• Lotte (10/5): Beautiful apartment for a perfect stay in Gyumri - The best place we stayed at during our holiday! The apartment is very pretty and comfortable. The host is very friendly and responds quickly to messages. Would definitely recommend staying here for multiple nights to enjoy Gyumri. One night, an upstairs neighbour was listening to very loud classical music until 23:00h. But that's the only small thing I can think of that we didn't like.
• Alin (10/5): Very nice apartment! It's like a time machine - The retro apartment is one of the nicest looking ones i've seen. It combines modern with classic. It's fit for guests of all ages and it has some of the nicest design i've ever seen. All the facilities are available. It's a bit hard to find if you don't have the exact location, but someone will meet you there. Also, i think that there should be some sort of repositioning of the fridge and seat next to it, as it's impossible to use the freezer nut that's just an issue if you need it :)

• Anna (10/5): Exceptional - A vary atmospheric cozy apartment. Perfect for one or two people. Equipped with a washing machine, a big fridge, an iron. There was no microwave, unfortunately. That would be nice to add. The internet connection was stable. Overall a good experience. I stayed only for one night.

• Julia (10/5): Very cosy and beautiful place - highly recommend staying here - The apartment is very beautiful and spacious. We really enjoyed staying here and even extended our stay by one night. The host is extremely friendly. We can highly recommend this place! It was at first a little difficult for us and the taxi driver to find the right house and entrance. But our host Arman helped via phone and was there to welcome us.

The host is friendly and waited us for a whole hour when we were getting late. The apartment is well equipped, hotel-grade. Btw, kids really liked our stay there. I won't really tell, that I didn't like this. Just maybe the bathroom is somehow less renovated than the rest of the apartment, however still very decent and clean.

• Lisa (10/5): Comfortable. Quiet. Relaxing. - First and foremost, thank you, Arman. You are a fantastic host! Very gracious and kind. Communication was outstanding from the day we booked to the day we checked out. We work on our devices a lot so Arman went above and beyond to install a new modem and cables so we would have much better wifi. Very fast wifi. The apartment is spacious, very clean, comfortable bed, and has lots of hot water. There were a few days the weather was cold. We did not need to worry about the apartment. It was wonderfully comfortable and warm. We enjoyed the little deskspace with a sunny window and real plants. The location was perfect for us. In the neighbourhood, yet also close to things we needed: supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, fresh produce stands, etc., within 500m. Check out the little kiosks that sell bread! We called them little "bread boxes". City centre is a 15min walk away. Saving the best for last ... the apartment furnishings! They are very retro and very cool. Tastefully done. Arman's brother created a lot of the artwork on the walls. Great pieces we would put up on our own walls. We would rent this place again in a heartbeat. Schnorakalootyoon Gyumri! Schnorakalootyoon Armenia! Schnorakalootyoon Arman! Leaving Armenia. We look forward to returning.
• Kate (9/5): Highly recommended: the apartment adds to the impression of Gyumri - The apartment is full of unique furniture and careful design details that make the stay so fascinating: you feel as if you are in the museum. It will take some time to examine all the small things around trying to guess what it is used for or what is depicted in the pictures all around the place. You can also spend a whole evening just making up stories about residents who could live in this apartment before. The stay would be exceptional if the bathroom facilities were of a better quality. However, they do their functions and don't spoil an overall impression.

Design is so much fun, soviet vibes, but nicely made in an art way. location is okay, if you have a car. the apartment is very comfortable and the host is very nice! Bathroom needs some renovation, new bath mat, shower holder and curtain. it was a beat cold in the bathroom. everything except for this was perfect.

• Ayvazyan (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment has Very authentic atmosphere in old Armenian village style, it was feeling as sweet home every time entering the apartment. There was also a small computer room so we could work a bit. There was free WiFi, clean beds prepared for us and everything was just amazing. Special thanks for everything! Nothing
