Погода не подвела, Ереван оказался действительно солнечным, гостеприимным и живым, очень приятно было возвращаться после прогулок и экскурсий в аппартаменты. Квартира со всеми необходимыми бытовыми мелочами и "крупностями", отдельная спальня, кровать с удобным матрасом, чисто, заселение и выезд бесконтактные, хозяин на связи и всегда готов предложить решение всех бытовых проблем. Супер-балкон и супер-расположение, очень приятно выйти на этот угловой балкончик полюбоваться с высоты восьмого этажа на огни города, сверкающую телебашню. Дом расположен очень удачно, все рядом, все пешком. В соседних домах ресторанчики, кофейни, недалеко супермаркет. Нам было комфортно, спокойно и приятно провести несколько дней в этих апартаментах. Спасибо Армения, спасибо Сос! Были проблемы с отоплением.

• Farrah (10/5): - Owner was helpful and guided in everything. He spoke good English. Location was great walking distance to most Hotspots. Lots of eateries around the area. Lift to get to the top. Rooms were spacious with everything you need. Do take your own toiletries, tea etc. Cupboards had necessary things. Sofa turns into sofa bed. You have to enter through 3 doors to get to the room which is little annoying. Apart from this all was perfect.

• Piotr (5/5): Passable - Location... close to a lot of things in the downtown. - Location... noisy, impossible to have dark in the room, to park a car during the day. - All things used for the apartment were pretty cheap ones and you can see it after a while of using them.

• Maria (9/5): The owner - Mr. Sos is so accomodating and helpful. We really had a great time staying in the place and definitely we wi - The place is so comfy and warm though it is very cold outside. All utensils are provided. Location is accessible and very near to restaurants and groceries.. The drainage is clogged, cannot enjoy the shower time as the water stucked up and flood arising but then water will subside slowly. Hope it will be fixed soon.

• Arthur (10/5): Exceptional - The experience was exceptional. Very easily found the location, met the host and took the keys. The apartment was super clean and very tidy. It had everything we needed to feel like a home and its location is in the city center close to everything. Highly recommended if anyone want to travel to Armenia.
