• Open Space (2/5): - Жильё абсолютно не соответствует фотографиям. В реальности помещение захламлено большим количеством посторонних вещей, которых не было на фото: старые пустые коробки, банки, тряпки и прочие случайные предметы. Создаётся ощущение, что это не сдаваемое жильё, а склад или кладовка, в которой просто освободили немного места. Общее состояние — крайне грязное и неухоженное. Перед заездом было заявлено, что проводилась уборка, однако полы выглядят так, будто их не мыли очень давно. Все поверхности грязные, присутствует неприятный запах. Чехлы на стульях в пятнах, при этом на одном стуле чехла нет. Также в помещении находились дополнительные предметы (например, вешалки), которых не было на фотографиях, и которые при этом были в грязном состоянии. В помещении размещены кухонные предметы и техника, однако их состояние крайне неудовлетворительное — они старые и загрязнённые, к ним неприятно прикасаться. Посуда также находится в плохом состоянии: старая, грязная, не вызывает желания ей пользоваться. Помещение в целом производит крайне неприятное впечатление из-за незавершённого ремонта. Жильё находится в здании с магазином, и создаётся ощущение складского помещения. Стены — как в комнате, так и в ванной — выглядят недоделанными, неаккуратными и визуально неприятными. Также отсутствуют базовые удобства. Косметические принадлежности фактически не предоставлены: были оставлены две уже использованные ёмкости, одна пустая, другая частично заполнена неизвестным шампунем. Это выглядит неуважительно по отношению к гостям. Дверь с отверстиями так, что шумоизоляция отсутствует полностью — слышно всё, что происходит на улице и в магазине в этом же здании. В целом всё в помещении старое, изношенное и требует капитального ремонта. Важно отметить, что дело не в цене: за аналогичный бюджет неоднократно снималось жильё, однако такого уровня запущенности и неуважительного отношения не встречалось нигде.

• ALI (10/5): Great stay, clean suite, and very friendly host - Very clean and comfortable suite in a good location. The host was kind, helpful, and responsive. Check-in was easy and the stay was pleasant overall. I would happily stay here again.
• DANIEL (8/5): bon logement situé près du métro, bon rapport qualité/prix - logement situé à quelques minutes à pied d'une station de métro qui permet de se rendre très facilement dans le centre d'Erevan, bon confort, les propriétaires habitent à proximité et sont toujours prêts à rendre votre séjour agréable.

• Marina (10/5): Необычный, но уютный и атмосферный домик для гостей в Ереване. - Мы прилетели в Ереван, к сожалению, на одну ночь, транзитом, поэтому выбрали это жилье недалеко от аэропорта Еревана. Гостепреимная хозяйка квартиры Анаит была всё время с нами на связи, а когда мы прибыли на место, радушно встретила нас. Жилье - это отдельный домик из двух комнат во дворе многоэтажных домов. В помещении есть всё необходимое: холодильник, плита, чайник, специи, и даже сладкое угощение. Чисто, уютно. По телевизору можно включить красивую армянскую музыку, очень атмосферно получается. Мы приготовили себе хинкали и у нас получился прекрасный национальный ужин. Хочется в Ереване остаться подольше в следующий раз.
• Damian (10/5): - The accommodation is perfect for budget travelers. It is clean and the metro station is very close. There is heating, hot water, and air conditioning. The host, Anahit, is very hospitable, helpful, and welcoming. It was an authentic and pleasant experience in Yerevan.

• Denis (8/5): Надо понимать, что это "суперэконом", и не ожидать того, чего за такие деньги не бывает - Главное достоинство этой во многих отношениях непритязательной студии – хозяйка, Анаит. Образец гостеприимства и внимания к гостям. Всегда готова пойти навстречу и сделать всё возможное, чтобы гости чувствовали себя если не как дома (у меня дома немного не так, да и не за этим я ездил), то удобно. Из прочих плюсов отмечу транспортое удобство – рядом с метро, что для Еревана не такое уж обычное дело. В двух шагах хороший супермаркет с обменником. И, конечно, очень невысокую стоимость тоже можно считать достоинством. Кстати, я опасался, что будет холодно (для Еревана погода была морозной) – нет, отопление справляется отлично. В санузле было даже очень тепло, что после душа важно. Обстановка в целом спартанская, но всё необходимое есть, и даже более того. Реальный минус – звукоизоляция. Слышно всё от соседей, слышно с улицы. Для меня ещё было некомфортно, что постельное бельё из синтетики, но это, скорее, вопрос личных предпочтений.

• Luca (9/5): - Viaggio da solo in moto. La struttura è un bilocale al piano terra, climatizzato, con lavatrice ed un piccolo angolo cottura. C'è la possibilità di parcheggiare la moto all'ingresso e di pagare con il pos. Molto vicino alla fermata della metro che porta al centro della città ed a pochi metri da un market. La conoscenza dei proprietari e dei loro amici è stata una bellissima esperienza, tra le migliori fatte in occasione di un lungo viaggio. Da sola vale il soggiorno. Per i viaggiatori europei è sempre necessario ricordare di essere in Asia e comprendere le caratteristiche dei posti che si vogliono visitare.

• Claudio (6/5): - Vicinanza metro e negozi,aria condizionata,internet. È a piano terra senza finestre,solo il microonde era nuovo tutto il resto sarebbe da buttare ma se vi adattate il prezzo va bene.per sedersi sul wc dovete mettere una gamba nella doccia.

So no interruptions in your privacy. i recommend this pg to everyone who visit Yerevan! I only mention that toilet could have been bit better
• Meryem (1/5): A barn not fit for human beings - I don't know how come this barn is allowed on this platform.Travelled 61 countries and staid in humble accommodations but this one top it all: Black mold everywhere Cockoroaches Unsafe and dangerous.The door is transparent and the lock is very weak thugs were hanging out outside all night I felt so unsafe and cursed myself for choosing this terrible place.
