• Marcin (8/5): Good place with some minor problems - The apartment is clean, quite spacious, and well located. It has a neutral, inoffensive decor. The owner responds quickly when messaged.  There is a smart TV, good  wifi signal and the view from the window is interesting. On a clear day you can see the Ararat mountain in the distance. The heating is done through AC, and it is pretty efficient.   There is no oven/microwave, so the only way to reheat anything is using the gas stove. All glasses and plates are comically small, which can be quite irritating. The shower door is missing. Water is heated with a gas heater. The knobs have been removed, and setting the water temperature is problematic. There are two big and comfortable couches in the living room but the mattress in the bedroom is very hard. I had a very unpleasant experience with the toilet water spray battery, which shot off the wall and proceeded to flood the bathroom with high-pressure water. The owners addressed the problem quickly despite the late hour. Unfortunately, they also low-key accused me of ripping the battery off the wall. The building is not well maintained, staircase is dusty and filled with random objects such as two bank style safes and various building materials. The elevator is cramped, old, and a bit scary.

• Marco (10/5): Amazing apartment in the center - Really comfortable, quiet and well air conditioned, perfect for one or two people. Amazing position near the center and the bus stop is 50 meters away.
