, hair dryer, and all. Overall very good, we will recommend to friends. Only the stairs, when you have alot of luggages.

- Neil (10/5): Exceptional - Very modern & spacious apartment which was spotlessly clean, located in walking distance of Republic square. The apartment is on the 3rd floor with no lifts, this was not an issue for us but maybe for other guests.close to supermarkets.

- Wolff_man (10/5): Excellent! - Location of this apartment is very good. Its about 10 minutes walk from the Republic square. There is a 24hour supermarket and pharmacy just across the street. The apartment is newly renovated and spacious. 2 bedrooms, a large living room and a balcony. It has good AC which was a big relief in Yerevan's heat. The owner was welcoming and helpful. He picked us up from the airport (7000AMD) and even though the price is a bit more expensive than a taxi, its worth it especially if you are arriving at night. The guy drove like in F1 but then in Armenia they all drive like lunatics as we found out later. The apartment though is on 2nd floor with steep (and rather narrow) stairs so if you have any mobility issues, this wouldn't be for you. Otherwise I definitely recommend choosing this place.
