• Mateusz Bąk (9/5): - Excellent location right in the middle of the city centre, big apartment, nice hosts (mother and son, was easier to communicate with the son in English, he's an incredibly kind and helpful person). Would definitely stay here again. Bathroom needs some improvements and the parking space is not always guaranteed (parking spaces were available on 2 out of 3 days)
• Mohammady (10/5): A pleasant and dreamy stay in the heart of the city - This apartment is in a good location in the center, very clean and comfortable, the landlord is very respectful and friendly and spoke Persian like an Iranian. I think the rating of 3 out of 5 is not fair and I suggest the good booking site to increase this rating because in the comments section, the shortcomings that were previously noted, such as the bathroom and furniture, have all been renovated and replaced and the furniture was very comfortable. So if I want to stay in Yerevan again for daily rent, I will definitely choose this apartment. So I say to the landlord: Thank you nothing

The host was extremely kind, welcoming, and always available if we needed anything. I would definitely recommend this place and would happily stay here again. Everything was great!
